When my long-time dentist retired, Dr. Siao was recommended to me. Melissa did a thorough scaling and then Dr. Siao came in for an examination. The doctor and staff were very thorough and professional. It was a positive first impression.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists in the past and a friend recommended me here. I love Dr. Un! She was compassionate and receptive of my fears. They definitely have a life long patient even though it's a 30 minute drive!

Dr Siao is very professional, knowledgable, and pleasant, and the hygentists are gentle, thorough and pleasant as well.

The service during a Covid environment was as usual, excellent. All aspects of safety were implemented, and any changes to operations were explained up front. The staff are friendly, kind, experienced, and efficient. Chris is my go-to hygienist for years now, and she is always amazing, miraculously removing tea stains from my bonded teeth, even with current operational guidelines. Thank you Chris! I (and my family) have been with this practice for decades! The dentists are highly competent and caring professionals. The hygienists are capable and knowledgeable. The office staff is comprised of some of the best employees I have dealt with anywhere. Candy, in particular, has been so helpful over the years with billing and insurance issues. All in all, this is a practice that is professional, responsive to the needs of its patients, and extremely courteous.

I have had a lot of dental anxiety for a very long time and dreaded the dentist. I have had many hygienists over the years. However, I have recently found Lori and want the world to know that she is excellent. I felt so inspired to do all the right things with my teeth and felt like she genuinely cared about me and my dental health. She is very kind and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was getting scolded or judged which I have in the past. I highly recommend her. I felt safe with all the PPE and I think the office is doing a great job overall precautionary wise. I also recommend Dr. Un as a dentist - she is understanding of my anxieties and patient and kind.

Dr. Siao and staff have gone above and beyond to provide a safe environment during the current Covid situation. They all wear PPE, have installed plexi glass protection for their front desk and have clear markers at front desk to ensure proper distancing. Their checking in process also ensures that only one patient is greeted at a time, upon arrival temperature is taken and Covid screening Questionnaire provided before being escorted directly to the providers room. Very efficient system and Emily is a great hygienist!!

having no cell fone i was met by Candy at the door who told me the hygenist would come and get me when the time was right..... well she not only came out to greet me but she was prepared for my hearing loss and had certain things prewritten out on yellow stick it notes...HOW SWEET IS THAT!!!.... the cleaning went well as usual....can not believe how patient the hygenist was...explaining everything (in a louder than normal voice i am sure) as far as the procedure- her observations etc etc... the only negative part of the entire experience was I did not get a chance to chit chat with Candy.... You guys are the best by far....thank you again....

As an older woman during this period of the Covid virus, I had become more than overwhelmed and anxious to come to my appointment. Even though in my my mind I knew that the office would be clean and sanitary. Protocol was well explained beforehand by Candi over the phone. Lori texted me and we met at the door. Very satisfied with many years of root canals, crowns, nightguards, and gentle-thorough cleanings. Dr. Siao and staff are highly skilled professionals who make you feel personally cared for. I trust them so much that I often relax and almost fall asleep in the dentist's chair!

Relationships with dentist are so personal. You only have one shot at keeping a nice, healthy mouth, and you have to trust that they are recommending the right things (without over-recommending things that aren't necessary). I had a wonderful first impression with Dr. Un. I was looking for a new dentist, because my previous dentist had sold her practice, and I didn't have a good vibe from the new dentist. He suddenly recommended a lot of work that seemed unusual, since I'm so good with keeping up with my dental cleanings and any work that needs to be done. After research and asking local friends, I made an appointment with Dr. Siao and Dr. Un's office. Dr. Un looked at my mouth and the x-rays from my previous dentist and gave me a recommendation that I felt much more comfortable with. I had another wonderful dental cleaning appointment with Kristen today. Kristen is terrific. She is professional and kind. She has a gentle touch. She checks in as she's working. I highly recommend this dental office. I trust Dr. Siao to do all my dental work.

The hygienist, Emily, was phenomenal. She was very professional and thorough. She was very gentle and my teeth felt great after cleaning. After waiting for Dr Un to review my teeth, Dr Un deliberately probed My gum extremely rough. She did not complete her assessment and haughty left the room after the hygienist wanted to show/review something with her. This was not my first time experiencing her unprofessional and rude behavior. My family are also patients and my daughter has expressed her displeasure with her and has bore the brunt of it. I would not recommend my canines to her. She needs a patient physician relations training and should be monitored for improvement.

Candy fit me in today to see Dr Un because I was worried about a chipped tooth and thought it may be fractured. Dr Un and Stacey were both very understanding of my concern and dental anxiety. Good news no fracture and made an apt for a crown for the tooth. Great practice and I am so fortunate to have been going there for 9 years. I have referred Dr Siao and his group to many of my friends. Chris cleans my teeth every 6 months and she is very professional and easy to talk to.

A tooth cap had fallen off last evening so I went by the office to see if they could fit me in. Receptionist, 2 Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were extremely helpful and decided that the cap was no longer useable so they took the time to build a new tooth and within 1 hour I was on my way home with a healthy mouth. I have been going to this office for many years and it has always been a good experience during Dr. Fishers time and with the practice as it now exists. Good experience.

That doesn’t seem to be a problem for Dr. Siao, since he just took everything one step at a time, never rushing, to be sure that I was comfortable all the time. Worst dentist ever! Hurry hurry hurry and nothing is done right!

If I could leave no stars, I would. The office receptionists are rude and scheduling is difficult and uncoordinated. You are just a number and they move people through the clinic so quickly that they are skimping in quality cleanings. Specifically, the hygienists spend almost no time cleaning the kids teeth. A half hour appointment is done in 8 minutes—it amounts to a long tooth brushing, but no thorough cleaning. The end result is your child has cavities. If I could leave no stars, I would. Definitely worth the trip from Attleboro. I've never been disappointed.

They are the best. Highly qualified and friendly. The only place to go if you are a resident of the Town of Wrentham.
