LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR CARDIOLOGY CARE. Nice guy who he seems knowledgeable and is an experienced cardiologist — but it has become increasingly difficult to get a timely appointment with Dr. Moore. The main problem with Dr. Moore is the rude and unprofessional behavior among some of his staff members. Sometimes it was hard to get prescriptions refilled and I was always being put on “hold” or transferred to leave a recorded message. When visiting Dr. Moore’s office, there is one particular women who works at the reception desk who has always been rather coarse and abusive with patients — at least she was during my several visits over the course of two years as his patient. I’d observed her shabby treatment of many patients. One or two of the other ladies at the front desk are usually in a bad mood as well. So, given that it’s always difficult to contact Dr. Moore’s office, his front office staff is rude, and Dr. Moore seems overloaded with patients . . . Best cardiologist ever. We seen him for 5+ yrs until the Medicare plan we chose deleted him from the plan. If ever we need to switch again we will definitely see Dr Moore.

Doctor great bedside manner and listens to his patience's.

I am satisfied with the service I receive from Dr. Moore. He has follow up with some of my concerns quickly. I recently needed to see him the same day and was able to get an appointment that day. He has referred me to a vascular surgeon for follow up on my condition.

He is unconcerned about his patients and doesn’t listen. His staff is rude and unhelpful!

Dr. Moore and his staff were simply amazing. They all went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and make sure things were taken care of!

Dr. Moore has been my cardiologist for the past 14 years. In my opinion he is absolutely the best there is. He is always very thorough and very encouraging; also he takes the time to listen. I feel he has saved my life. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. I thank God for doctors like Dr. Scott Moore.

Dr Moore leaves no stone unturned in trying to find the under lying reasons for any symptoms I may be experiencing. He is very professional and his staff is very gracious and easy to work with.

I highly recommend Dr. Moore to anyone seeking a skilled and courteous Cardiologist. Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and will recommend another Specialist, if necessary, to acquire answers to other symptoms a patient is having. Dr. Moore and his staff are amazing! They have always been available to address any issues I've had concerning the health of my heart. My issues are minor compared to many of his patients, but he makes me feel that they are of major concern to him.

I have been very happy with Dr. Moore and his office, and will continue to see him! I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen for my appointments. His nurses and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have been able to get things handled by phone quickly and easily such as medication changes or refills. Dr. Moore is always very friendly, and genuinely cares about my concerns. I feel he listens and always offers relevant feedback and advice.

Dr. Moore is a very thorough and professional doctor. He treats me as an individual and listens to my concerns and answers my questions in a way that I can understand. The staff in the office is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of being seen by a cardiologist.

I feel I have found the perfect doctor who really listens to me. Dr. Moore makes me feel so comfortable and confident that he has the best interest in my health. It is great that I can ask questions and concerns and he is always there to get those questions answered. In my opinion you could not find a better doctor.

Dr. Moore diagnosed me as having a very rare form of heart attack that mostly affects healthy women called SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection) which often leads to death and/or is mis-diagnosed. My symptoms did not fit the usual criteria for having a heart attack and he researched further to determine what was going on. He and the surgeon literally saved my life as my odds of survival were slim. I trust his knowledge, warmth and personality and willingness to help.

I had been to several cardiologists before finding Dr. Moore. I had mitral valve prolapse, which had worsened recently and needed repair. Dr. Moore knew exactly what needed to be done and by whom. He referred me to a great cardiac surgeon, and surgery was recently performed. My recovery has been much faster than expected. Dr. Moore has monitored my progress and given me guidance throughout the process. I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Moore when I did.
