I was about to stop seeing doctors completely prior to my husband and I meeting Dr. Roseff and his team. After seeing 3 previous doctors and wasting so much time and money. We could not be happier with the help provided under Dr. Roseff's care. He is one of the VERY few doctors I have even seen that truly shows compassion and care for his patients. His staff are also equally amazing and the Nutritionist I cannot thank enough <3.

Dr Roseff was meticulous, patient and compassionate with us from start to finish. We didn’t feel rushed to start treatment instead took his advice on all resources and supplements throughout the journey. Needless to say we wouldn’t have our baby if it weren’t for him. Definitely looking forward to going back to him for baby #2.

Before I review Dr. Roseff- I just want to give you a little background on my journey trying to get pregnant and stay pregnant. For the last 3 years my husband and I got pregnant naturally but unfortunately miscarried three times. The last pregnancy we worked with a fertility Dr that was anything but helpful (STAY FAR AWAY FROM DR.DENKER, Palm Beach Fertility Center) This time we made sure to do our homework and we’re so thankful we found Dr. Roseff. Hes God sent. I reached out for an appointment, waited patiently for 3 months and then finally the day came. We had a thorough conversation of the past miscarriages, my current and past health, my husbands current and past health (something we didn’t get with the last Dr). He had a game plan ready, he had a long list of tests he wanted us to do, at first I thought is this necessary, this is too much $$. YES IT IS but it’s so necessary and so worth it. It’s a process of elimination. Find the problem, fix the problem. And that’s exactly what he did. After 4 months of following his regimen of supplements, acupuncture, eliminating things, etc we are 13 weeks pregnant and happy to say we have a healthy baby growing strong. Dr. Roseff is so kind, genuine, attentive and very detailed orientated. You can tell he wants to help and is very clear what his goals are. We couldn’t have asked for a better Dr or experience. When we met Dr. Roseff it was through a video call due to the beginning of covid. I never felt rushed and always felt he cared and listened to our questions and concerns, he was always 100% honest and never beat around the bush. He recommended I work with his nutritionist Martha which I am very happy I did. She put me on a plan to help get me where I needed to be and also put me on different types on vitamins which my body needed. Wrote a prior review which I deleted as I do not like to leave bad reviews but I hope this can save people like me time and money. I had one try with Dr. Roseff and was told that because I used supplements he recommended for 3 months and had abnormal embryos that I would be unlikely for success and to use donor eggs. A medical issue contributing to my IVF outcome was treated at a different facility with success. Had I listened to Dr. Roseff I wouldn't have had the opportunity to get pregnant successfully using my own eggs. I would not recommend Dr Roseff to anyone that likes autonomy in their decisions. Basically said I had to do genetic testing and frozen transfer, no further option. Like another 1 star review pointed out he recommends a lot of expensive, extraneous tests and when you get it done at an outside lab he wants it redone because their lab is better? At one point he told me to stop taking supplements I was taking and just take a prenatal vitamin Ritual and then months later tells me to get back on several of my original supplements? Finding the right doctor, specially and infertility specialist, can be a very stressful journey. If you are reading this, please look no further and schedule an appointment with doctor Roseff! Before scheduling an appointment with him back in 2020, I looked up many doctors nearby. After reading about his background and experience my husband and I decided to give him a chance. We are so thankful God placed this man in our lives. We had a stillbirth back in 2010, we were 25 weeks pregnant. Since that time, we had been trying to get pregnant with no luck. In 2020, we decided to see an infertility doctor too see what was wrong. As many here have already said, doctor Roseff did all the proper testing to try to find an answer for us. Due to COVID, we had to discontinue the visit with Dr. Roseff. However, I continued with all the recommendations he provided to me during our visits. At the end of 2021, we decided to schedule another appointment with Dr. Roseff, as we continued to fight infertility. We went ahead and schedule an appointment to starts with IVF in February 2022. By January, I had to call to change our appointment to a different appointment, because a miracle happened! We were expecting our rainbow-miracle baby. Dr. Roseff was very thorough once again. Dr. Roseff took the time to talk to me and explain why he did not recommend doing IUI's. He felt that with my diagnosis of Endometriosis, the most successful approach would be IVF. He went over each test and procedure with me in complete detail. I never felt rushed and he listened to everything I said. My first appointment with him was in March of 2021, and he highly suggested acupuncture, which I started right away. I felt that it was very helpful during this stressful process. Once we finished the required tests, we began to prepare for the egg retrieval in July. The retrieval yielded two genetically normal embryos and two that were not stable enough to be tested. We decided to proceed with the embryo transfer, which took place late October. Two weeks later, we were pregnant! As Dr. Roseff likes to say, “Let’s do it once, and let’s do it right". He is an expert in his line of work and there is no one else I would recommend for your fertility issues. I am very grateful for him.

