Dr. Scott Karl Magnuson

Seemed to lack empathy and compassion. I would not recommend him for anyone that has chronic migraines or any chronic pain.

Injected in the wrong spot the first visit. Had no relief from the 2nd and 3rd visits.

Dr. Magnuson was rude uncaring and verbally abusive. He should not be treating anybody with any type of illness and should in no means be in charge of anybody’s life through anesthesia..

I have a pain pump that was installed in 2011 that helps me manage my chronic back pain due to my disability. It's supposed to be a 5-year pump that is now running on 7 years; it is time to get it changed out. I had a consult with doctor Magnuson in CDA today to have my pain pump changed out considering it is at the end of life. The nurses have all been very nice when I have spoken to them on the phone before my appointment. When I arrived the front desk, however, they seemed very annoyed that

The worst experience I ever had with a doctor. Rude, does not listen, makes accusations, and demeaning. If you are looking for a doctor that wants your money and treats you horrible, please use Dr. Magnuson!

I would not recommend Dr. Magnuson to others seeking procedures for chronic pain relief. After moving cross country from a good pain provider, I had a incredibly negative experience with Dr. Magnuson. He asked me what procedure I have had that was most beneficial, and when I answered he told me I've never had that procedure (I had within the past 10 months, meaning he didn't read my records at all). Most importantly, he did not use local anesthetic prior to procedure which made it horrific.
