I saw Dr. Javadpoor while inpatient and then followed up with a nurse practitioner in his office. They are amazing. I've struggled with COPD for the past 5 years and this office has finally prescribed medication that has been working to help clear the congestion out of my lungs. I had seen 2 different pulmonologist in the past 5 year and 1 didn't do a thing except tell me what i needed and schedule an appt 2 months out which landed me back in the hospital. I have norhing but praise for Dr. Javadpoor having come in to actually do the bronchoscopy that needed to be done and make sure my follow up care was attended to. This office is grest. hospital visit

I have been seeing Dr. Javadpoor since 2018 and my visits and stays in the hospital have been none. I have complete faith in him and his staff. I usually do not wait more than 10 minutes in his office and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Javadpoor is very thorough and his nurse, Liz is my life saver. When she knows I am in trouble she makes sure I get to see Dr. Javadpoor. I am so thankful that I choose this doctor.

I could say that Dr. Javadpoor saved my life, I had a bad case of COVID combine with Valley Fever, but after being in the Hospital for 5 weeks, I made an appointment to see him as I was told and I was looked by one of his staff member (I had no problem with that, she was nice and I think very good also), the issue was that after my second appointment I needed another ones, but when I tried to make it his staff told me that since my insurance did not "worked" with him I could not had one, I offered to pay the appointment with no problem and they just say NO, that they were "sorry" but I could not see him any more, that I should look for another pulmonologist. Very competent Dr.

Brilliant lung doctor for the elderly. Saved my husband’s life. Looks at each individual case. On the front lines giving 100% to Covid patients.

Dr. Javadpoor is an excellent doctor. I saw him for shortness of breath. I did the walk around & my oxygen levels dropped. Next thing I know, everyone Is on alert. Dr. Javadpoor came out real fast. We had a short talk then he gets a nurses attention & starts calling off the tests he wants for me done asap. The next day a guy shows up at my house with 2 oxygen machines. One stable the other portable. His office did this for me. I then get phones calls of where I go to take the tests. I felt extremely well cared for by this doctor. I’m happy I found him.

He is very compassionate; he listens, and spends a lot of time in the exam room. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The office staff is very polite and professional. They are always very helpful and whenever I call in and need something they are always quick to respond. I’ve seen how they treat other patients and they are very kind and understanding.

Breathing Study Technician, Muhammad, is very knowledgeable & extremely pleasant. He made what could have been an uncomfortable night very comfortable instead.

Dr. Seyed Javadpoor / pulmonologist Is a AMAZING doctor he is caring a listens as well as follows thru.His back desk asstistants are sweet . Front desk is great. Some of the office staff in office lacks in Manors and they do double or triple book sometimes so you have to know when to make apots. But Doc is worth it !!!! While I was hospitalized at Banner Baywood, I saw Dr. Javadpoor every day. I felt he was professional and curtious. He was pleasant to talk to and seemed genuinely concerned with my issues. He was impressed with how quickly I bounced back. I highly recommend Dr. Seyed Javadpoor!!!.

It was with trepidation I scheduled an appointment with Dr Javadpoor, not because of the physician rather due to the reports of his office staff. I did schedule an appointment but later cancelled and went elsewhere. Every bad review you read regarding the staff coincides with my experience and after the second interaction I cancelled. It is important with pulmonary issues that you have access to staff, especially triage nurse; they were rude, not helpful, didn't listen; run, run, run away!!!

Professional, compassionate, caring. Explanations clear and understandable. Lab tests and plan laid out well. Staff extremely pleasant. Called Monday and got (non emergency) appt Friday.

My experience was quite different initially. I took my father for a follow up appointment to see Dr Javadpoor because Dr Castro was not available. (Dr. Castro visited my dad every day at Desert Banner, I just noticed today that he is a D.O. not an MD., My complaint is not against him) He seemed quite concerned and wanted to have my dad admitted back into the hospital same day. He was pretty insistent that we go to Banner Heart, where he has admitting rights and could keep an eye on him more closely. (We had spent 3 weeks at Banner Desert already) Once we were at Banner Heart, we saw very little of Dr Javadpoor. I never saw him visit my father at all. My father passed away at Banner Heart after complications from a procedure performed by Red Mountain Cardiothoracic: Dr. Michael Maxwell MD. Another doctor that lacked in communication. We feel he was severely neglected by his doctors. Communication was lacking during the entire 2.5 months that he was hospitalized. We never got answers to so many of our questions during those months of hospitalization. I would never recommend this office. Do your homework if you are searching for a Cardiologist/ Pulmonologist. (Dr. Anthony did stop in 1 or 2 times, and I heard the name Badahman, but never met him) None of them were ever able to provide any answers. My experience was quite different initially. Do not see Dr. Javadpoor. He was rude and uninterested in examining me. Seems his only interest is OSD. I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis and was consulting with him for treatment and control of the disease. He was hurried and argued with me regarding my symptoms. I basically had to beg him to consider any testing and then he wanted to do a sleep test. I explained to him that his office had cancelled 2 appointments and I had been waiting since April to be seen, he told me I was wrong, he did not cancel appointments. As I left the office I stated "that was ridiculous" of which he responded to me "how rude" and slammed the office door. Completely unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this office or this doctor. I do not know how the other docs are but Dr. Javadpoor is the main doc so I can only assume the others are similar. Do not see Dr. Javadpoor. He was rude and uninterested in examining me. Very professional and kind. Very knowledgeable in the pulmonary field. Highly recommend. Staff was very curtious.

Explains things very well

Had a very good experience. Dr Javadpoor was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with my husband and I very clearly and compassionately. I'm very glad I was referred here.

Kind, considerate of issues, listens and very thorough. The first doctor I didn't feel I was been booted out of the office. He took wonderful care of my husband whom was not curable and we knew it, Treated him with respect and sensitivity for any and all needs to the end. Love this Doctor!
