It’s been 1 YR post-op. I had chin lipo !!!! I’m a mommy of two and was insecure about my weight gain and double chin. I researched two years for surgeons and had 3 in mind and decided to go with Dr Kasden based on 1. Front desk receptionist 2. Bed side manner 3. Results from real patients 4. Location 5. Personality 6. Staff 7. Most importantly his patience with my baby and sweetness to my kids when I went to my post op (I had to take my 1.5 yr old with me to every appt) his price wasn’t the “cheapest” but to me, you get what you pay for! I could go on! This life changing procedure was worth it all for sure. His post op care and advice were perfect. He knows what he’s talking about and YES- LISTEN TO YOUR SURGEON (not) WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUTUBE LIPO JOURNEYS! All are different and omg he changed my life I can’t explain how amazing he was and is! I went to see Dr. Kasden for a follow up appointment. I received the same great customer service. Dr. Kasden and his staff are friendly and professional. The procedure was successful and currently happy with the results.

Kasden did a full facelift procedure on me about 13 months ago. . I am is scared for life. Physically and emotionally. $15K! I was in surgery for almost 8 hours! Long story short, I have a huge burn looking scar on my cheek. One side of my neck hangs down too! And behind both ears ..bad scars! And there is a small nick on my face that wasn't there before surgery. When I went back to see what can be done, its like .. give it time and do some laser. We did at his office later and he didnt even cover the costs. Wish we would have researched him better prior to. It's going to be a long expensive journey to repair, the best we can, my face.

Dr kasden is the worst plastic sergeant . I have worst plastic surgery ever in my life . He made my thigh worst shape than before . First he ignore what medicine that’s I’m allergic to ..for his ignorance I got the infection and going through four surgery to fix my thigh shape . He supposed to inject fat in my thigh and make it even that out but he failed 3 rd times too to do that . I went through all the surgeries pain over and over . So I stop going to him and got my thigh surgery from some other knowledgeable doctor ( plastic Sergeant)) and she even that out my thigh shaped Issues , fixed the Dr Kasden mass which was worst than a butcher work to cut the meat , my doctor gave me great results and never suffer at all from her surgery .So please before u do something about ur body careful with Dr Kasden and I’m just trying to help everyone . I would like to start by saying that I truly recommend Dr. Kasden. He did a wonderful job on fixing my daughter ear a while back. My daughter and I are extremely content with the results. We thanked God for giving Dr. Kasden this amazing talent, brain to make a difference in people's life. God’s presence is within Dr. Kasden. He corrected a simple ear hole damage/stretch for me. It was easy and painless, and uou would never know I had a minor surgery to fix my ear because it’s seamless. But listen, I had a foot injury that had no correlation with my ear but it impacted my life more than my ear looking ugly did! His knowledge and expertise in more than just plastic surgery, saved my life, he outlined exactly what I needed to do to get the correct service to save my foot! Upon searching and interviewing many plastic surgeons in the DFW area, I wasn't finding the artistic, caring approach I was looking for until meeting Dr. Kasden. My experiences with him performing my surgeries over the years, 9 years to be exact, have been great! I found him to be extremely informative, honest, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, artistic, caring, very detailed and his before and after care always being a top priority. Dr. Kasden is an outstanding surgeon. He helped me with my earlobe repair & reduction, which was my first experience in cosmetic surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Scott Kasden is one of the most outstanding physicians with whom my wife or I have ever had a professional association. His professional expertise, attention to detail, medical knowledge, surgical skill, sense of humor, communication skills, caring bedside manor, genuine concern for the health and well-being of his patients, and accessibility to his patients at any time day or night is simply unparalleled. My wife had developed a medical issue which required surgical intervention by a plastic surgeon. After she researched and met with other physicians, she found Dr. Kasden through write ups on the Internet. Her first one on one meeting with him ... lasted for at least 3 hours. He took the time to discuss every aspect of her situation, answered her questions, and never made her feel hurried or rushed. By the way, that 3 hour consultation was at no charge. 5 yrs ago I had weight loss surgery and have maintained the loss of 135lbs. I wanted to have a tummy tuck to feel better and more confident about myself. I contacted a couple of other surgeons and then called and set up my consultation with Dr. Kasden. He spent over 2 hrs with my husband and I going over the procedure and what would take place, I scheduled my tummy tuck that day! Dr. Kasden was there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns and was available anytime of the day. My recovery time was a little longer than normal due to some complications, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Not only being very professional Dr.Aladdin paid special attention to every detail of repairing my ear lobe. He made me feel relaxed and I didn’t feel any pain. About a year ago I new that it was time for me to do something about my implants as I have had them in for several years and I knew that I had calcifications. I did plenty of research online Dr Kasden had so many great reviews and so I made my first appointment with him. Dr Kasden is an amazing person , along with his receptionist Sharon , he sat me down in his office and talked with me for well over an hour talking about my situation . He was so kind and informative and it was decided that due to a parathyroid that I was having removed that we should wait for surgery. I walked out of his office and gave him a hug and thanked him for his time , he had set my mind at ease. Also he didn’t charge me a penny for his time! I did have my parathyroid removed this year and went back to Dr.Kasden but I was also having some problems with my breasts . Again he sat and talked with me about my situation and explained in detail what options I had depending on the outcome of my results. ( he spent well over an hour with me again of his precious time) . I waited on results and returned to his office for the third time asking more questions. Dr. Kasden performed both my breast and arm lift procedures. Both were successful with great results. Dr. Kasden spends as much time as needed to explain the procedures and to answer questions. He has a great bedside manner and is very caring. He called my husband to check on my progress after I was discharged from both day surgeries and I was able to text him or speak with him if I had any concerns or questions during recovery. He offers a very personalized type of care and tells you exactly what to expect post surgery. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and makes patients feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend him. Sharon, who is the office manager, is extremely friendly and also very caring. She always inquires how I am doing when I call or come in for post-op visits.

