I am always highly satisfied when I see Dr Kruger. He is the ultimate professional, takes exceptional efforts to insure that I understand what is going on. Without hesitation, I would recommend him.

Let’s face it, fighting cancer is a scary journey and we need all the help we can get. Dr. Kruger has been there for me every step of the way. There were some unusual aspects to my cancer that made it difficult to diagnose. He kept at it. Treatment plans don’t work forever when your cancer has already metastasized. He devised another plan. Dr. Kruger is always calm and comforting. I noticed that a few reviewers complained about wait times. I will say this: Dr. Kruger has always answered every question. He’s never made me feel rushed or ignored any of my concerns, especially on the day I received my diagnosis when I was shell-shocked. He’s worth the wait.

Dr. Kruger is a well-trained specialist in his field however if you go to see him, be prepared to wait a VERY long time. Even when you are the first appointment of the day, you still wait. And the office staff needs training in customer service. I was going to one office and just got tired of the poor customer service, so I went to one of the other offices and found it to be no better. Appointments are only available from 9 a.m., to 2:45 p.m. I won't return here for the overall poor service and the limited time frame of appointments. I will be going elsewhere.

Dr. Kruger and his staff are excellent. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They always listen carefully to what is bothering you, and never act like it is a waste of their time. I am so pleased that my husband and I both have them on our team.

Dr. Kruger is a very professional doctor he takes the time to explain and make sure you understand what’s going on with your illness and I really appreciate it. I have recommended several people to him.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Dr. Kruger and his staff. He makes you feel at ease and is always an advocate for you. The nurses are great too! I am very blessed to have this oncology team!!

He is the best oncology doctor, I recommend him. He do a great job and is wonderful person.

The staff was friendly and concern about me from the time I checked in and as well as my visit with Dr Kruger. He wanted me to know what was happening in my blood. He explain the nature my illness, gave me the opportunity to ask questions and give printouts to further grasp what I was experiencing. They also made themselves available after hours if needed! I feel good about my treatment. Thank you Dr Kruger, VOA and their wonderful Staff!

I haven't been a patient very long but so far I am very pleased with my care. I have found Dr. Kruger explains my treatment well and gives me all the time I need to ask any questions I may have.

Follow-up visit on 08/27. Also labs drawn because labs drawn on 08/11 failed to report all requested tests. It would be a 5-star experience were it not for the need to provide lab samples again.

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Kruger to other family and friends. He was very professional and made sure that I had the correct treatment plan. He took his time on telling me and my wife all about the treatment plan. Can say I was very please with him. All of his Nurse very very professional and they always took care of me on treatment days.

Dr Kruger is great. He takes time to answer all my questions and has a very caring attitude. He is very knowledgeable and very through.

I saw Dr. Kruger August 19,2021 during my chemo treatment. Our appointment was for 12 noon. I had to wait over 30 minutes for him to arrive for our appointment. In the meantime my one med was finishing up and the alarm sounded often. No one came to check on me or it. After Dr. Kruger arrived he found out how to quiet it so we could continue. I understand the Dr. Kruger has other patients and is busy seeing them but some sort of scheduling allowing for this extra time should be taken into account when making other appointments.

Dr Kruger and team have extended my life.

I have find Dr Kruger to be an excellant doctor! Dr Kruger advocates on patient's behalf like no other doctor I have ever had as a patient. He is adamant patients receive first class care from his staff and will butt heads with insurance companies when needed. I also feel the staff members I have worked with have all been capable, caring individuals.

Dr. Kruger is wonderful doctor. I visited him on 2 occasions for 2nd opinions on 2 different matters. Both times he took time to thoroughly & clearly answer all questions. After my latest visit, I thought of an additional question that I called into the nurses voicemail and asked her to speak to him for me & return my call. Later that evening, up until 9:45 pm, the doc himself attempted to reach me leaving messages each time, unfortunately my phone was turned off. THIS is the type doctor he is.

I sure do wish he would have said that my mother had cancer since that's what she died of less than two months after he saw her. He obviously believed that she did have cancer based on the questions he asked and the tests he suggested. But not clearly giving her a diagnosis meant that he didn't give her any pain medicine. And she was in terrible pain. So glad we went elsewhere.

Dr. Kruger saved my life when I was in the Army at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany in 1992. S/P Desert Storm deployment. He fought to get me experimental drugs at the time that that were very helpful in the treatment of my Hodgkin's lymphoma. Dr. Kruger went to bat for me several times when he did not have to. All my thanks to him I'm still kickin.
