I wish I could give negative star. The worst ever experience with Dr Seema Sood. Recently moved to Vegas and looking for a primary care. I was happy to see an Indian primary care physician, so thought to visit her. First of all their infrastructure was not giving the feel of a clinic. Initially a trainee attended me and took all my information. 3 times she checked my blood pressure because she wasn’t sure. They entered incorrect dob for me, which I found out later. Receptionist was good though and helpful. Now comes the real part- experience with the doctor. She was way too rude and humiliated me to an extent. After that conversation I felt like if I have some condition then it’s the biggest mistake of my life. 3 times during our conversation she asked me to go to another physician, if there’s something I can’t do or find difficult to do. Don’t know how she got the license and running this clinic. WON’t RECOMMEND AT ALL. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY GOING THERE.

Dr. Seema Sood is very disorganized office and understaffed. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and demeaning to staff. She called the useless in front of me. They did not send complete forms and I had to go back twice to quest due to incorrect paperwork. Do not recommend.

Dr. Sood takes her time with each patient giving them all the information they need. Been seeing her for a few years now for hormone replacement and she is wonderful. I don’t mind waiting for a doctor who cares. Won’t prescribe you things you don’t need and def shows she cares.

I have been a patient of Seema Sood for 20+ years yes sometimes she could be a little too forward with words but she means well she had done it to me but overall I believe she’s a great doctor.

Only thing I did was call! Before she said hello she talked to the background for a couple minutes like no I’m okay

Place is unorganized and the doctor doesn't address the issue you go in for. I don't have insurance and went in to address weight loss. The ekg machine didn't have paper but they neglected to let me know ahead of time so I could maybe reschedule, so of course they couldn't do an ekg. And instead of giving me a prescription for weight loss they sent me for labs to address hormones and menopause. So I spent a lot of money out of pocket to get nothing that I was going there for. I’ve been waiting a week for a prescription to get approved to help with the pain from a herniated disc. The doctor doesn’t help and the staff is rude. Changing primary care physicians for sure

Worst doctors experience of my life. Doctor looked nothing like a doctor, open toed shoes, baseball hat and scarf. I waited for 2 hours and when I finally saw the doctor she said she has never heard of sleep paralysis before so I walked out. Save yourself the time and aggravation and find a better doctor

This was the worst doctor visit of my life that resulted in me walking out of the office and demanding a refund. The doctor was rude and unprofessional in every way. She was giving me demands and then tried to tell me that THC is killing people and I need to stop now when I work at a dispensary and study this subject. She then referred to herself in the third person and said that the doctor said sorry so everything is ok.............. She didn't knock before entering, didn’t put on a cover to look in my nose and ears, gave me a sub par exam, then was rude in every way, and was showing me a piece oF paper that came from her email and a page out of a magazine that said people died from vaping from boot leg vapes carts so thats why THC is bad and killing people even though THC isn’t what killed them. 2nd visit here was the most Horrible experience ever. I love love love the ladies in the office. They both do 110% so sweet, amazing and easy to talk too. Now the doctor I was not pleased with and then I understand when your not feeling good your a little moody but for her to take it out on the patience and to catch an attitude is uncalled for and then the way she talks to you is ridiculous. 2nd visit here was the most Horrible experience ever. DO NOT GO THERE. Terrible doctor !! I went to the office to check my knot on my neck but Dr Seema ordered me a lot blood test. She asked me to do blood test twice. And when I come back she said my test result is wrong the two test result can not belong to same person. Instead of ordering me new test she said she will call the Quest. However, this was happened August and it’s December I never got any call back from her. Luckily I’m healthy, if I was really sick I would be died already. Now I received a $1600 bill from Quest for a wrong test result. For the past 4 month I went to her office 4 times and my knot is still there. DO NOT GO THERE. Terrible doctor !! Don't go here! Dr. Sood has terrible bedside manner and was straight up rude to me when I went to see her regarding weight loss options. Her staff was nice enough but the medical assistant who took my vitals stopped midway through taking my BP to answer a personal call on her cell, which as someone who works in healthcare, I found this absolutely appalling. The office is run down, the desk in the exam room was propped up with a medical magazine and the oscillating fan in the room was missing the front portion that covers the blades. Then, to add insult to injury, I received a bill from them for an office visit charge. I ran as fast as possible and never went back. Don't go here! Been my physician since 2015. Very pleased with doctor patient relationship

