Very nice and quick. As long as your there 5-10 minutes early then you get in at your appointment time. If your late then you wait. That’s fair enough. I’ve seen Dr. Scott and Dr.Tim and Ashley. Always takes forever to get in and out.

I have been a patient for 5 years and I have no complaints. They are generally pretty fast to get you in and out in a reasonable time. Also they have great hours and you don't have to wait over a week for an appointment as they can usually get me in the next day-That is hard to come by these days!

My wife and I have been patients there for about 3 or 4 years now and nurse practitioner Shelly and nurse practitioner Ashley are wonderful at what they do thank you for being there for my wife and I. Best experience ever wonderful bedside manner.

We arrived today at 740 for my apt at 750 and my husband had one at 820. We waited other people arrived and were seen first 930 rolls around and still had not been taken back they acted like they didnt know we were even there. Even tho the lady crossed our names off 2 names. Another doctors office there even offered to see us bc they couldnt believe we were made to sit there that long. No one even apologized besides our nurse but that's only bc we expressed how deeply irritated we were. An apology at times like this could go a long way. Luckily tracy is a great doctor and helped us with what we needed other than that our visit today was terrible and I felt very upset and thought it was unprofessional. made me lose hours of wages while working OUT OF TOWN because the lady thought it was a good idea to send my prescription “electronically” instead of calling and taking 2 minutes? Horrible and unprofessional. The nurse at the window was rude and dismissive to my wife. No respect for the patients. Refused to run our insurance information again. Told my wife they wouldn't help here even though she has pneumonia. We offered cash the very rude woman at the window refused to help. Horrible service from the nurse working the window on Saturday December 29 at 9:50am. The worst customer service we have ever received from a Dr office. Save yourself time and go somewhere else . After much consideration I must say with more then twenty yrs of going here I will never be back! I have never been more insulted in my life! Maybe someone needs to look back at and oath they once took, Maybe someone needs to do research for conditions they dont understand! Becauae not everyone suffering from neurological disorders look like they are disabled!!! When you stop careing about patients wellness its time to Retire! been going to the doctor for a good two years now the doctor would make it extremely hard for me to get my asthma medications and would make me get a doctor's appointment every time I needed my inhaler she told me that I was using the inhaler too much but did not want to do anything to help my breathing other than tell me to lose weight anytime I would come to her for issues like acne she would refer me to another doctor who was 45 minutes away anytime I need medication it would take them 3 days to get back to me the last time I called to get medication the receptionist Amy told me to walk to their facility i do not have good transportation it was 12 degrees and I have asthma and I was asking for asthma medication I asked to speak to the doctor directly and she refused saying that's why we make appointment and that I could have been here instead of wasting my breath talking to her. these people are rude and do not care for patients just money been going to the doctor for a good two years now the doctor would make it extremely hard for me to get my asthma medications and would make me get a doctor's appointment every time I needed my inhaler she told me that I was using the … More
