When I first visited this clinic, I was treated well. The staff was professional and courteous. After testing & additional visits with Dr Litwiler, I was told that I needed surgery. I was also told that a scheduler would contact me the next day. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear from anyone at the Clinic. I have made 6 phone calls to learn when my surgery is scheduled. Every time I was told that I would be contacted the next day. I believe I have chosen the best surgeon, but the system is at a standstill bc of communication with the clinic. This is so frustrating for me. And I am at a loss not knowing how to proceed. Dr. Littwiller is an excellent doctor. He listens and explains very well. His staff is also very personable and professional.

Excellent provider! I see Dr. Litwiller and he did my surgery successfully! If had a failed Durham dinner by another surgeon in another practice. Mine was a complicated case and he addressed it successfully which is been told by several doctors could not be done. The staff is excellent as well! I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Dr. Litwiller for several major pelvic floor problems. On the first visit, Dr. Litwiller was open, relaxed, listened and I felt secure. After some testing and evaluation, he recommended various course of actions that could be taken. I elected the surgical approach. It was the best decision to correct my multiple problems. I had surgery, felt confident in my decision and his ability and I'm now recovering. Dr. Litwiller, and his staff, made me comfortable, confident and I would recommend him to any woman with pelvic floor issues without reservation. He is wonderful. Narcissistic rude and degrading. He said all I had was “spastic” bladder. Went and saw a real urologist Dr. Sunshine Murray; was diagnosed with an incurable disease. Now I’m getting proper treatment and my life is back on track! He should not be practicing medicine. He kicked my hospital bed to wake me up. He was holding his Starbucks coffee cup and not my chart or any notes about my care. His cologne was so strong it made me nauseous. He hovered over the top of me and never made eye contact. He told me I was fine and a lot of it was in my head. He was wrong. My untreated disease almost cost me my job. I would curl up on the couch and just cry from the pain. He didn’t care. I waited for an hour and a half with my husband who needed to get back to work. I just wish that if it is going to take longer than an hour cause of an unforeseen procedure that they would tell us and let us reschedule.

I‘ve seen Dr Litwiler twice now. I was originally going to see another urologist in the same office, but her "stat" appointment was a 3 month wait. I'm so glad I opted to see Dr Litwiler instead (because I could get in the next day.) My first visit was very smooth. I met with the nurse first. She took all my pertinent medical history and prepared me to meet the nurse practitioner. The APRN came in, examined me, took specimens, and spoke with me a few minutes. She went to get Dr Litwiler. They came in together. He did a more extensive examination after his NP told him her findings. After my physical examination he explained everything to me and my husband. He was very good about including my husband in the conversation. He told us all of my options and said he'd like to do a urodynamics test to decide which option was best for me. He stayed in the room until my husband and I were finished asking questions. He made sure we were comfortable with all the information before he excused himself. He didn't act rushed and neither did his staff. I didn't have to tell my story 3 different times because they all communicated very well with one another. We left feeling confident I had made the right choice in seeing Dr Litwiler. My test was scheduled for a week out. We saw Dr Litwiler for the results a week after my test. He went over my results, told us what procedures he could do and what he thought was best. He asked us if we needed time to discuss it, pray about it or anything else. We said we had already prayed about it, and we were confident in the decision. We decided to go with the POP and SUI surgery suggested by Dr Litwiler. I'm awaiting my appointment with Dr Sterling who will do the Hysterectomy portion of it. After I have my consultation with him, my surgery will be scheduled. I will update after my surgery as to the outcome. You can't go wrong seeing Dr Litwiler! He and his staff are an A+ crew. I'm expecting to give him 5 stars after my surgery! Dr Litwiller did my surgery 7 years ago and changed my life for the better!!!

I had a very positive response from Dr. Litwiller. He was thorough and answered and confirmed my expectations. Great staff!

First visit and totally impressed with Dr L and his staff. Very friendly and explained treatment and procedures excellently. Efficient and kind and very helpful. Had a waiting period but worth the wait. Treated like a human being and not a number.

Both Dr. Litwiller and his nurse practitioner were extremely helpful. They took their time to both listen and explain. The entire staff was friendly and helpful from the time I walked in to the time I left.

Dr. Litwiller and ALL of his staff rank up there with the Best ! He not only repaired my problem, he listened, is compassionate and performs his surgeries with the highest regard to the patient. See him before anyone else.

Dr. Litwiller is the best. He sat and talked with me and didn't leave the room, until I felt comfortable that he had answered all of my questions. He has given me hope that my life will be back to normal soon. I highly recommend him.