When I first saw Dr. Sood, I didn't have an appointment and they took me in based on how much pain I was in, thank you. She is very authentic, caring and thoughtful. The treatment and prescriptions recommended helped me a lot. I enjoy speaking with her. She's a wonderful Doctor. Thanks to the whole staff for always being polite and helpful.

As my primary physician I decided to go to her instead of Urgent Care when I had severe sore throat. Dr. Sood did not do a strep throat test. She sent me for a blood test to determine if I had a bacterial infection. I got the blood test done, but never heard from Dr. Sood. I could not bear the pain anymore and went to Urgent Care. They did a strep throat test (which was negative) and prescribed me antibiotics and steroids for swollen glands. Within 4 hours of taking the medication I started feeling pain relief. Dr. Sood not only did not correctly diagnose my condition, but did not do ANYTHING to address my throat pain. Needless to say, I am changing my primary physician.

No respect for patients time, doesn’t generally care, gets irritated quickly, dismisses symptoms

Horrible experience, please do yourself a favor and find someone... ANYONE else! I would consult webMD before I ever even thought about returning to seema sood. Go to her if you want prescriptions for everything except what's actually wrong with you.

Wife went to this "MD" for a first time visit /check up for her wrist. Nurse took basic patient intake, weighed my wife, then left the room. The "MD" walked in looked at her file and proclaimed that she's "Diabetic." At no point did my wife get asked any questions. Nor at any point was blood work requested (Something you have to do for INTERNAL F!@$KING MEDICINE!). I guess this "MD" has x-ray and microscopic vision. Not only is my wife not diabetic, we have the labs to prove it. What's worst is this "in network doctor" charged over $400 for this "proclamation." This "doctor" is a joke. I am very upset that i came here wasted my time & money. Dr. Sood was very unprofessional. First of all she had open toe sandals on. But idc about that. I felt very disrespected that she commented on my weight saying i was too big for my age and then when I asked about her weight lost program she exactly told me it would not benefit me because i don’t eat right or work out. All the while she never even picked her head up to look me in the face. She has no empathy and the whole office looked so sketchy to me. Wanted me to come back in 2/3 weeks for labs that could have been done that day. It did not make sense and it’s already a struggle to find a doctor, but to go and feel as uncomfortable as i did hurts. I am completely annoyed by the whole situation that it’s been on my mind since my visit. I honestly did not want to pay the co pay... for what ? She did not help me. I'll make it quick don't bother with this place, the doctor is a joke. I came in for a pap smear and blood work. I had told the nurses my history and like normal the doctor came in. Everything was fine up to this point. My appointment. No joke. Took almost 2 hrs. For absolutely nothing. The doctor read the notes the nurse put in the system and not 1 min after the doctor said hello she told me I had DIABETES. Wow! The doctor right after saying that told me that I qualified for a surgery that my Insurance would cover. This doctor. Checked my ears. Up my nose and my breathing. And guess what she charged me almost $500 bucks. FOR NOTHING. I GOT NOT BLOOD WORK DONE. I GOT NO PAP SMEAR DONE. This clinic doesn't do blood work here. Ok fine. Whatever. When I asked are we going to at least do the pap smear her response to me was. " that's not my biggest concern right now" what??? Her biggest concern was telling me I had diabetes and believing it. According to her she knows I have it because she, quote " i have been doing this for over 10 years". Surprise.. I went to a real doctor and I don't have anything wrong w me. This was not just bad service. This was a doctor diagnosing me without any proof. A doctor who charged my insurance and is charging me for a consultation that was not worth the time I lost from work. Dr. Sood is very caring and thorough. She and her staff are very friendly. I currently live in Laughlin, but still drive in to see her.