After trying for 8 months and almost being ripped off by a internal medicine physician in South Carolina to conduct fertility testing, I immediately sought help from Dr. Scott Roseff at IVFMD. Having known Dr. Scott Roseff’s reputation as the “baby maker” and assisting couples conceive naturally, we went to him to assist us with starting a family immediately and without hesitation. We met with him virtually in May 2021 and flew to Boca Raton, Florida, from South Carolina to see him in July! Despite the weather scare with hurricane Elsa and Independence Day weekend, Dr. Roseff’s staff & team made accommodations for us across at least 3 of their offices (Boca Raton, Cooper City, & Miami) for my husband and I to complete our fertility testing over the course of 3 consecutive days. I cannot recommend Dr. Roseff enough to anyone suffering with infertility. Dr. Roseff is thorough and will do all the proper testing before scheduling an egg retrieval or embryo transfer. He is proactive whereas many other doctors are reactive, meaning other doctors will order the same tests only after failed transfers. Once we met Dr. Scott Roseff in our first appointment we were sure 100% that we can trust him because of his personality, professionalism and detailed explanation of everything, we decided to go with him, his way of treatment to make our family happy and bigger. After 4 times of IUI, 1 IVF with other doctors and in different places we still have no kids, but we believed that Dr.Scott Roseff can change it and he did it ?? after first IVF with Dr.Scott Roseff I am 12 weeks pregnant now and very excited about time when I can see and hold my amazing baby in my hands ??

Dr Roseff is the most detailed, scientific, scrupulous physician you'll ever meet. Care under him is EXTREMELY thorough, and absolutely no stone will EVER go unturned. No detail will be missed. He will do triple the testing and due diligence than other clinics to give you specific protocol to bring you success. He will also optimize your body and health to the nth degree before a cycle, so you will do fewer cycles and likely have more success. He is a master at tough fertility cases and extremely knowledgeable on other challenges like autoimmune issues. Many of his clients are coming from other clinics where they failed IVF, and they find success with him. We trust him implicitly and he has never guided us wrong. The challenges of a doctor so in-demand are that 1. CONTACT - He's extremely busy. Other than your direct appointments, most contact will be through the nurses/admin and rarely through him. You will also have a hard time scheduling follow ups/ultrasounds because his schedule is so tight. HIs wait list is always long for new patients. 2. TIME - Your cycles or prep for cycles can take awhile, because he is optimizing them for your best chance of success (ie, taking 90 days between retrievals to optimize egg quality, or waiting months to get your body in the right place before transfer). You will likely NOT be in and out of there in 3 months. Plan for a LOT more time, although its worth the wait. 3. COST - Your cycles will cost more, because he does extensive testing and will use multiple varieties of the same medication (ie progesterone in multiple forms rather than one). He will always recommend more than less, including add ons like extra tests and acupuncture. Again, there is a method to the madness and a reason why his success rates are so high. 4. CLINIC - It's a big clinic. Many of your procedures will not be done by Dr. Roseff or in the Boca office where he is located, although he is always overseeing the care. It can feel impersonal, particularly as a new patient. Ultimately, Dr. Roseff cares deeply about his patients and is invested in their success. Within 6 months of being with Dr. Roseff I was diagnosed with PCOS and was also able to successfully conceive without having to do anything invasive. We were at a point in our infertility journey where we felt defeated, depressed and hopeless. After two failed cycles with a different doctor, we thought there was no hope for us to have our own children. That is when we found Dr. Roseff and everything changed. Dr. Roseff gave us a second opinion, took his time reviewing our file in detail, and spent an hour with us on a call finally giving us explanations as to why this had happened. He gave us a specific plan that was tailored to our needs, and we listened to his every word and recommendation. Working with Dr. Roseff will not give you results overnight, but it will get you to your goal if you stick with him and trust the process and his experience. Dr. Roseff helped us achieve a healthy pregnancy after only 6 months of seeing him. I was previously at another specialist for a year with no progress made and Dr. Roseff found immediate things to address. I was diagnosed with PCOS, was placed on supplements that he recommended and within 5 months those levels were corrected. I then did one round of letrozole and timed intercourse and we were successful!

