Yes, I would recommend Dr. McGrann to family and friends. He saw me in the ER when I presented with a GI bleed. He was knowledgeable and well informed, However, I would like to offer a possible "second opinion" as to primary causes of GI disturbances and various other chronic medical conditions. In his report on the event he noted that I seemed more concerned with my RLS than with the immediate emergency situation. I would suggest that the stress dealing with severe RLS may CAUSE high blood pressure, GI ulcerations, PAD , and other serious medical conditions, as RLS will often initiate, intensify, and exacerbate physiological responses which result in such pathological presentations. I am sure his Grandmother would agree with me.