Currently going here to get some personal issues tended to. I've been struggling for years and finally feel like this is a place full of people who CARE. That's harder to find than one would expect. If they're accepting new patients - def make an appointment!

This is the most thorough and sincere Dr. I've ever experienced. I have a history of serious kidney disease. I have seen hundreds of doctors over the years and while they've all served their purpose ... NONE have been as thorough and defined and sincerely interested in my well-being and health as Dr. Sood. I stumbled on this doctor because I needed someone in my immediate area to be my primary care physician and I needed someone who would take the time to become familiar with my history and help guide me into a healthier way of life. On my first visit to this doctor she took more than an hour to sit with me and discuss EVERYTHING about my condition from beginning to now .... then review prescriptions and recommend alternate prescriptions I might do well with. She called and had a conference with my Kidney doctor later the same day. I didn't ask for any of this. This is what this doctor does and how she handles her business. Thorough and concerned! Only one other doctor and Dr. Sood out of hundreds of doctors I've seen over the years have been this intent in ensuring that I receive good on-going care and has gone an extra mile to pay above average attention to my medical condition. Dr. Sood is not about making money. I have Government Medicare and no doctor gets rich from Medicare patients. I also had to file bankruptcy on my portions I had to pay Dr. Sood and she nor her office staff treat me any differently. I still receive great service and medical attention. My blood tests came back one time with very critical results. I received an urgent call from Dr. Soods office that I MUST come in today no questions asked. I felt so safe knowing that I was in good hands and that this doctor does read and review test results and reacts as necessary. Moments later my 5 year kidney doctor who had received the same blood results gave me an emergency call so I knew Dr. Sood's office was right on point! I've been seeing this Dr for a few years and never had issues until recently. I'm so disappointed on the quality of care I received on my last few visits, she misdiagnosed me without even communicating with me and overcharged me, she now treats her patients as cash cows. I am baffled by the nasty comments left here about Dr. Sood. I had a fantastic experience at her office. Her staff was kind, competent and efficient. Dr. Sood devoted a great deal of time reviewing my medical history, providing proper examinations and asking the appropriate questions to determine what the next steps would be for me to maintain good health. I did not feel like a patient number or a statistic. She took the time to familiarize herself with my medical history and did not rush through the appointment. I'm grateful I found her practice. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Sood for anything. She is very rude to her patients, but even worse to her staff! Her staff are caring and friendly, but the doctor herself is very blunt and rude. She puts down her staff to patients, which is very unprofessional. The office itself is run-down and very dingy. The chairs in the patients are all worn. Gross! Not to mention, she makes her patients wait for a minimum of one hour for an appointment.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Sood. She spends time asking question and is truly concerned with each and everyone of her patients. My beloved husband was diagnosed with Glio Blastoma last year and Dr Sood did everything for both of us as she could. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Do not use Seema Sood as ur dr! All u do is wait! Been 2 and a half hours! Still haven't seen Dr. I would get better service at the ER! I can't do this anymore she's only getting worse! I had an apt at 1145 arrived at 11 and now it's 130 and I'm still waiting! And office is supper hot she refuses to turn on AC!

Usual waiting with appointment time 2 hours

Her assistant at the front desk of her office has a very bad attitude, she is not friendly, violent, full of anger, did not show any respect and not cooperative, even in time of needs, when CVS Pharamcy asking for authorization to refill my supplies, many time I went in person to the office, standing before her as a bigger, to remind her of her duity, recent time was on 4/22/16. As long as this lady sits at the front Desk, neither me ,nor my wife is ready to continue as patients of Dr. Sood.
