I didn’t wait long to be called back and the doctor came into the room quickly as well. Overall great experience.

It was a very good doctors appointment. The appointment staff and nurses were very nice. Our appointment was quick and the wait time extremely short .We always love Dr. Spanos. He has such good advice and is very caring, and a very good listener. We appreciate his advice and trust his professional knowledge. We’re very happy with this office and doctor, he does a great job!

Dr Spanos is a fantastic doctor. He asked a lot questions about my health and was genuinely concerned to help me with my concerns. I felt that he took the time to give me a good exam. I like the fact that when you have a appointment with him you get in when your appointment time is scheduled.

Dr. Seth Spanos is top notch. I trust him with all my family healthcare needs.

Dr. Spanos is always a class act. His student Kelli was very good and thorough.

Been with Dr. Spanos for 14 years. He has taken care of my parents, myself, my husband and children. Dr. Spanos is very compassionate and very professional. He is patient and listens to your concerns and send you to get any specialist’s opinions if and when needed. My children who are now adults and still very comfortably choosing to stay with Dr. Spanos as their family care doctor. Thank you Dr. Spanos for your care. Our family greatly appreciates you.

Great doctor for my whole family. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. When I had both of my daughters, he was at the hospital very shortly after to do a thorough checkup. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Spanos office has always returned my calls the same day, and gets me scheduled in as soon as they can. He and his staff have always taken great care of me and my family. He always takes time to listen to our problems and asks a lot of questions to make sure we get the best care.

Spanos is a good doctor and happy with his work. However, just know if you have anything time sensitive or want to get checked out quick this is NOT the place. Takes at least a week to get an appointment. The worst part was showing up at 8:30 thinking that was your appointment time. Then they tell you it was fifteen minutes earlier and they cancel you all together and make you wait another several days before you can see him. Spanos is a good doctor and happy with his work. My family has been with Dr. Spanos for over 5 years now. He has always been very attentive and understanding. Whenever one of us needs to be seen he and his staff always tries to get us in as soon as they can.

HORRIBLE! This doctor never will respond to my pharmacies request to fill my important prescription. My pharmacist says it normally takes two days for them fill a perspiration, it takes this doctors office one to two weeks for them to fill it and multiple calls from me! Horribly incompetent!!

Doctor Spanos has been a pretty good doctor until this last visit ! I feel like him and his staff thought that we were just there to waste his time when in fact our daughter had been very sick. Doctor Spanos and his staff will be lucky if we ever return to see him ! I don’t trust a lot of doctors, but this one did it in for me ! Never taking my daughter back to doctor Spanos again !! The Best Dr ever

I have been going to Dr. Spanos for about six years now. He is one of the first I have seen that has actually helped me. His staff are excellent as well. Very efficient and friendly.

Dr Spanos is an incredible man and an even better provider. He has taken care of me and guided me through the process of a very debilitating disease that has ended up with me being admitted to ICU on a mechanical ventilator. On one visit I deteriorated quickly while in Dr Spanos‘s office he had his staff call the emergency room and he wheeled me across the parking lot in a wheelchair not many guys would do that. I receive phone calls from his office staff stating that he would be out of town and if I needed anything or needed to see him before he left out of town. We can’t say enough good about Dr Spanos. Dr Spanos is seriously the BEST primary care doctor I’ve ever had. He saved me while I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety. He took his time helping me and kept in contact to see how I was feeling and how the medications were working. We finally found the right combination after a bit of trial and error and I felt like myself again. I miss him a lot and wish he could come work in Vegas where we live now haha. Best most caring GP that any one could want

Absolute worst doctor I've ever had and his secretary is far worse. I didnt feel cared for any of the times I went in to my appointments. The assistant never answers the phone and rarely calls back as well as is extremely rude. The doctor also seemed like he didnt want to be there. And any requests on prescriptions sent in from your pharmacy?? Good luck! Itll take a miracle to get ahold of them to get them to look at their fax. Seriously hands down the best doctor I've had. Makes you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns. He and his staff are also fantastic with my kids.

Dr. Spanos has been one of the best Dr. I have ever been to. He is always willing to explain what I don't understand. By far one of the best Dr's in Southern Utah!!!! Our family loves him.

Dr Spanos has been great. He takes the time to listen and discuss concerns and options for me. I’ve never felt like I️ needed to rush. They run on time so I’ve never had a long wait time. He’s very personable and always makes sure I’m taken care of. I️ highly recommend him for anyone’s family

I've been seeing Dr. Spanos for many years. He is amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. I am usually very uncomfortable with male doctors and have never felt that way around Dr. Spanos. Definitely recommend!

Can lack empathy, sensitvity, patience. Staff is juvenile, impatient, at times very rude. Calls take 2 days to return & communication is unclear between desk staff to doctor. Client information is not kept professional and has been explained openly in front of other onlookers and staff in terms that were very demeaning. Visits felt friendly one day and very pushy and short the next. When you are encouraged to notify him of any changes or issues, he treats it as if its inconvenient when doing so.

Would not return a call. Referred to office manage who in turn referred me to insurance, who referred me to ihc, who referred ii me back to Dr Spanos. Lagoon has better rides for a lot less.

Not all of us are seeking a triathlete doctor. Some of us are vulnerable from mental illness. I felt wrongfully judged especially when he yelled at me when I disclosed eating late at night; a symptom of a medication I now no longer take. In response to my asking if the clinic had a female doctor, his nurse telephoned to say Spanos was discharging me. She added that if I could not find another doctor in Saint George: "That will be on you.' I think a factor of was that my insurance was Medicaid.

Dr. Spanos is great! He is always friendly, he's great with my kids! I have recommended him to several family members and friends and everyone loves him! Front desk could be friendlier, but back office staff is always so nice and willing to help! Wait times are minimal and they always fit me in when I call with sick kids!
