The staff never picks up the phone, I had to go in person to schedule the appointment. On the day of her appointment we waited FIVE hours. When we first arrived they asked for her name and insurance cards. The front desk looked very confused. I asked her if she needed anything else and she says no. Gave me the stuff back and told us to just sit and wait. We finally got called in 3.5 hours later to get her vitals by an assistant that was more concerned about leaving than anything else making it clear that this was the last person she was seeing. They put us in a room and we proceed to wait for an additional hour and a half. In that time another staff member passes by and notices us in the room and looked up her info only to find out that they had put in a different woman with the same name as my grandmother and had no trace of any vitals taken that day. They retook her vitals and the dr came in 30mins later just to see her for less than 10mins, give her samples and say to come back in a month. Grandmother tooth the meds and threw up. I called the office and left voicemail with no response, I emailed the office through their website and never got so much as a call back or email response. Needless to say I will not be taking her back. This office has no respect for anyone's time or health. Her new pulmonologist told her to stop taking the meds this dr prescribed her. The administration at this medical office is awful. The receptionists never answer the phone and you literally have to go to the office to make a change or cancel your appointment. On top of that, the wait time to see the doctor is over 2 hours which is ridiculous. I will be taking my grandmother to see another pulmonologist. Please don’t come here. Staff is rude and the doctors just don't care. Obviously in this business solely for the money.

This place is ridiculous. They will turn you away even if your appointment is on that day... they will say you never made an appointment. The phlebotomist is just disgustingly rude and has no patient care manners. This entire office is straight trash. Someone needs to report this entire office.

I had too many unpleasant moment at this place, not just me but, my parents as well. The wait time is trash, the staff is rude and lack respect. They cant keep follow up with their appointments and it takes forever to have contact with Dr. Martinez. Don't have him as your primary doctor. Stay away from him.

The front desk is disorganized and rude, lots of times the results aren't ready on the follow up appointment. The only saving grace is Dr shahin who works in the office. MY parents love him which is the ONLY REASON I'm giving this place 3 stars. This place is too good for him

Training on professionalism on how to greet patients needed desperately My experience left me so upset and shaking my head as to what happened. I had five people greet or refuse to speak in English even after I told them to speak to me in English. I'm not nor do I speak Spanish.