We cannot say enough good things about IvfMD, specifically Dr. Scott Roseff and Marta Montenegro. From fibroid removal to the whole ivf process, they have been there every step of the way. Dr. Roseff is tenacious and does not give up, he reviews the test results, and comes up with different treatment plans. In the beginning, when we first started ivf, we considered the task daunting, and chances of success slim. We are very glad we found them, and they proved us wrong. They walked us through every step of the way, and we never felt overwhelmed. Ms Montenegro worked on getting the body in it’s best shape, by treating every negative factor (vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, glucose etc). She made us feel like close friends, and even when we explored different avenues, supported us, to the point where we felt comfortable keeping her appraised and updated. I had previously been through diagnostic testing and one round of IUI at another South Florida clinic that I felt did not tailor anything to my individual needs. I felt a bit like a number, not a patient, being passed from appointment to appointment. Dr. Roseff and his team are the exact opposite. After trying to get pregnant for a little shy of a year, I knew something was wrong but I couldn't figure out what. My gyno referred me to one of the greatest humans and doctors I would ever meet, Dr. Scott Roseff. At my first appointment, we had an eye opening visit with Dr. Roseff, especially when he introduced an abundance of information to my husband and I. During our time working with Dr. Roseff and his staff, they made our journey stress free and were always there to guide us each step of the way. Dr. Roseff stands by the motto, "Do It Once, Do It Right, Just Make It Work" and that is exactly what he did! From day one, he was able to diagnosis what our issue was and provide the proper steps to take. We followed his instructions and he was exactly correct, and after only working with him for shy of four months, we are pregnant! There is a reason he is called the Baby Maker! Another doctor in the area tried to rush us straight into IVF after spending a total of five minutes with us and without addressing any health issues or doing a comprehensive semen analysis. Dr Scott Roseff is a breath of fresh air! At 34 I experienced 3 chemical pregnancies in a 4 month period with no explanation from my general OBgyn. After seeing a total of 4 different OBs and numerous ultrasounds and other procedures to rule out any physical abnormalities and no answer a friend referred me to Dr Roseff. Our initial consult was a lot of information to digest for both my husband and I but we were determined to figure out our secondary infertility. This review is long overdue, as I am sitting here holding my newborn baby girl! Dr Roseff is the absolute best! He is extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist that wants to get it done the first time. He does a bunch of preliminary tests to make sure he isn’t overseeing anything. Even with a setback with our first frozen transfer, he suggested a few strategic changes for our next transfer and I am so happy to say it was successful and gave us our baby girl! We cannot say enough good things about IvfMD, specifically Dr. Scott Roseff and Marta Montenegro. From fibroid removal to the whole ivf process, they have been there every step of the way. Dr. Roseff is tenacious and does not give up, he reviews the test results, and comes up with treatment plans. In the beginning, when we first started ivf, we considered the task daunting, and chances of success slim. We are very glad we found them, and they proved us wrong. They walked us through every step of the way, and we never felt overwhelmed. Ms Montenegro worked on getting the body in it’s best shape, by treating every negative factor (vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, glucose etc). She made us feel like close friends, and even when we explored different avenues, supported us, to the point where we felt comfortable keeping her appraised and updated. Returning to ivfMD seemed like a no brainer, and largely because of their expertise, we were blessed with a daughter born on 06/20/2020.