He has been treating me for quite a few months now. His dedication to me as a patient has been absolutely excellent. When medical treatment was necessary, he saw me on weekends, holidays and whenever needed. He is a dedicated Physician with his patients being number one on his priority list.

Abdominal Liposuction: Dr. Kasden & his staff are AMAZING! Dr. Kasden answered all of my questions and allowed me to schedule multiple consultations prior to making a decision. There was absolutely no pressure. I felt like he actually tried to get to know me on a personal level which is always comforting when having any type of surgery. I had a few questions the day after my surgery & Dr. Kasden answered my call. He even called and checked on me himself a few days later. I've had monthly check ups and am happy with my results. Had two moles from my temple and side of my head removed. Dr. Kasden and his staff did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable which is very impressive considering how nervous I am about any needles or incisions. Impossible to tell that the moles were ever there! Great experience throughout the entire process of the initial procedure to my follow-up appointments, plus he had me laughing the entire time. Highly recommend Dr. Kasden!

I had my pre-op consultation today! Dr. Kasden quickly made an impression of himself as he entered the room. He’s fun, quirky and intuitive of his surroundings. He took the time and care to address all of my questions and insecurities before we even discussed procedure. You can tell that he is enriched with passion for what he is doing, he’s not in the business to cut faces up and do outrageous surgeries. Getting a breast augmentation was something I’ve wanted to do since I was 18 years old. Now that I’ve had my daughter, and finished breastfeeding things got worse in regard to my breasts. I met with 3 different plastic surgeons. 1 of them wanted to use an implant that’s new to the market, without any knowledge or research of how they would last, etc...that was an immediate no. Then, I had a consultation that was 30 minutes, and I left with 5,000 questions and no confidence. Dr. Kasden was my last consultation. He spent 3 hours with me, he outlined EVERYTHING. What an amazing doctor!!! If I have to rate this place on a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 10. It is absolutely "The place to go!". I wanted to get a double chin lipo done for a long time, but I was very nervous about getting it done. I have had different consultations and just never felt comfortable or ready for it. I scheduled just recently a consultation with Dr. Kasden and the first thing he asked me was: “Do you want to do this for you or are you doing for someone else”. He said I want to make sure that you are doing this for yourself and that you want to get it done”. I felt that I really was a patient there and not a “dollar amount”. The consultation took about 2 hours. He went through every detail. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very experienced. He never made me feel rushed in getting this done. I felt very comfortable and ready to get it completed, that I canceled two other consultations with other doctors that were scheduled after Dr. Kasden’s consultation. Great communication, flexible with hours.