Dr Litwiler was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and concerned for my well-being. He included my husband in the conversation and decision making after explaining all my options. We opted to defer to his professional opinion on the best course of treatment. He asked if we needed time to discuss and pray about it. We had already discussed and prayed. I am looking forward to having a pain free intimate relationship with my husband and, not have to worry about incontinence in public places.Dr Litwiler and his entire staff has been wonderful. I'll update after my surgery as to how it goes. I'm expecting great results!

Dr. Litwiller was very thorough in his testing and evaluation of several urologic and pelvic problems I was having post- hysterectomy. He suggested a treatment that was conservative while taking into consideration my opinion of how severely symptoms had affected my quality of life. I am very appreciative of his expertise.

**One star because there's nothing less** Dr. Litwiller is in it for the money. He is a pill pusher who just wants to collect your money and get you out of his office asap. Neither him or his staff care about you, nor are they respectful of you or your time. Also, his staff apparently doesn't know how to work a phone to return calls. I waited over a month for my first appointment, took off work, drove accross town, and waited longer than an hour before they said "let's reschedule". I did the same for the second appointment, and waited 15-20 mins past my appointment time. The nurses were rude and dismissive. They acted flabbergasted that I had questions and objections to procedures they didn't tell me I was having (this is my first visit minus the last one that THEY rescheduled; where they had a face to face chance to tell me what to expect and neglected to). They ignored the 5 or so pages of paperwork I filled out, and decided to spend 15+ minutes asking them all to me again. I consented to the procedure. The nurse preformed the procedure, then told me that she "didn't think anything was wrong". We are probably 30+ minutes into the appointment at this point. Then the nurse goes to fetch Dr. Litwiller, who comes in 5 mins later, asks the nurse what she thought (which was essentially "I don't think anything is wrong"), then turned to me and said "well, I guess there's nothing wrong. Here is a prescription for benzos; insert them like this, maybe that will help, I don't know." And left. Saw him for 3 mins. tops. They then billed my insurance for over $200 (description of service was "at least 30 mins with doctor and a diagnosis"), and billed me for over $100. I call their office OVER 6 TIMES over the course of a month to discuss the bill. Each time, I leave a voicemail or message with a billing department representative. Billing department told each time that "the nurse and doctor are aware of the situation and someone will return your call." About the 3rd time this happened, I told them that I will not pay the bill until I speak with someone. They still have not called me back. I received two copies of the bill, one stamped with "over due" on a Saturday. I left 3 voicemail messages, asking for them to call me back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Love the staff and Dr. Litwiller. Everyone is easy to talk to, cheerful, supportive and helpful. They are honestly interested in solving issues, not just pushing meds or surgery!

I have had major incontinence issues for several decades, unaware that surgery could alleviate the problem. When Dr. Litwiler explained the bladder sling procedure, he was professional, thorough, and compassionate. I highly recommend him, along with his staff. His nurse, Allison, patiently answered my numerous questions.

Waited for an hour to get in a room only for the nurse to tell me that he would not assist my elderly mother with her implanted bladder device unless she went through series of unnecessary tests. This was not a difficult request we were asking of him. WON'T be going back or referring ANYONE to dr. Litwiller. What an unprofessional jerk. I think the starch in his scrub jacket has soaked into his brain causing atrophy! he should strongly consider another line of work if he won't help patients

Dr. Litwiller is very knowledgeable and explains his plan for tests or surgery in easy to understand terms. He performed my surgery for stress incontinence, there were no complications, and 2.5 years later I am still very satisfied with the outcome. Such a relief to have bladder control.

Good doctor. We have been seeing him for 15 years. Scheduling is not so great but he is an excellent doc.

My pelvic prolapse surgery failed......disappointed!!!

Dr Litwiller, Ms Sue and staff are top notch. The quality of my life has changed to much due to his treatment. I would recommend him at any time. Thanks Dr LItwiller.

he insisted on doing a surgery that was an OBGYN procedure and he is a Urologist. I thought it odd, but he explained himself really well, I thought. He really pushes his Tulsa hospital, said the Post op would be Superior, It was a hardship to go to Tulsa so I scheduled my surgery in Joplin He had explained he would make 2 small incisions but he made 5 said he couldn't finish, wanted to reschedule Tulsa in 2 weeks & all the lame excuses he made why he couldn't finish were lies. A fraud

My experience with this doctor was horrible. His staff was rude and incompetent. The worst was a nurse named Dana, but the attitude of the entire staff was terrible. He asked questions and didn't listen to my answers to the point where he kept repeating the same questions. I came in for a specific reason, and he kept trying to push an elective procedure on me. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time.

Great Doctor but his office staff are unyielding and not sympathetic towards his patients. Best advice: move on to another Urologist with better staff.
