When I first met Dr. Thompson it was by an unexpected visit at another office. As he examined me he was forward, truthful and extremely knowledgeable. He’s is exactly what a doctor is supposed to be with impeccable bedside manner. And a Rock star surgeon. I was very fortunate he crossed my path.

This is a placed I highly recommend. Dr Thompson is straight forward to the point without no excuses. You can ask questions he will answer to the best of his ability which is good. He doesn’t pressure nor rush you into any procedure, which is a plus. There is no real long wait time to see him which is great and the staff is awesome.. The call back and follow up is great that they do. Professional and attentive attitude which always works. The place is kept clean with Covid-19 still around. On 05/09/2022 i had surgery on my left knee MD Thompson and his staff was very knowledgeable and they did a awsome Job, I just want to say thank you.

I went to this doctor because of a left shoulder injury. I need physical therapy because my arm is still weak. I use to be able to pick up 50 lbs now I can only lift 10lbs and was told to go back to work. I tried to make an appointment but the medical assistant told me I was discharged and referred to pain management where they will continue giving me my physical therapy requests. I can’t go back to work my neck and my back prevents me from returning to go to work. I told the doctor my arm goes numb and I need gabapentin. I wasn’t given any! So I had to to go to the emergency room for it. In order for me to receive physical therapy the medical assistant would have to do an prior authorization. Which she probably don’t have the time for obviously to miss schedule my appointment. Oh well I was referred somewhere else so at least I wasn’t abandoned as a patient. I was suffering with debilitating pain, and partial disability of my right knee, and I needed this surgery. This doctor change my life, after the surgery, I was pain free, and walking normally again. People were surprised with the complete change, versus the suffering I was going through. A few years ago, I also did orthopedic surgery of my right shoulder, and he also did an excellent job, restoring my ability to function normally. I would highly recommend this surgeon for any type of orthopedic surgeon to anyone. In addition, the staff is amazing! They are very patient and kind whenever I visit.