I hope I can put into words how incredible Dr. Roseff and his team are. My husband and I put our total trust in him from day 1. We were advised to go to a fertility specialist from an OB who did preliminary testing. After reading many reviews of many doctors, Dr. Roseff was the clear choice. His approach is complete and holistic. He is extremely knowledgable and very, very thorough---Dr. Roseff is a straight talker and will not BS you---yet, all with a warmth that is almost unheard of in the medical profession (at least in my experience). After extensive testing, he referred me to his nutritionist due to my triglycerides/high body fat, and also an acupuncturist. I explained that for various reasons, following a specific diet would be triggering/counter-productive for me, and he completely respected that. We never felt pressured in any way---he always made sure to let us know that although he had recommendations, the choice was ALWAYS ours. I did however go to the acupuncturist and followed his treatment plan. Although I initially suffered a loss (that he and his staff were incredibly supportive of me through), I eventually got pregnant naturally. He has monitored me very closely, especially due to high risk of ectopic pregnancy, and I’m happy to say that baby is healthy so far! He never rushed us and always made me feel like I could ask every little question my heart desired, which, for someone like me, are many. After 3 misscarges and only being told to just keep trying after not finding any reason or cause for them. We decided to visit your office in 2017 after we received recommendations from friends and family who you treated in the past too; after our first meeting with you we felt confidence in your ability to help us. We love that you listen to us, understood our concerns and never pushed IVF as the only means of getting pregnant. We did a series of testing for any possible medical issues that was preventing us from having healthy pregnancies and used natural methods like supplements and vitamins to help us. To our surprise we were pregnant in no time and was able to hear a heartbeat which we never had the opportunity to hear before. Unfortunately, the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage around 7 weeks but this time we were able to get answers the baby was unhealthy/genetically abnormal and the pregnancy should have ended itself. 10 STARS God has angels right here on earth and so many of them show up for work everyday at IVFMD Boca. From Chantelle at the front desk and everyone in between to Dr. Roseff himself. Everyone in this operation is truly heaven sent for us and we have nothing but gratitude for the blessings they rain on my wife and I every time we visit. They really care! At the time of writing, we are three mths pregnant after our second FET. Although Dr Roseff and team guided us through a perfectly successful FET on our first try, uncontrollable circumstances (God's plan) led to a miscarriage at 5 months. Still, we would trust none other than Dr. Roseff and his team of experienced, knowledgeable and caring professionals to handle what can seem like a scary process. I'll start the review by stating, Dr. Roseff is by far the best doctor I've ever come across, for anything, ever. Hands down. Just as important -- the staff of professionals in the Boca Raton office are top knotch. Courteous, accomodating, polite. My wife and I have met with several IVF doctors. We burned half of a year working with an older IVF doctor out of Boca Raton. The best way I can frame it is this way. It isn't about who you want to succeed with. If you frame it that way, as long as you are successful, you are happy, right? Any doctor will do if you succeed. Instead you should ask yourself, "who would I want to fail with?". What doctor will do everything it takes, cross every T, dot every I, and make sure no stone is left unturned on your path to success. My husband and I had multiple miscarriages and after feeling lost at our gyno and not cared for enough after what we have been through we had a friend tell us about this doctor. He ran a battery of tests on both myself and my husband and found out I had a thyroid problem. After NOT doing my due diligence in researching and having a subpar experience at another Florida fertility clinic, I decided to seriously and thoroughly research my options and interview several Reproductive Endocrinologists. After 3 consecutive miscarriages, my husband and I knew we needed to seek professional help again in order to have a baby. My husband and I saw a different IVF clinic roughly 4 years ago when we were dealing with the same issues. We were successful in the end but had to go through 3 IUIs and 3 IVF transfers before we ended up pregnant. We are very grateful for the IVF center for our son but we also felt we were handled with what seemed like a “fail then react” case. There were many tests that were not performed until after we had already wasted 4 perfectly good embryos. After discussing with my husband we felt our old center was not only very far away, but we were now older (age is a big factor regarding infertility) and knew we may not be able to create the same amount of embryos we previously did. We needed someone who could give us a winning shot the first time. We were referred to Dr. Scott Roseff by a friend who previously had IVF success the first transfer. She raved about Dr. Roseff and we are beyond happy that we took the recommendation. From our first appointment with Dr. Roseff, we felt confident that we were in the best hands possible. He is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor we have met and leaves no stone unturned. We were facing a number of issues including, but not limited to, factor 5 liden deficiency, elevated natural killer cells, hypothyroidism, diminished ovarian reserve and a male factor morphology issue. All of these factors were working against us but we could tell immediately that Dr. Roseff was experienced in dealing with all of these issues. Dr Roseff gave a lot of hope by explaining confidently to us "Why go through multiple IVF cycles when all it takes is one to conceive." My husband and I discussed the risk/reward of moving forward and knew that he would give us the best chances at conceiving. Now if you’re a numbers person, let me just explain that my FSH was a 17.5 and my AMH was a 1.4... these numbers were terrifying to me and of course I was skeptical that we would be able to ultimately have success. After careful consideration we decided to give Dr Roseff a shot while following all of his suggestions to a "T". My IVF protocol was specific to target all of these areas of concern including extra medication to assist in helping my egg quality. Dr. Roseff is also a doctor that believes in a holistic approach and so I was receiving acupuncture, taking supplements and eating a clean diet in order to give me the best chance possible. My egg retrieval went better than expected thanks all to Dr. Roseff’s protocol. After the PGS testing we sat in Roseff’s office to confirm that we had ended up with one normal embryo. With everything against us, we moved forward with our one and only embryo transfer and I am still in shock to say that it was a success! This was an absolute miracle and the result of us following every suggestion by Dr. Roseff. We are currently 15 weeks pregnant and everything is moving along perfectly! We have recently been discharged from Dr. Roseff’s office to continue our journey with our OBGYN. It was bittersweet to say the least! Dr. Roseff takes a very thorough approach right from the beginning. We would highly recommend Dr. Roseff to anyone struggling with infertility. I was recommending to him by my acupuncturist and so thankful we found him. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient and looks at everything before moving forward with IVF. We followed all of his advice and I am now 14 weeks pregnant and IVF worked the first time. We are so blessed to be expecting our first child and owe this all to Dr. Roseff.

