Scott M. Klares

Dr. Scott Klares is very thorough. He genuinely cares about his patients and give them the time to ask questions. He is one of the most compassionate doctors I know, and I would highly recommend him to others.

Never made it in to see Dr. Klares since there was a 30 min change in the appointment time and I was "28 minutes late" where they cancelled my appointment. The front office was unapologetic, inflexible, and frankly rude. Patients are obviously not their top priority.

Called to find out test results. Nurses Linda who responded already have obviously made up her mind for a simple question of professional opinion for Dr. Klares and hang up before I could finish a sentence. Earlier male nurse reworded question of professional opinion as it was relayed to other nurses in the office. Felt judged and shut down for a simple question of professional opinion and not given an honest professional answer. Thank you. Called to find out test results.
