Clearly PA Cheng was reading my chart information. I felt that the experience was professional and well informed.

I love the environment , staff and the Dr. they treat you like family and Dr. Nikravan is very detailed about labs, health , etc. he is the best Dr. that I have come across .

The best endocrinologist !Dr. Nikravan and his team are super professional, knowledgeable, so accurate in diagnosis. they care about the patient , spend time in describing everything in detail ! Finding him saved my life while I was struggling with thyroiditis symptoms and no other dr. could diagnose my problem !

Nobody likes getting jabbed for bloodwork. Dr N coordinated my bloodwork for 3 series so that I only have to get poked a couple of times annually, thanks.

Very professional office - no nonsense. PA was great…Dr. Nikravan explains his findings in a very understandable way. Dr. Nikravan personally performed my ultrasound and gave his recommendations immediately…I felt confident that I saw the best endocrinologist who knows his stuff

Probably one of the most professional and proficient doctors in Orange County. He is methodical and thorough. He verbally records all interactions during your meeting which obviously helps remind him of all past incidents and helps with the prognoses of future results. Excellent encounter with both Dr. Nikravan and PA Mrs. Cheng. They both have very good approach and take time to answer all questions. The office staff including nurse and front office were excellent as well and very organized. I would highly recommend this practice.

I cant say why I did not write my review about this man, who is also a specialist, and a doctor, sooner. I will have to keep it short and simple because what Dr Nikravan has done for me still makes me emotional. I mistakenly overdosed on a very strong diuretic prescribed to me from a dermatologist who wanted nothing to do with me when i had to tell her. I didn't experience anything that felt life-threatening it did happen over time. Dr Nikravan saved my life that much is clear to me now and i want to say a very warm thank you because you did not have to do what you did. Thank you for being the man, specialist and Doctor that you are, wonderful. I cant say why I did not write my review about this man, who is also a specialist, and a doctor, sooner. I have been a patient of Dr. Nikravan for well over 20 years. I have recommended four other family members to him in the last 2 years and they are more than pleased to be under his care. Recently I had a relative in need of immediate intervention due to thyroid problem. This person was unable to get an appointment in a timely manner in todays medical world. At my request to Dr. Nikravan, he was more than happy to fit her into his busy schedule and was able to treat this individual the very next day. He performed an ultrasound in his office and fortunately this new patient was immediately put on the proper treatment. We were both very grateful for his professional and caring response. The office staff our wonderful, caring and respectful to their patients. I followed Dr. Nikravan from the St. Jude Medical Center and I feel he is well worth the drive to Newport Beach. With Dr. Nikravan and his staff, you get the medical care you want and need in order to understand your illness and the subsequent treatment. I recently arrived for an appointment with Dr Nikravan. I. Absent mindedly arrived a week too soon, however the staff, his P.A. and Dr Nikravan accommodated me and didn't make me feel so foolish. It's these extra mile things that, added to superior health care, make this practice one of the best and well worth the expenditure! Dr Nikravan and his staff are all excellent. There is a "system" and process, where everything, including the patient perspectives are documented and go into the file, giving the patient a documented voice in their personal health journey. Dr Nikravan and his staff are able to refer to these notes during every visit, and the notes are updated at every visit accordingly. It is a "very" busy practice, and his front desk team are all caring and loving people who do their very best to accommodate needs between the phone calls, phone and online insurance verifications, and people at the desk. But of "special note" is Tiffany, Dr Nikravan's PA (Physician Assistant). Tiffany handles many of the Doctor's day-to-day routine functions to make him more efficient. She is young....but absolutely outstanding at her job. She is caring, intelligent, and insightful....taking time on every visit to carefully explain the nuances of diagnoses, what the definitions mean in the real world, and how you should apply it to your life. Tiffany exudes love and compassion, alongside common sense and organization. When she says she will follow up...she does - rare in the world today. In a few days, Dr. Nikravan will perform RFA surgery on my wife's, large Thyroid nodules, but the way he looks after her and prepares all of the test reports is exceptional. Dr. Nikravan is the most communicative doctor I've ever seen with his patients and loved ones. Thank you very much for everything you and your colleagues have done so far. I'm optimistic that RFA procedure will go smoothly because you've done it before with other satisfied patients. Dr. Nikravan has been my doctor for a few years now. When I first met him I was experiencing symptoms of fatigue, muscle atrophy and I had a tumor on my thyroid. All of that has been eliminated including the tumor without surgery! He is the best at what he does.

I’m currently being checked for thyroid cancer and needed some very important biopsies done on some Thyroid nodules that look suspicious. I had this done one time before at the hospital and my experience just very uncomfortable but I am so blessed that I found Dr. Sean P. Nikravan, MD, FACE. and it was done in his office which is beautiful in Newport Beach he walked me through the whole thing and was so incredibly kind, professional and most importantly so precise. Now just waiting for the results to see what my next steps will be. But definitely check out his Instagram he’s one of the few doctors that is doing a special technique on benign large nodules that you would normally have to get your thyroid removed for. He’s able to shrink those with an outpatient procedure. I mean come on let’s be real who wants to get several needles in their neck, definitely not me he took a total of 10 needle biopsies, I had no Xanax just he numbed the area and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes in the procedure room.
