What a wonderful service to our community, that Dr. Mehta is vaccinating patients with the Covid vaccine, at her private practice. The process was easy, well organized, and the entire staff was lovely! What a beautiful clinic with an amazing mission to get vaccines to the community. Thank you Dr. Mehta and staff.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Atrociously rude office staff and the providers will not do anything that requires even an modicum of extra work for them.

The Providers and office staff are really great. They are really great on answering phone calls and getting back to the patients, and they are very kind. I would suggest Psychiatric Medical Associates to other people.

Dr. Mehta took wonderful care of me while I was in the hospital at Millwood. I had been through a really rough time before I went there and she really took the time to get my medicine back on track and really made me feel like I mattered to her.

We are new to this practice and have had nothing but amazing experiences thus far! Our journey started at a less than alright hospital for several stays and then we landed at PMA's preferred hospital - - this is our second stay here and after 24 hours....I am telling you I am happier than I could have imagined! Our son is little....he is 9....he is NOT equipped for things that he has never been exposed to...we have protected him and knowing that we had "issues" we have kept things at bay - - hoping they would get better. Well, a hard dose of reality has hit. We are now in the hands of this amazing woman and her team. Dr. Mehta and I have not had the priviledge of meeting and I am hoping that this happens soon. She is overseeing our sons hospital stay, his schooling, his therapy, his counseling and I believe that as of right now we have TWO Nurse Practitioners----TWO!!!! Ms. Tubbs and Ms. Carson....I am in tears over the level of care, concern, follow up, follow through and compassion that has been shown to us, as a compete family. They get it. They understand. They hear us and I believe they care! Additional to ALL of this---the lady in the office, Julie....she is a doll! She has empathy and sincerity in her words. For any parent that is looking for a place that direction can come in ALL kinds of ways...this is the place. They have the market cornered for Children in need of Psychiatric Treatment and Therapy. Dr Mehta is a very compassionate yet professional, kind and one of the best psychiatrists in the DFW metroplex. She and her staff are unprofessional and rude. I have been requesting information to move my father to a different assist living center. We probably will not make our move date because she STILL has not given us a list of his meds. Terrible doctor. Stay away from her!!!!

The moment Dr Metha walked into the room he was rude, dismissive, arrogant. The first thing he says is I don't want you as a patient and its best we don't waste each others time. I have been working and referral clients to Dr. Mehta for the past few years. She is compassion and caring when it comes to her patients. I believed in her philosophy as she once said to her patient, "I will get you what you NEED and not what you WANT." Dr. Mehta and her staff deal with the needs of people of all kinds of cultures, personalities, commitments and appearances and they did it so well with integrity, concern, and respect! Dr. Mehta doesn't simply dole out medicine. She spent ample time with me and ensured that my thoughts were heard. She was responsive to my ideas about my treatment and made me feel in control of my own health. However, she always opened my eyes to what was actually best for me in terms of my overall wellbeing without ignoring my mental, social, emotional, and physical needs. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta, and her staff is flexible and prompt to attend to scheduling issues.

I would absolutely not recommend this woman, unless you want to be called a liar and have her prescribe the completely wrong medications. She also claims she knows every other doctor in the area, but doesn't bother calling them to consult before giving medications that can harm the patient.

I mean she's smart. I'll give her that but that's about it. Was in the hospital under her care at Carrollton springs. Overall good hospital. However, I reccomend asking for Dr. Naryan. Not saying that dr Mehta is smarter to him, they are both very knowledgable. Ans dr Narayan is more personal and actually seems to truly care about his clients.
