Completely unsatisfied, I payed so much money for getting a treatment and it doesn't work, I don't recommend him for anything in the world, he is an unprofessional person, I was talking with a friend an she told me the same opinion about him. The surgery that the doctor did to me did not change anything and affected me more because now my veins hurt more. I am a Hispanic person , I don't want to think that he hasn't made a little effort to do his job well for that reason. Came in concerned about an ingrown toenail and walked out with a piece of me missing...in a good way! My problem toe is now my 'comfiest' toe. I appreciate Dr. Scott's humor and keeping appointments short and sweet but making sure the problem gets solved.

I was referred to Dr Koppel by my PCP because of painful, problematic varicose veins. I’m SO glad I was! In under 2 months, I had 4 separate procedures done, 2 on each leg, and everyone at the clinic, from Dr Koppel to his front office staff, were all friendly and very professional. They’re also very efficient and have clearly done a lot of vein care; I was truly impressed how easily and quickly they get patients cared for, so no one’s time is wasted, yet time is taken to answer your questions and reassure you if you’ve any concerns. And the results! In just two months, my legs went from lumpy, painful, often swollen, needing to be elevated, and wearing hot, thigh-high support stockings, to being smooth and feeling like a younger version of myself (albeit with wrinkles because I’m no longer young). So, if you’re unsure where to seek treatment, or about getting a procedure like Varithena, Family Podiatry and Vein Care is the place to go.

Friendly office staff by phone and in person. Wait time good. Dr Koppel very friendly, communicated well what options were, what was going to happen. Amazingly quick proficient and skilled at minor surgery on my toe. Excellent experience.

Dr Koppel is indeed the best. He gave me options for treatment, made calls to get treatment started and all on a Friday! We had some hiccups with treatment and the outcome was different than expected but I totally trusted his judgment and the outcome was great. Dr Koppel and his staff are professional, kind and understanding. Best Podiatrist in my books!!!

I have never visited a podiatrist before, but I had some unexpected issues occur while I was on vacation. I Googled and I tried all over town to find an appointment and everyone else was a week out even though I had two open wounds and here they fit me in the same day. Dr. Koppel is great. Listens and explains what is going on in a way you understand it. Is patient and listens to your questions and concerns. He doesn’t try to rush you out of the office. I had another issue and I got fitted in quickly based on the injury. Did a X-ray in the office to make sure I did not have bone infection and again made sure I knew exactly how to take care of my wound and each follow up appointment was great. The office staff is very nice and I have never had a bad experience here. I have been a patient for almost a year now. Highly recommend!

The first visit he was very rude and short when responding to you. The next two visits he was pleasant. The fourth visit he was once again rude and short. Not sure why the different attitudes but I won’t be going back. The office staff are awesome and it’s not a terrible wait time but I don’t need attitude when I’m the one paying for the service.

Great visit. Dr. Koppel was amazing. He helped me out where other doctors couldn't. I'm back walking again pain free.

I was referred here by my doctor for an ingrown toenail. The entire procedure and visit was first class. I made the initial contact via the web page form and got a call in the morning. Set up an appointment for later in the week but then found I was heading into Gainesville and they fit me in a cancellation. Perfect saved a trip into town. The doctor has great bedside manners and in a few seconds numbed the toe and then did something that I did not want to look at. That only took a few seconds and I did not feel a thing. I also appreciate that he is not one of those who. just throw antibiotics at anything that moves. If you have feet issues Gainesville Family Foot Doctor is a great choice. My doctor said he goes there as well. Five stars to Dr. Koppel and his staff.

I have been a patient for 7 years. Dr. Koppel has always been pleasant and quickly diagnosed and treated the issue whether it be a fungus or ingrown toenails.

Dr Koppel is indeed the best!! I needed a Podiatrist so I googled "Best Podiatrist in Gainesville" and his name was at the top so I went with it. Am so glad I did. It was urgent and his office staff was amazing. Jane got me in within an hour. He gave me options for treatment, made calls to get my treatment started and all done on a Friday. If you are needing a Podiatrist who is professional, kind, understanding with a great staff this is your Podiatry office.

The doctor was very nice but trying to get my IBUPROFEN 600 filled was a joke. So I am just going to continue taking 3 of the 200mg.

Love this practice! I saw Mitzi for my spider veins and she did great work. Very experienced. Then Dr Koppel for a past injury of my big toe and a Morton’s Neuroma on the other foot. He gave me one shot in each, almost painless and now I’m pretty much pain free! Everyone is really nice and professional. I trust them.

I can be very dramatic when I have a notion. I really thought Dr. Koppel was going to tell me that I would lose my toe on my very first visit. It was infected and I was worried. He calmed me down. Listened to my concerns and so began our patient doctor relationship. During the time that I visited him I found that he and his staff were friendly, nice and concerned about what and how I was feeling. He even took the time out of his schedule to call me personally to find out what was going wonky with my toe. I trusted him to make the right choices for my treatment. My toe has finally healed and I received my final fist bump from him. Wonderful staff. Wonderful doctor. Very professional yet very human.

Dr Koppel is fantastic. His office staff is professional and courteous and works to get your appointments as soon as possible. Dr Koppel is personable and shows his concerns for his patients as he listens to your comments and explains procedures before he begins. I highly recommend Dr Koppel

From the first office visit to the last this Dr had an attitude. I tried different ways to be courteous and respectful and he took my kindness as weakness and became more rude and more discourteous. I so badly wanted my feet & legs to get healed - that I put up with his attitude. It finally got to the point that he was rude to nurses hired to treat me and abrupt with his own staff. I have never been treated as rudely by a Dr. His office has made 10's of thousands of dollars off of me as a patient and he treats me with such disrespect? I recommend ANY other doctor that has respect for his patients. Shame on you Dr. Scott Koppel, you may have a license - but you're no doctor!

I've been seeing Dr Koppel for several years. Went there this week needing an x-ray to see if my ankle was broke. They worked me into there busy schedule. My suspicions were correct it's broke. It's beyond his scope of work and requires an orthopedic doctor. I spent most of the day yesterday just trying to get an ortho doctor to help me. Sadly had no luck other than an appointment for wends of next week. Dr Koppel called me himself to check on my progress the next day. This is the second time he's done this. His care and concern for his patients is over Whelming. He gave me some suggestions to make things easier. I highly recommend Dr Koppel. His office help is of the same caliber of care and concern for others. Always happy to help with a smiling personalized experience. I wondered why the waiting room was not packed...I know now. He schedules his appointments so that he is not rushed and he can spend time with his patient. What a concept!