After unsuccessfully trying for about a year on our own we found Dr. Roseff. He took his time with us at each visit and his staff was amazing. They were always on time with a short wait. My husband and I both had blood work and I had some additional testing. Turns out I had a couple of genetic "issues" however Dr. Roseff knew exactly what to do in order to bypass them. I am now 10.5 weeks pregnant and we owe it to him.

How can you ever really thank someone for making your family’s dream come true? If I can give Dr. Scott Roseff more than 5 stars, I would. He is caring and takes on each patient as if you were his only one. His professionalism, knowledge and calm demeanor makes you feel at ease once you walk into his office. After having multiple miscarriages at age 39, I was convinced that I would never be able to have another child. Dr. Roseff reassured me that we would try and get down to the bottom of why the miscarriages were happening. After vigorous testing and meeting with his nutritionist, Dr. Marta Montenegro, he figured out what the areas of concern were. After my diagnosis and following his direction, I became pregnant two months later. Now, at 10 weeks pregnant, it is bittersweet to move on and be released to my OBGYN. Dr Roseff is hands down the best physician. He is thorough, sincere, intelligent, and compassionate. He uses his experience and evidence based practice to guide all decisions and uses a holistic approach. We can never thank Dr Roseff enough for the miracle of our first born son and now a second baby that I am currently pregnant with. All of the nurses are also incredibly warm and make you feel like family. This is truly the best practice and will make an extremely difficult time more manageable.

