1st I want to start with a zero (0) rating only because I don't know yet what service/customer service means to you. I've never used your site as far as I know until now so I'll take my chances and send this. . When I Call No one answers the phone. A recording says leave a message (I'm not sure what was said exactly) . Then the mailbox is full.. Goodbye. They hang up. Only trying to let them know a patient was running late. Well she's there by now but I started calling at 8:25am today, now. It's now 9:20am. This kind of thing is happening in other businesses as well. It's very bad for business and maybe it would be good for business if you get your tech team to investigate this problem. So far this is the 3rd *MUST HAVE CLEAR UNFLAWED COMMUNICATIONS* type business that's happened this way. (As far as I know) I am a concerned citizen and have every right to be. You have a right to know when there are COMMUNICATIONS problems. And the other company I talked to took it very seriously because simple communication is the most important part of completing a task And *when*everything is done properly (everyone on the "team" does their part) them running smoothly and getting back on track. I suppose I have to tell you now that I am not a "licensed Professional " except for my accounting and Income Tax prep certificates but I am Professional about it in my heart So whoever reads this please don't throw this message aside. Please circulate a copy as far as you can. If there's even the slightest possibility it could help someone for the sake of mankind without making it a big deal COMMUNICATION = SURVIVAL Thank you for the effort you've already put into this by reading it.
