Dr Bryan was wonderful and very caring.

Everyone is kind and helpful. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. Dr. Sean Bryan and staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I saw them. Dr. Bryan answered all of my questions before and after treating my knees. I feel much better today.

Second visit to Dr Bryan...consistent professionalism and willingness to spend time and answer questions. Highly recommended physician.

Unfortunately I have had to visit Rothman numerous times- hands, knees, shoulder- Everytime has been great. I Highly recommended them.

Dr. Bryan and Don were very welcoming. They listened to my concerns and I felt they cared about my well being. It was my first visit but I am confident my future appointments will result in the same satisfaction.

My Dad saw Dr. BRYAN 2 x now. Both times he was very professional and treated my dad with respect. My dad is elderly, hard of hearing and has trouble understanding. Dr. Bryan very clear in his diagnosis & being sure my dad understood him.

The staff, DR, PA, Nurse, front end essential workers are top notch and would highly recommend Rothman

Dr. Bryan was professional, informative, helpful in deciding on next move to rehab my hip issues.

Sean was supposed to Send my prescription to cvs. He said he would do it right away. Forgot to Send it. Now I have to chase him to get it sent. What a waste of my time.

A most excellent and knowledgeable doctor!

I saw Dr Bryan for a consultation about my hip - I was convinced something was wrong, but the doctor I visited before saw nothing on x-ray. Dr Bryan did, though! He’s sharp as a tack, and more importantly in today’s mostly soulless healthcare environment, he actually cares about his patients.

Dr Bryan has been great. He's very competent and explains everything thoroughly. Very attentive, I didn't feel rushed at all.

Dr. Bryan listened to my concerns and problems and administered the treatment that we agreed on. I was very pleased with Dr. Bryan’s courtesy and his manner. He also made some suggestions for me and gave me some stretching exercises to do to help me. I was VERY satisfied with Dr. Bryan. And would recommend him. He was great and Im feeling so much better. Thank you.

We are hoping that the recent treatment will help the condition. We have much faith in Dr Bryan to help.

Dr. Bryan gets strait to the point! The are no questions remain, his words are necessary and sufficient.

Dr. Bryan is terrific; he is caring, talented, and treats my shoulders (both) regularly. His care is helping me avoid two shoulder replacements. Dr. Bryan is a wonderful doctor - you can't go wrong being in his care.

I like Dr. Bryant. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half and another half hour for a 15 minute appointment.and I got the response “they are busy”, as if my time and $ aren’t worth anything? A woman came in from a nursing home and they were late dropping her off and the woman behind the desk said “we have a 20 mini wait time, I will see if the doctor will see you”. Really? Where is the compassion and to care. She stated I am coming from a nursing home and I could not control it. I like Dr. Bryant. After waiting for more than an hour for my appointment (a simple apology doesn’t take any effort) he spent about 5 minutes addressing my issues and didn’t seem to be particularly interested in inquiring about the cause of my pain. On a second visit after an MRI he must not have bothered to look at his original notes, as he asked me questions I had already answered on my first visit. He then referred me to another physician requiring another visit for an injection he could have done himself.

I would leave a 10 star but they don’t have it. Dr. Bryan found the exact area that needed the injection in the groin area where That excruciating pain was. He told me everything step-by-step that he was cleaning the area and then got the ultrasound on the tech and he told me what was going to happen step-by-step I didn’t look at the needle it wasn’t too bad with the needle I’m not a big needle person but he Found the correct spot and that’s what matters that he cared and listen to my pain that I want to live my life not walk around like a limp gimpy. He was very very nice and professional. And his reviews are awesome. I think it should be a 10 star set a five star but whatever. Thank you very much Dr. Sean Bryan. Jeannie C

Dr Bryan as always your care is exceptional! However your billing department leaves much to be desired! They waited 3 months to bill me for my last visit then backdated the bill 1 month. Let me explain: My last visit was 12/4/20 & I paid my $40 co-pay that day. Rothman received payment from my insurance company on 12/30/20. Rothman dated the bill they sent to me 2/05/21 & I received that bill on 3/1/21. I arrived for my next appointment on 3/5/21 & your receptionist insisted I pay my balance immediately. I was extremely embarrassed and quite frankly I am considering whether your excellent care overrides the way I am treated by the rest or the staff. Note: my wife is also a patient @ Rothman & she had a similar experience herself (The week before) only she had not even received her bill! Dr Bryan as always your care is exceptional! He knew exactly what was wrong with me and I've been in pain for several months on medication starting to work now

Dr Brian listened to me and have me do therapy before doing the steroid shots. Which worked great and I appreciated it.

Sean is a very patient focused MD who listens well to concerns and questions and answers honestly. He is friendly, engaged and willing to chat in appropriate style. His semi annual injections in my knees have worked well and allowed me to be fully functional without knee surgery. Jim McHale ⛷

Doc was good and talked me through a pretty painful procedure. Made sure I was okay before leaving. My only issue was Covid precautions. The waiting room was packed and it was impossible to social distance with so many people walking around. There were patients wearing masks incorrectly that were not asked to fix them by staff. I waited there about 15 minutes then was taken to the exam room where I waited another 45 minutes. I was alone there but the AC vent was blasting in the middle of the room and spreading god knows what. On my way back to the exam room I saw SEVERAL unmasked employees. Rothman needs to stagger appointments and decrease wait times (perhaps by having patients wait in cars and sending texts when it is their turn like other offices) and ensure every employee is wearing masks at all times. This felt very unsafe to me. I have to go back two times in the next two weeks to finish my injection series but after that I will find a different provider for any of my future needs. I feel like rothman is putting dollars before patient safety by continuing to pack out their appointment schedule. Doc was good and talked me through a pretty painful procedure.
