Nice Doctor!

Easy to find office, no waiting when arrived early for appointment, all staff are pleasant and interactive, paperwork isn’t lengthy, once preliminary work up was completed, we waited for the doctor for maybe 10 minutes as he finished up with another patient. Doc was very personable and quickly bonded with my daughter to ease any of her potential concerns. He listened well and asked great probing questions. He built an atmosphere of trust and seemed genuinely concerned for my daughters needs and didn’t over prescribe based on the circumstances. He also provided an opportunity for us to ask questions and waited patiently for us to understand his diagnoses. I’m glad he was recommended.

He is a great doctor. Really like him he help me out with my daughter alot.

He was fantastic! He was so sweet to my 5yo daughter and very informative to me as a parent. He was not arrogant and you can tell that he has a genuine desire to help kids.

We had a remarkably short wait and Dr. Marcus (and all of the staff we saw that day) took a lot of time with us, and were kind and so patient with my very busy toddler. Dr. Marcus did an exceptional job explaining our options and summarizing everything in writing so I could explain to my spouse clearly later.

Dr. Marcus took the time to explain things and did not make us feel rushed like others do. I do wish they had an on-site lab for blood work so we didn't have to go to yet another place.

Our family had a great experience with Dr. Marcus. He was kind and patient and explained what was happening to my son in a way both of us could understand. He also told my son he could say “poop” as much as he wanted! We saw Dr. Marcus for a very sensitive issue and we both left hopeful and less stressed.

2/3 my children see Dr. Marcus, he is great! my boys are on the spectrum and he is gentle with them. He answers every questions and really listens. His supporting staff are very courteous as well.

I tell all my friends about him.this is 45 min drive to get to his office where I live .Hes got very nice and knowledgeable

A doctor's son's doctor!

Dr. Marcus is the best! He is very patient & caring. He takes his time & is very thorough.

Dr. Marcus was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. He took time to answer all our questions. He talked directly to my daughter, about how she was feeling, and about her questions & concerns. I really appreciated him treating her like a young adult! As a mother, I can only express what I see, or what my daughter tells me. I hate doctors that talk to me, as if my child isnt in the room! Dr. Marcus explained everything clearly, he was very thorough with his exam, and created a plan to help tackle my daughters problems. We have seen Dr. Marcus for a couple of issues over the years. He is very knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. He has an excellent bedside manner and strikes a great balance of creating a plan of care while considering the preferences of parents. We have seen Dr. Marcus for a couple of issues over the years. He is very knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. He has an excellent bedside manner and strikes a great balance of creating a plan of care while considering the preferences of parents. His staff is warm and friendly, and our wait times have been minimal. Highly recommend!

Dr Marcus gives outstanding care. He listens and is clearly very in tune with the most recent developments in GI care. I value his care of my son and absolutely would recommend him.

Dr. Marcus really took his time with my 10 year old son. Took his time to explain his thoughts and answer our questions. His calming demeanor was a comfort to us and I wish we would have went to him in the first place for my sons nine day long stomach pain instead of Urgent Care, Two different ER’s including Scottish Rite, Regular Pediatrician (who ultimately referred us to him), Pediatric Surgeon, and Ultrasound. Do not use this doctor! As we (my husband, son and I) checked in for my child's appointment, I was informed that only one parent could be in the room. No one told me prior to driving an hour to the office that only one parent could be with our son. I politely asked if they could make an exception, since we both took the day off work to be with our son at this appointment. The woman checking us in said she would ask the doctor. After 20 minutes, a nurse came out and said that Dr Marcus was refusing to see us. I asked why, and she stated that the front desk person told the doctor that I (the mom) was "difficult" because I had requested both my husband and I to be with my son since the three of were there and didn't know about the rule ahead of time. Dr Marcus made the decision to refuse to see my child because I asked if both parents could be in the room at the same time. We had driven an hour to get to Atlanta, both my husband and I had taken the day off work, and my son had missed school. I begged them to still see him, as he was unable to eat for two days - his throat had closed up from his illness, and it was difficult to get an appointment with a specialist. I even offered to stay in the waiting room at that point. They said we needed to leave, and they would not even let my child speak with the doctor. My poor child was just sitting there in the corner of the waiting room, his head against the wall, in pain and very hungry. The ego of this physician and lack of care should be a warning to anyone going to see Dr. Marcus or visiting the uncaring nursing staff/front desk employees at this practice. My child ended up in the emergency room that afternoon, and was immediately admitted. I am therefore warning other families in the hopes that they can prevent a similar tragedy for their child. So far, he's been fantastic! We are still looking for answers, but he definitely helped ease my mind a bit!

Great doctor and super-friendly staff!

My son was seen for some girls issues that he has been experiencing. Dr Marcus explained things without being condescending.

Doctor Marcus is amazing.....

Dr. Marcus is wonderful. He takes his time and listens to every concern. He is very patient with my ASD son.

Very pleased with our experience. He seemed to know what he was talking about and gave us thorough explanation of everything. We was 45 minutes late to our appointment because of a wreck on the interstate an they were still able to see us without a long wait time.

Dr. Marcus is a fantastic doctor. His caring, attentive style is only matched by his medical expertise. We have thoroughly appreciated trusting our child's care with him.

We went to Dr. Seth Marcus with our 4 month old this morning and Dr. Marcus could not have been more patient, more sweet or more reassuring. I went in anxious and came out feeling so relieved and that we had a good plan. Highly recommend!

Great bedside manner, listens respectfully, highly recommend!

Dr. Marcus is great! I would drive across the country to see him for my son. We did drive over two hours but he figured everything out. His bedside manner was great and he really cared about my child! I highly recommend him!

I took my 5 month old to see Dr. Marcus due to constant spitting up and poor weight gain. He and his nurse, Meredith are phenomenal. They were very detailed, patient and really listened to all of my concerns and questions as well as provided a very thorough plan of action to help my baby. I am so glad that we found this practice and are very thankful for their help.

Outstanding!! While certainly lucky and blessed that our son's condition is going to be manageable, it's been a long time that I met somebody like Dr. Marcus who takes time to explain things and answer questions. What I would call his bedside manner towards us and my 16 year old son - possibly the best I've ever seen.

When I was sick back in 2010, no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Until I came and saw Doctor Marcus...I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. And I stayed with him for the next 5 years. Marcus always made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me, and was descriptive as we tried various medications for my condition. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything GI, and is great with his patients. And while most people fear doctors jumping to the most drastic measures possible, Dr.

My sister was a patient of his for about 5 years before I ever saw him. My sister and mom always had great things to say about him. Then I finally went to him when I began having stomach issues. He was amazing. He takes a topic (poop) that no one likes talking about and just makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was so nice and always made sure to follow up when needed. The office was always very good about returning calls. Highly recommend him for any kids with gi issues.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Marcus! He has been treating my son for Eosinophilic Esophagitis (say that 10 times fast) for 4 years. He used to gag and vomit with many meals, and we were at a loss. Due to Dr. Marcus' care, he is able to eat normally and enjoy life as a regular 6 year old. Love Dr. Marcus and his staff!

I like Dr Marcus, he treats both of my kids. But to spend over 90 minutes in the waiting room twice in under 6 appointments (whilst more than a dozen go in ahead), not acceptable. I wouldn't object if they were apologetic, or the nurse wasn't so curt, or if I didn't have to listen to the medical staff having social conversations during work hours when they're running behind. It's enough to make me want to find another practice.
