He Is Just The Best In Tri Cities WA been in our family for 20 years and always been in great hands with him!

We were looking foward to see Dr. Guevara based on the positive reviews. We received a call to confirm insurance information by a Spanish specking receptionist. She was very passive-aggressive and adviced we cancell the appointment if we didn't have health insurance information handy. Great with patients

I love dr Sean he’s such a good doctor with my kids he’s been our kids doctor for 13 years now we wouldn’t go with anyone else.

I have been using Dr, Sean for over 11 years he has been the Dr for all my children. Nothing but great things to say. He is the most amazing Dr and the staff are also Amazing! Thank You Dr Sean for taking care of the girls and my son.

I have been bringing my son for almost 2 years and i am right about done now. Doctor Guevara is a good doctor but the front desk ladies are horrible starting with Maria no manners, not kind, she is soo rude i have no idea why is she working in the medical field with kids. she should be in a ranch picking apples with headphones on so no one will bother her, or flipping burgers behind a kitchen if she doesn't want to be bothered becauseshe has no customer service what so ever. Vivian is also another lady that does not want to work, but at least tries too so far does a bit more than the other but no smile on her face does everything fast and basically says get out of my face. These ladies don't acknowledge you at all the moment you walk in it's not a big office very small they don't turn to see you, they keep typing in the computers, don't even bother to look at you and smile they, basically get mad at each other because neither one of them wants to get up to help you or check you in. It's pretty sad they make you feel like you are bothering them for coming in, and when Finally one of them gets up to help you she is rude NO SMILE, NO HI HOW ARE YOU, it's "you have an appt ok sign here and no eye contact and they do it all with and attitude IT'S HORRIBLE. I am changing doctors it's sad a good doctor is not losing 1 but 2 patient's i am pregnant and i will not tolerate the mistreatment. These old women are horrible for this job title. So mommy's think twice or 3 times before bringing your children here, go take a look for your self because it will only get worse while time goes by. Almost 2 years for me.. is enough, I had it. We love going to visit Dr Sean. He's very kind and is patient to explain things. Great with kids!

I just started seeing Sean Guevara for my son's pediatrician. He always seems rushed during the appointments. Also his nursing staff NEVER returns any of my calls even when I was waiting for important lab results. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend Sean Guevara as a pediatrician. I've tried to get transferred to another pediatrician but no one else in Trios is accepting new patients.

I have never had anything but a good experience at Dr Guevara's office. Everyone is friendly, especially the nurse. Dr Sean has always been a good listener and is great with his communication with my son. He is kind, humble and professional.

I do not like Dr. Guevara. I also don't like the rude receptionist at his office. The receptionist has horrible manners. Dr. Guevara is nice and good with my baby, but he doesn't seem to know what he's talking about. He tells me to do things with my baby that I don't agree with and everyone I tell is always shocked at what he says. He was no help when my baby was not gaining weight. Come to find out she was starving. He tells me to give her juice and she's barely 4 months old.

I love Dr. Guevara and his staff. They are always so polite and gentle with my baby and my 4 year old. I love that Dr. Guevara is so attentive to both my children and myself. He is just great!

We loved the doctor but the staff are rude and have absolutely no desire to provide even half way decent customer service or manners.
