Dr. Seema Khan

Dr. Khan is a highly skilled physician. Her bedside manner is sympathetic while truly caring. My son loves Dr. Khan. She is a awesome provider. Thank you for all you do ! Tera P.

Terrible experience at Children’s National Hospital with Dr. Khan and her team of residents disregarded MRE results and minimized my daughter’s condition. They invalidated my daughter’s symptoms questioning why we were admitted by her colleague who identified my daughter’s situation as catastrophic. Dr. Khan is a disgrace to that hospital’s reputation. Read the reports to your patient as my daughter read it herself weeks later from her electronic medical record. A message for Dr. Khan…Several surgeries later…peppermint wasn’t the route to her manage her condition. If Dr. Khan had done her job competently, my daughter may have avoided a surgery.

She was very condescending, rude, and passive aggressive. She acted as if her time was being wasted the entire time. I’ve never felt more talked down to or treated this poorly when asking questions about my child’s treatment plan. It’s unfortunate. Childrens Hospital made a mistake here.
