Serena Lara Marie Dovey

I was a patient of Dr. Dovey when she was at Kindbody, and had a great experience with egg retrieval. My care was well managed and the providers I saw spent time making sure that I was comfortable and understood each step of the process. When it came time for egg retrieval, Dr. Dovey did a great job. I had a large number of eggs retrieved and recovered well. I'm very happy to have worked with her!

Dr. Dovey traumatized me for life before she left Colorado for California. I am a nurse, my husband is a surgeon. We knew there was a problem a few weeks after my miscarriage (that she recommended I induced with medication after we lost the heart beat). She and her staff neglected my emails, phone calls and intra-app messaging. I ended up in my hospitals ER septic, needing emergency surgery in the OR I worked in, and then admitted bc of how incredibly sick I was. The surgeon told me if I hadn't taken matters into my own hands I would have lost my uterus. I was able to find a competent doctor after all of this and now I have a beautiful son with another due in 2 weeks. Take your time and research this woman. She is absolutely awful. Bedside manner is always a plus, but I'd rather a competent physician than a nice one. This woman almost cost me my uterus.
