Very blunt. Poor bedside manner. Nurses over the phone and Doctor Did not address my concerns about my child’s m recurrent urinary tract infections. I expect more of a Nationally recognized hospital such as Nationwide childrens

Knowledgeable pediatric urologist but awful bedside manner. Cuts in, does not reassure parents, seems to wait until child is horribly I’ll to even admit…. Or return your calls

We see Dr. Alpert for a few different reasons. He has been excellent in explaining both what is needed to be done and why. His concern for future function and health were apparent during our visits. He performed a few procedures on my son under anesthesia and did an excellent job. There was also a quick response from him and his office when I called in about an ongoing issue with my son’s kidney. They made a plan and called in a prescription same-day. If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. I wouldn't trust him to use the proper comfort procedures (numbing cream, oral meds), care or concern with your child. He doesn't care and will inflict unnecessary pain in your child. Has terrible because manner. Children's needs to let him go. I'll never forgot our most horrific experience with him. Saw my child. He seemed really into genital cutting.

So disrespectful. Doesn’t take anything the parents say into consideration. More worried about the pay check.

I have no doubt Dr. Alpert is knowledgeable in his field. However, his beside manner is terrible. He's very blunt, interrupts while the parent is trying to talk, won't let you get a word in. I can't comfortably recommend him to anyone in need of reassurance for their child's medical condition.

We meet Dr Alpert today and he was really professional. He listen to all my concerns about my child's health and gave me different options for the treatment. After we agreed on the procedure, he RESPECTFULLY and quickly solve the issue. We had been with 3 different urologist and He was the only one able to heal my little one. The office is just plain but clean and the room temperature controlled to make patients feel comfortable Front desk and nurses helpful and friendly.
