Dr Palmer and his staff are awesome. They are kind, professional and listen to their clients.

Excellent doctor who listens, observes and goes above and beyond. Truly takes your health seriously.

Dr. Palmer is very knowledgeable, personable and a great listener. He explained how to treat my issue, what to expect for future treatment if needed and scheduled follow up to evaluate the effectiveness of my treatment.

Not impressed. The front office secretary was unfriendly and rude. It was our 1st time here. Not a good impression. We waited 45+ past our appointment time to be seen. The lobby was cold and unwelcoming. Dr. Palmer was friendly and we did enjoy our time with him. We will return because of him but the management of the office needs attention.

My Daughter had a surgery for a Deviated Septum and he did a great job. She can now breathe through her nose. I highly recommend.

Dr. Palmer has a wonderful bed-side manner and is easy to talk to. He actually reviews your file/ history and learns your comfort level for treatments. I wish a could find a primary doctor with his mannerism.

Follow up visit after stopping allergy drop for the previous 3 years. Planning on remaining allergy free with their help.

Dr Palmer made it seem like I was his only patient. He was very personable and I felt like he enjoyed his work and was not in any rush to see the next patient. He explained everything very thoroughly and when I left the office I felt cared for. Awesome!

Personable and knowledgeable. However, Is spread too thin between offices. I was told I needed to follow up with him, and only him. Found out he is only in Holland one day per week so would be 7 weeks before I could follow up with him. This practice has doctors all over the place and no one in one place frequently enough to be available to their patients.

Awesome doctor! Very kind, professional and makes you feel comfortable at the doctors. He also listens to your concerns and takes them into consideration. The office of Michigan ENT is amazing, haven’t had a doctor I haven’t liked as of yet.

Dr. Palmer is an all around great doctor. He is very personable, making you feel at ease. He is compassionate, making sure you know he cares. He stayed late on a Friday to treat my sudden hearing loss (needs to be treated within 72 hours of onset). He went above and beyond to provide excellent care. Dr. Palmer was great with explaining my allergy symptoms and coming up with a plan for them. So easy to talk to, so easy to ask questions with and has a very relaxed personality.

Dr.Palmer was very professional , caring, explained things clearly, extremely llcompassionate during my biopsy. The staff are exceptional. My ultrasound tech was so thorough, very meticulous, caring. Katie did an amazing job! I really am comforted that if I need another ultrasound the same tech follows up with the same patient. They really make me feel like I couldn't have better care than their team of professionals. I am so thankful for their services.

Our daughter, Jayla, is 13 and had never had surgery before. Dr. Palmer explained everything to her in terms she could understand, was friendly, & put her at ease. He also explained everything to us as parents & what we could expect after surgery. He was very confident, reassuring & professional!

Experienced difficulty swallowing and breathing after strep throat. Dr. Palmer scoped my throat, made a diagnosis, prescribed proper medicine and the issue was cleared up. After care was more of the same. Outstanding medical care. It should also be noted that the staff was able to get me in quickly even though I was not a former patient. The service from his staff was excellent, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend

My first visit and impression of Dr. Palmer is that he is very competent, knowledgeable and thorough. He made my feel very comfortable and I left the office pain free, after two weeks of uncomfortable ear pressure. I was very grateful for his expertise and confidence. Highly recommend Dr. Palmer.

Dr. Palmer did a great job explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. On the day of my surgery, he came to the pre-op room and gave me a brief rundown of how the day would go. His confidence and professionalism put me at ease and made me feel very good about going into the surgery room. The procedure went very well and I'm happy to report I can breathe through my nose properly for the first time in 20 years.

Our daughter is 15 years old, has never had surgery, and has high anxiety. Dr. Palmer was so good with her. He took his time, explained everything that was going to happen, and left her feeling very comfortable with the decision to remove her tonsils and adenoids. Surgery day came and he was just as amazing. Explained everything to her, answered questions she had, and was very supportive of her. We were going to go to Devos but, glad we didn't. Dr. Palmer exceed all of our expectations!

Doctor may be okay but he needs a new staff very slow

April 15 had surgery from Dr. Palmer on my nose. I have lived with septum issues since age 18, now 57. I would say to everyone who needs this type of surgery to have Dr. Palmer perform it. I am extremely happy with my results. I had no bleeding and no pain afterwards. To breathe again....what could be better in life than that? Thanks to Dr. Palmer and his staff! Jim

Dr. Palmer really listen to my concerns and made me feel he was very knowegablel about my problem. It was really nice to find a doctor who made you feel at ease and has such a great personality.

I will definitely be recommending Dr. Palmer to friends and family. He is so kind, and explains everything very well. He took his time with us so we didn't feel rushed. I have noticed a huge improvement in both of my sons since their surgeries.

I had an urgent issue and Dr. Palmer saw me right away. He ordered tests and followed up on the tests and a future appointment. I was lucky the tests turned out. I have had a couple follow up visits since then and now he is my ENT doc. He is very caring, listens carefully, and offers suggestions that will be helpful.
