Dr. Scott Samuel Schnee

I love Dr Schnee. My oldest just turned 18 and but was being seen by him for 6 years. Absolutely love the staff and couldn’t be more thankful for him… my other 3 kids are still patients and they love him as well.

This was my first appt with dr schnee since I moved out into Coolidge from mesa. Yesterday at my 1:15pm appt, As soon as I entered, the sanitation girl was just awful. She literally judged the way I was as a mother. I’m in there with a 2 year old and a sick infant. As I’m checking in giving my insurance info and tending to my infant, my toddler grabbed her yogurt while she was away. Anyone who knows toddlers knows how quick they can be and especially when you’re not looking. I told him to put it back and as he was putting it back she walked out and saw he had touched it. Instead of putting it up like anyone who knows children would do she complains thst she has to clean everything all over again (her literal job she gets paid to do) since he touched her things. I told her she should put it up if she has an issue with it and she told me I need to watch my kid…look, if you’re going to hire people in a field that literally is meant for child care, hire people who actually like and know how children are. I can not believe the disrespect. The girl behind the desk noticed us bickering and took me back. She said the sanitation girl was new and that she was something extra. The girl behind the desk and dr schnee we’re great but I can not put up with that sanitation girl’s attitude. Especially as a sleep deprived mother tending to a sick child. First visit with this doctors office and his staff was horrible and very rude. The MA demanded why I wanted to transfer care to his office and even after speaking with the office manager nothing changed. Dr. Schnee’s bedside manner needs work and pushes the vaccine on parents and will even lecture you about it. He doesn’t take his time in the room and/or to answer questions. I will just stop there. As a first time mom I do not recommend. First visit with this doctors office and his staff was horrible and very rude. He is one of the best drs we have seen. I have a special needs son and dr Scott always listens to my concerns and gets everything taken care of for us. All the staff is friendly, and helped with questions I had. We got our referral within a few days unlike previous dr offices where it took a week or two.

One of the worst Doctors I’ve ever had to deal with...very unprofessional and he’s not friendly at all. I had to literally ask him twice if he could check my baby. I don’t think he likes small children. He’s in the WRONG profession. The staff is just as bad. It took several weeks for us to get a referral from them and when they finally did it was to the wrong Doctor. We had to drive 30 miles out of our way and then we had to pay $100 out of pocket because they didn’t even take our insurance. Even after we were told by his staff that they did. This Drs did questionable medicine like skipping the lip tie I asked about. It's his office staff that's the real problem. The failed to give us visit summaries, labs, or referral. I had no idea when to schedule my kids next. We had no idea about my daughters labs. I took a week to find out where the labs were sent. We got a goggle map but no referral. Wonder how one schedules an appointment with knowing why. Audra the office manager is in my kids charts without medical reason. She didn't send the stuff out she said she would. She called me everyday during the week. She verified my daughter and still refused to answer her. Audra at one point illuded that it's my fault because I didn't go. As if I'm a bad mom and my husband wasn't good enough. Audra at one point decided she was going to ask if she could drive them to my house.... Like in her car. Beware that is highly illegal and this office had questionable standards. She gave me a fake name and number to her boss. I called corporate but looped her into the conversation. She is try to cya.. Beware of this office your medical records are not safe. My daughter told me he was pushing on her stomach and talking about his estranged daughter. My kids love this doctor and have been using him for a decade. Just wish they were open on the weekends.

Absolutely don't reccomend this doctor.. I started going when my baby was born and I disliked it so much! My baby was sick and kept telling me she was ok and that she was ok and that she would get better as time went by. Then I look her to another peds in Chandler and she had severe acid reflux. There staff are so nice and respectful, they always make you feel welcome and always answer our questions.

I went here when i was a kid & now i take my kids here. I love Dr.schnee & his staff, always have!

Dr. Schnee is amazing with all 3 of my kids! Switching to him was the best decision I made!

I have been taking my daughter to Dr Schnee since she was born, we love him he is great with her and he's a great Doctor.

Switched my daughter to Dr. Schnee and I'm so glad I did! I've also taken my son to see him since he's been born. I make a 45 min drive just to take my kids to him. He really cares about kids and goes beyond the expected. The staff there is awesome too! They're always friendly and know how to make my kids feel comfortable.

Excellent Dr. for our children.