I'll start the review by stating, Dr. Roseff is by far the best doctor I've ever come across, for anything, ever. Hands down. Just as important -- the staff of professionals in the Boca Raton office are top knotch. Courteous, accomodating, polite. My wife and I have met with several IVF doctors. We burned half of a year working with an older IVF doctor out of Boca Raton. The best way I can frame it is this way. It isn't about who you want to succeed with. If you frame it that way, as long as you are successful, you are happy, right? Any doctor will do if you succeed. Instead you should ask yourself, "who would I want to fail with?". What doctor will do everything it takes, cross every T, dot every I, and make sure no stone is left unturned on your path to success. If IVF fails, you don't want to feel like if you had done some other thing maybe you would have had a better shot. Dr. Roseff won't let that happen.

I was referred to Dr. Roseff by my OBGYN and she stated that he was the Best and she was absolutely correct. Dr. Roseff is smart, compassionate, kind and thorough. He was patient, answered all of our questions and my husband and I trusted him from our first visit. His methods, treatment plans were spot on. I found Dr. Roseff and his team just simply amazing! He is truly knowledgeable. He is straight and he explained exactly what to expect and your chances. I knew that we were taking a leap of faith. At the time of writing, we are three mths pregnant after our second FET. Although Dr Roseff and team guided us through a perfectly successful FET on our first try, uncontrollable circumstances (God's plan) led to a miscarriage at 5 months. I hope I can put into words how incredible Dr. Roseff and his team are. My husband and I put our total trust in him from day 1. His approach is complete and holistic. He is extremely knowledgable and very, very thorough---Dr. Roseff is a straight talker and will not BS you---yet, all with a warmth that is almost unheard of in the medical profession (at least in my experience). We went to see Dr. Roseff after he was highly recommended to us by multiple friends. We had tried on our own for 2 years and found that there were problems with both my husband and I. Dr. Roseff is very professional and caring and most importantly, very thorough. He made sure to go through my husbands and my medical history under a microscope, in order to better help us succeed in our first round of IVF. Though the extra tests can seem stressful and making the process longer, it is well worth it to follow his procedures as we were able to get pregnant on our first round without any problems or complications! Horrible. We did one round with Dr. Roseff. Unfortunately it did not work. He told my wife that she would not be able to have a child using her own eggs and recommended donor eggs. We left. Went to another practice and had success on the first try. Be wary of his special vitamins!

The best thing about this office is Chantelle at the front desk. She’s an expert in insurance issues and very helpful and patient. I loved my original IVF doc and when I moved here I found Dr Roseff. I’ve worked in healthcare for 7 years in an academic center and I’ve NEVER experienced such arrogance and poor bedside manor from a physician. Additionally, as a medical professional, I am astounded at the lack of evidence based medicine here, and the extras he required that cost thousands. These are unnecessary and woman desperate to be pregnant will pay in hopes, but these practices are completely unethical. Additionally, I was shocked when he insulted my previous doctor, who was nationally recognized and an academic, by saying he “threw everything at a wall to see if it sticks”. Needless to say, Roseff’s claims to get it right the first time and after a failed IVF he simply told me “I’ve done everything I can except you need to lose weight.” I’m 5’11” and wear a size 8 and he blamed me for the failed IVF. My boyfriend and I went to see Dr. Roseff after having some fertility issues and we were very happy with the care we were provided by Dr. Roseff and his staff. Dr. Roseff is extremely thorough, took time at each appointment to explain things to us and was extremely compassionate and caring to us which was very important to us in light of our history.
