Great doctor.

Dr. Segal has been my psychiatrist for many years. He is kind and has helped me tremendously.

I love Compass Health and Dr. Segal.

Dr. Segal needs to read the reviews for his compass health systems practices which he is president of. Every single office is completely mismanaged and it is impossible for vulnerable patients to receive the mental healthcare they so desperately need. Shame on him for not taking care of these patients!!! There are nine locations around the US for Compass Health Care practices and each location has overall reviews of one to two stars. Hundreds of poor patient reviews complaining of incompetent care. He is the president of the Compass Health Care Systems according to their website. Something needs to be done!!!

Very intelligent, cares for his patients and takes the time to listen and work with his patients. One of my favorite docs!!!

Dr. Segal was supposed to call me for a telehealth appointment on Wednesday. He never called. His office apologized and rescheduled for the following day. He never called. I have not heard from his office since.

Dr. Siegel is a great doctor he has a great staff they have helped me a great deal. Thanks dr. Siegel. Dr Siegal is the Best you will find..Thanks again Dr siegal ANYONE NOT HAPPY...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...DR AND STAFF DO THERE BEST FOR EVERYONE..☺

Dr. Scott segal is an amazing Phyciatrist he is one of a kind and always answers the phone and gets things done even when my insurance make life hard he gets to the bottom line very hands on and I live in Texas and we do tele-Psychiatry

This guy is friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. Appointments with Dr. Segal are exactly what you make of them, and he's available when you need him if something goes sideways. Televisits during COVID could've gone smoother initially, but that's just a global thing as everyone struggles to meet the needs of their patients/customers under the "new normal". After Dr. Segal helped to iron out the initial wrinkles, the whole process is seamless. I actually prefer this to the old way of doing things. A phone call is the absolute simplest way to do this, and I hope it becomes the norm. Phone calls are promptly returned, or answered by the doctor (rather than a receptionist). Their appointment calls are on-time, and there are options for video calls as well. One thing to mention is that calls from Compass Health seems to be blocked as spam by a lot of cell-providers' screening apps (T-Mobile's Name ID was the app that did it for me).

Voted one of the top psychiatrists in the world for a reason. Brilliant child and adult psychiatrist with warm bedside manners.

The best in the business! I drive all the way from Boca to see Dr. Segal. He's funny and actually cares about his patients. I highly recommend!

Excellent, great service and practice.

Waited about an hour for my first appointment, and it only got worse for the second: nearly 90 minutes just to be seen for a "pre-screening" before being sent back out to the waiting room. I'll find another practice.

Most horrible psychiatry office I’ve ever been to. Receptionist come to work in slides and doctors talk about other patients to other doctors while everyone in the hallway can hear them. They cancel appointments without letting you know.

A woman by the name of Dr. Ram is a phenomenal person. However, to get through her you have to deal with the call center and receptionist whose skills aren’t up to par. It ruins the experience of your visiting Dr. Ram.
