DR. SCOTT AND HIS TEAM ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! MY CHILDREN LOVE GOING TO THIS OFFICE, AS IT IS THE MOST KID-FRIENDLY PLACE THEY'VE EVER SEEN, OTHER THAN AN AMUSEMENT PARK. THEY HAVE HAD GREAT CHECKUPS, DUE TO THE CARE THEY RECEIVE AT BALLANTYNE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY, AND LOVE THE ATTENTION THEY RECEIVE.

Dr Scott Weinstein has been my daughter's dentist for several years. Receiving dental treatment was a stressful situation for her due to a terrible experience at a younger age. She has gone from having to take medication before treatment to building trust and cooperating with getting work done on her own. Dr Scott REALLY cares that children he treats feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible!

My son was diagnosed with a cavity at 8. It didn’t seem right and got second opinion who said no way he had decay just needed molar seals. Also had issues with scheduling.

Our first visit at this location was about a week ago and my child had his first filling done yesterday! I am very pleased with the services provided. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and his team.

I have worked in Customer Service for 25 years. When I shop for providers to take care of my family I look for Great Service and a Ethical Provider. Dr. Scott and his staff displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and service for Ameir and Ameerah. This was our first visit to the office and our office visit was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott to anyone seeking a pediatric dentist!

Office staff were very friendly and caring to my child. My son had no problems and lived his first visit to the dentist.

Dr. Scott and his staff have always displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and are always willing to spend time explaining, teaching and making our office visit a pleasant experience. I want to thank everyone for all there time today with Patty. We had an early appointment but she was to upset so Dr Scott gave us a script for some relaxing medicine and were able to come back in the afternoon. She was a totally different kid. Hanna was awesome with her!! Thank you!!

Dr. Scott is the best

Staff is always helpful, friendly, and remembers things about our family unrelated to dentistry. The office staff especially is always friendly and willing to work with you as a parent. The hygienists and Dr.Scott are excellent at working with all types of children no matter what their behavior is like at the dentist office!

I recently had a great experience with Dr. Scott and his staff. My twin toddlers felt very much welcomed by the hygienists. I was so impressed that they knew exactly how to "speak their language"! They boys felt comfortable and it was an overall very positive experience.

My daughter has become wary of dentists after having several fillings at a previous Dentist, but she was quite comfortable at Ballantyne. The Dentist, all of the Dental Assistants, and the office staff spoke to her with care and understanding which help immensely. While no-one can always say their visit to a Dentist is great, especially when there is known work to be done, everyone made my daughters experience as comfortable as possible and she is not worried about going back.

Highly recommend this office to all parents with children. The entire staff is professional, friendly and took time to treat my 2yr old like he was special. Hands down our best dental experience!

My family eagerly awaits their visit to Dr. Scott's office. The office is decorated with different themes that the children love- Star Wars and the Carolina Panthers. Dr. Scott has computers for the children and their families to use. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Scott is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has a great rapport with both the children and their families. It is a wonderful experience that my family anticipates eagerly.

Staff very friendly. First time taking my 1 yo daughter to dentist, Dr Scott was great answering all my questions.

Amber is the best! She makes Chasity feel safe and comfortable. She is always very informative, communicates well, pleasant and friendly. The doctor is great at communicating as well and we trust his opinion.

My 3 year old had his 2nd appt with Dr. Scott this morning & I was quite nervous about the cleaning, as he's a bit skiddish. From the time we walked in, throughout pictures and cleaning with Mary and Dawn, and our time with Dr.Scott everything was 10/10. He had a wonderful experience & will definitely continue to recommend friends and family to this practice!

My son had a severe case of anxiety and didn't like going to the dentist because of his reoccurring pyogenic granuloma. Dr. Scott and his staff was very attentive and answered all of our questions during our regular appointments. They provided us with suggestions on how to keep him calm during the appointments. We will continue to go to this doctor and his staff.

Love Dr. Scott. He is great with the kids. The staff is awesome and so caring.

My daughter's experience with Dr. Scott was phenomenal from the first time they met! I think it was his "under the sea" theme that entranced her from the onset. That his treatment tables that look like kid-sized surf boards were greeted with joy...especially after she noticed that there was a hole in hers so that she could lie down comfortably with her pony tail hanging through it! The attention to detail in his office was so impressive. His rapport with kids & treatment skills are phenomenal!

Dr. Scott Weinstein and his staff treated my frightened son with such skill that he is looking forward to his next visit! Dr. Scott, as he is known, has a special rapport with kids that is completely natural. His office is a veritable amusement park...making children happy and at ease. I was there with him for an exam. Dr. Scott is now my son's regular dentist, and I recommend Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry to any family with a child or children needing tender loving dental care!

My daughter loved the practice with the TVs on the screen and all the balloons and things she gets when she goes. However, this is not a practice that accommodates working parents OR where you are allowed an opinion other than that of Dr. Scott. The hours are 8-5 p.m. - last appointment is at 4 p.m. - four days a week. Also, when I challenged Dr. Scott on his opinion and process I was quickly sent a note from his office dismissing my daughter as a client. Not much fortitude.

Overall, I really liked Dr. Scott Weinstein. However, I've been sorely disappointed with his staff and their lack of concern. They did not follow up as expected and have shown no concern about me and my son. I feel they could careless if we continue service with them and that's very disappointing, especially because I liked Dr. Scott Weinstein so much.

Dr Scott and the staff are wonderful! He's very patient and thorough with children as well as parents that need guidance of what should be done next when issues arise. Love this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Weinstein is great with the kids and his office is nice but the billing department and general office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. This was an insurance nightmare for us.
