I never post reviews but, I’m so glad to have found a great and personable dentist like Dr. Scott! I’ve never had a painful experience he’s so considerate to ask if I’m in pain every step of the way. I also always look forward to get my cleaning done! I’ve seen many of his Hygienists over the years and have never been disappointed! His office staff is always on point with my appointments and they are so courteous. I've been a patient of Dr. Klimaj's for the past several years. As a self-proclaimed "scaredy-cat" of dentists, Dr. Scott is always so kind, patient and gentle. He understands my phobia and goes out of his way to make me comfortable.

Was a patient for twenty years and have seen and heard a lot of complaints on line and for the first time I saw a side of Dr Scott that is far from professional . Asked the front desk to have him call me when my tooth cracked after he did a filling and three weeks no call back . Go in for routine cleaning and asked him why he never called back. He said" I don't have the time to call patients" three weeks and no call then he says if I don't like it I can leave! Far from a professional .

I've been a client of Dr. Klimaj for 4-5 years now and have generally had a good experience with his office. The employees are friendly and do a great job BUT their administrative staff is horrendous. I had my standard 6-month checkup scheduled for April 12th @ 815am (my usually time). I arrived only to be told my appointment wasn't until July... 9 months after my last visit and was at 5:15pm... I've never scheduled nor will I schedule a dentist appointment in the afternoon. They clearly messed up the scheduling which is fine, mistakes happen. They apologized and rescheduled me for 04/21 at 915. I hoped they would have shifted some things around and took me on the 12th but they didn't. Not the end of the world. Fast forward to the 21st - I arrive and call to alert them I arrived and they say "oh we have been trying to reach you, we had to cancel your appointment. We called numerous times on your 562... phone number." I told them I've had the same phone number for 20 years and they've used that phone number for multiple years as well. They said sorry, when can you reschedule... I told them I would be cancelling my relationship with them; not because they made mistakes but their nonchalant attitude to the situation was incredible inconsiderate. They could care less that they have messed up 2 of my mornings and thought I would simply stick with them and hope they don't screw up 3 times in a row. Of course, Dr. Klimaj will never reach out and apologize for this inconsideration because his first and only interest in getting as many patients in the door to increase his bottom line. Dr Scott Klimaj over charged me many many thousands of dollars for a bottom denture which all other dentists would have only charged $2,000 for. Then we struggled for 4 years with his defective denture. He does not stand behind his work. He would not make a new denture free of defects we had to find a new dentist. Our new dentist makes great dentures at a fraction of Dr Scott Klimaj’s price As for his online reviews I found out there are sites for dental patient reviews but he pays a monthly fee for that page and he has a portal to edit and control everything said for his reviews. Dr. Scott is awesome in his honesty and bedside manner. He actually has a personality which some drs. Along the way lose. He makes me feel confident in my decisions regarding my family's teeth health and he's great with my 7 year old.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Scott Klimaj for years, and cannot rate his services high enough. His hours are convenient, his staff is courteous, I love my hygienist, Julia, and Dr. Scott is incredible at what he does. Dr Scott B Klimaj DMD I always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr Scott B Klimaj are friendly, respectful, excellent bedside manner, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

This man has been mine and my husbands dentist for years, I refer everybody there. Professional, upfront and efficient with a great staff.

HE WILL SCREW YOU Dr Scott Klimaj told me he was going to put in a solid porcelain denture that will last 30 years He charged me many many thousands of dollars actually $25,000 for a bottom denture then be put in an acrylic denture other dentists only charge $2,000 for. We struggled for 4 years with his defective denture. It kept breaking the screw on the implant. He does not stand behind his work. I have nothing in writing for it to be free of defects he would not make a denture that was free of defects for us. I asked do you even stand behind your work ? He said here is how I stand behind my work get out of my office and don’t come back. We found another dentist , he does stand behind his work and only charged me a small fraction of what Dr klimaj charged me. I've been a patient of Dr. Scott's for over 10 years. Having had a ton of dental work, by several different dentists, makes me appreciate Dr. Scott even more. He is a ninja on the novacaine. It is as pain free as you you can get, and he's also sensitive to cosmetic concerns. I've recommended both family and friends to Dr.Scott, and they always thank me for the referral after their visit.