I consulted with 5 other plastic surgeons before deciding to go with Dr. Kasden for a tummy tuck and brow lift. He and his staff took their time explaining the procedures in detail and seemed to really care about their patients. I am very happy with the results from my brow lift and tummy tuck. My brow lift looks very natural and although I am still healing from my tummy tuck , I can see the final results will be great. The after care has been amazing which is something I did not even consider.

Finding a doctor who genuinely cares about what a patient wants and going over and above to ensure they achieve that is just amazing. Doctor Kasden is that doctor and not to mention they're super nice. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Kasden for over 10 years. Always for Botox etc. Last month, I had upper and lower eyes done in his office. I am so pleased! Always am with Dr. Kasden. Most importantly, he is a highly skilled surgeon. But what stands out with him is how he takes as much time as needed to explain everything. He takes the time to talk and listen to you without feeling rushed. He also educates you about your procedures. You will leave his office with clear realistic expectations. His work is meticulous. He truly works hard to please his patients. His bedside manner is out of this world. He is full of life and when you leave his office his spirit just rubs off on you. After two prior breast surgeries with different surgeons, Dr. Kasden immediately calmed my fears and took his time explaining the procedure and what to expect post-op. After consults with several surgeons, I chose Dr. Kasden for breast lift, arm lift, & neck/chin liposuction post-weight loss. I knew he had experience with patients like me & he did not disappoint. I am beyond pleased - he spent over an hour with me for the first consult alone, was honest, & was always “there” for me during the recovery period. Even on a Sunday when I called with concerns, he met me at the office within hours to evaluate. I plan to return for tummy tuck. Highly recommend Dr. K!

Dr. Kasden has performed two procedures for me, each with excellent results. Dr. Kasden kept me well informed, answered all my questions and provided the attention each person may want when undergoing a surgery. I noticed Dr. Kasden pays attention to the smallest of details, which tells me he is a perfectionist and holds himself to very high standards (which today's some physicians seem to lack). I, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone seeking any procedures he offers.

Dr. Kasden performed a beautiful tummy tuck on me. I was very nervous about having a major surgery but he answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. My abdominal area looks so good, Even my young daughter noticed, she asked me "Why does your stomach look new?" I finally have the hourglass shape back that I had before giving birth. I also really like how good my navel looks because I've seen some bad tummy tuck navels. Now my mother wants to have a tummy tuck too!

I am a repeat customer. He first performed tummy tuck over six years ago. I was so pleased I saw him again to help take the effects of years of stress off my face. He explained everything in detail and created a true patient-doctor team. He is an extreme perfectionist. I learned this from talking with his staff, and being a nurse myself, was impressed by their descriptions of the OR. During the after care, he is just as caring. I have been a patient of Dr. Kasden for 5 years.. I found that he really has my best interest for my skin and overall looks ... I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed .. I had bad acne scarring and deep creases on my face .Dr. Kasden had a step by step plan that would help me get to my goal ..There are so many dr.s that will tell you what you want to hear and can make permanent mistakes ..I found that Dr. Kasden was not of that sort . He is skillfull!..,you wont be disappointed!

He does an amazing job of listening and then clearly communicates the best approach to ensure you receive your desired effect. I personally have had Mommy Makeover and Blepharoplasty with some liposuction around my chin. Both surgeries were intense and through it all Dr. Kasden was available with advice and clear steps needed to ease my fears. Oh and the best part...the results are AMAZING! I absolutely love Dr. Kasden! I went to another PS and felt rushed when asking my questions. Dr. Kasden took his time to answer my questions throughly. He let me know to write down any additional questions I have and that I could email him. He was truthful with his answers. He let me know that there would be a lot of pain and that this isn’t something I have to do. He never tried to suggest adding another procedure, which I liked. Dr. Kasden joked around with me as well which I appreciated.

Dr. Kasden is a physician that conducts himself AND his practice in an extremely professional manner. He takes the time to get to know you as a patient,and as a human-being. Neck Lift December 2016. It's July 2017 and my neck and lower face look great. No more little jowls, neckline is smooth. I do look 15 years younger. Excellent, personable, professional staff. This doc is GOOD at his job is an understatement.
