????????The staff was proffecianal and courteous. Charlene was very helpful in reviewing my supplies. The doctor was knowledgeable and proffecianal. These folks actually made you feel welcome. I wish more folks had their attitude and work ethic.

Three appointments with Balingit; 1 was a no show, twice he was 35-45 minutes late. Mumbles, had to ask him to speak up several times. Unprofessional.

Three appointments with Balingit; he was a no show for one (was not even in the building), for the other two I waited 35-45 minutes in a room alone, nothing to read, no music, not even a window. So so unprofessional! He suggested a follw-up. I asked would he agree to be on time. He replied "No". Didn't even say I'll try. No respect for patients. I will not go back to him.

Dr. Balingit is very good every time I see him. Today I saw Sharon. I don't know her last name. She went over my lung scans with me and is very kind, compassionate and patient. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful.

I didn't even get to see the doctor! First, i was given the wrong directions, but the receptionist didn't answer the phone-the woman at the desk said she was too busy to do that before 9am. Seriously? Second, I was not told to come REALLY early to fill out paperwork. She told me it was 45 minutes worth of paperwork, so now I need to reschedule my appointment....she was concerned the doctor's schedule stayed on time. What??? Issue: I was the only person in the office! I was the first appointment. At that point (2 minutes into my arrival), I left. I have no idea if he is a good doctor, but I can tell you if the staff sucks, you'll never be 100% happy with your experience. Wasted time.

I work at a professional office, so I know what to look for when going to an office myself. Dealing with Dr Balingit and his staff is a five star. The staff is well trained and very polite and very eager to help. Dr Balingit was very thorough and kind. If you are looking for 5 star service and top notch treatment this is the place to be.

Does nothing when I tell him I cough phelm 2yrs now

Phoned the office at 11:40 am. Got a recording that said the office was closed for lunch from noon to 1pm mon - thur. The recording also said they were closed for lunch????

He was more interested in giving sleep tests than the cough that I went to him for. No confidence in him.

Staff has been very pleasant. Dr Balingit has, also, been both professional and kind.

Dr Balingit is kind and thoughtful and Phil his chief assistant handles a lot of my issues. The nurses have always been nice and cheerful and helpful. The front office staff was OK this time. They seem very busy. I am not pleased with my supplier, Lincare, but I think that is more of an insurance issue. Sleep apnea products can be difficult to get used to. So it can take awhile to find one that suits you. I'm a light sleeper so all that stuff on my face and around me drove me crazy. Amazing staff, nurses and most important the Dr. They must of changed front desk staff because they are wonderful!!! I have never waited more then 10 minutes and everyone is is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was instructed to be at the office at 12:30 pm for my 1:00pm appt. I walked in the door at 12:30 and the reception area was dark with a sign that said, “Closed. Open at 1:00pm”. At 1:00, the lights went on. At 1:15, I was called to a room. At 1:45, the doc came in. I had a few words with the doc and left. I’ll find another doc someday.

I have been Dr Balingit's patient for at least 3 years. He's nice, but not very knowledgeable. He diagnosed me with stage 4 emphazema, but lately when I tried to explain worsening symptoms, he threw his hands up & said, Ann, you have COPD! (like what am I supposed to do?) And lately I was supposed to have an appointment to go over test results, 3 appts made but I was marked as no-show for all 3. I don't know if he didn't want to see me or his bulldog nurse made that decision. Nice man, terrible doc ahd horrifying staff.

I was waiting for Dr Balingit appointment for two hours and still did not have chance to see him. Receptionist (blond with long hair) have been extremely unethical and loud talking mostly about personal things. After of two hours of waiting when I've asked how long else I have to wait, manager told me i can make another appointment or go to another doctor. I've got an impression dr Balingit does not want to see his patients and his assistants behave on very unprofessional manner. Never will go again. Never will recommend to anybody.

I just did the sleep apnea study yesterday. Dan the technician was very friendly and thorough in preppy me and taking care of me during the night. I did call in today to post pone the office visit till the Coronavirus situation stabilizes. JDG

Dr. Balingit gave me a home sleep study because I needed one for Medicare. They provided no phone number no instructions. The machine didn’t work and I had a rotten night of sleep. Now I have to go to another physician who will actually perform a study that will be taken by Medicare. I do not think he is competent.

Horrible. Staff did not understand that they should order a bipap and no one knew why I was there.

My experience has been awful at best. It took weeks to get an apt then I had to schedule an overnight sleep apnea test. That test determined I had sleep apnea then I had to make another apt for a overnight test to determine settings for the sleep apnea machine. It wasn't at all clear why they couldn't do both in one overnight test since it takes a lot of time and its not exactly fun sleeping in some office in your underwear with equipment attached to you while someone watches you. Then I had to make another apt for the results and when I went to the office they were closed ? When I Knocked on the door, someone in the office told me their computer was down so they weren't taking apts and would call me when the computer came back. It again wasn't clear why they didn't call me to cancel the appt. Several weeks later ( 2 or 3 ) after not receiving a call I finally called them about my apt and they scheduled me for my results out another week or two. As you can see this is frustrating and very time consuming. After taking the overnight test I had to make an appt for the results and was told to make an apt with a vendor for the sleep apnea machine. Finally received the sleep apnea machine and after a few days I had some questions that required the doctor. However trying to call the doctor is again a disaster. My calls only get to a computer giving me 4 options none of which apply and then tell me to wait on the line. However every time you wait on the line the answering machine hangs up and you never reach anyone. Then you can try pressing one of the options that don't apply and you are directed to leaving a message. I never was able to leave a message or get to a real person about my questions. BTW after going around in a circle for questions about the sleep apnea machine I was told that many/most doctors now only send people home with a home test and then provide wider ranges on the sleep apnea machine. Excellent doctor, staff is very nice. Excellent location. Would definitely recommend for sleep or pulmonary issues.

Long wait times. Poor office staff. Takes over a week to get a prescription. Doctor does not even know why you are there until he spends half the visit trying to remember who you are.

Always impressed with the level of care and the excellent staff there.

Dr. Balinget's office does not return phone calls or call to confirm their own appointments. The staff have reckless provision of health care that is clearly below the standards of accepted care without regard for the potential circumstances. They had a computer down system for 6 days without attempting to contact scheduled patients. Does not explain tests you just had. Office did not call me back after I left two messages and the only way I got a hold of them, is they finally picked up the phone one day and answered it so I could make a appt. Had a CT scan of my lungs but the doctor neither checked it until after two weeks just before I was suppose to come in for a appt. & sent me for a X Ray and I had a collapse lung for over two weeks and could not breath.

Dr and nurses are awesome. Front office staff extremely rude and do not complete the visit after seeing the dr. I got yelled at for wanting to switch medical suppliers. Very rude office staff but again the dr. And nurses are awesome.

My mother has been a patient there for over 15 years, the nurses and Dr are excellent. However the front office is overwhelmed with patients and you can't get through on the phone. Be prepared for a long wait when you have a appointment.

Do not expect a call from the office staff. They always have calls to answer machine and rarely call back. Two months of back and forth with Lincare to get proper paper work from office. Had to drive to office and be in person to get follow up appointment.

Dr. Sergio Balingit is an excellent professional and caring physician. He thoroughly explained tests results in detail. The office staff graciously gave me a late appointment just to review the outcome of my tests done @ the Villages Hospital. I will continue to follow up with future appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Balingit.

Absolutely horribly rude staff!!!! I would give zero stars if possible !They cancelled my in office sleep study twice and did not bother to tell me about the cancellation. They lie and get defensive when you ask for an explanation . I was referred to the office fro y PCP in October and 3 months later i still never received my sleep study. I will never suggest anyone to go there, Dr. Balingit need to hire a new office crew. Absolutely horribly rude staff!!!! He was referred to me as the best pulmonologists in my villas by two nurses. He did not disappoint. Not only is he the most competent I've been too, his staff is even better! I think hes the best I'VE BEEN TOO SINCE ARRIVIVG IN THE vILLAGES.

Very slow on follow up with other providers.

During a time when I was experiencing several life-threatening illnesses, Dr. Balingit re-arranged his schedule so that my pulmonary issues could be quickly and professionally diagnosed to discover or rule out cancer. Fortunately his diagnosis was BOOP, a very rare form of pneumonia that Dr. Balingit effectively treated. His obvious concern for me personally and his close professional relationships with my other doctors was exceptional.

He was considerate, lovely bedside manner, very comprehensive. Was not only interested in what you went for but other heath issues going on with you. Ordered tests needed. Extremely bright and easy to understand and explains things you don't understand.
