Terrible, horrible experience!!! What doctor says "shut the **** up"? Let's start at the beginning. We called to get my dad established as a new patient from an auto accident. In order to do that they had to obtain records etc before getting seen. We got a voicemail stating that congratulations you have been accepted as a new patient. We called and made the first patient appt and paid out of pocket over $300. They said they would call us the following day. No calls for 2 weeks. Left several messages about a follow up appt. Finally got a call back from the nurse stating that she was working on the notes but after briefly speaking to the doctor he told her that he didn't think he could do anything for us but she would finish the notes and be in touch. Again, waited another week with no call back and continued to call. Waited and got a call saying that there isn't anything they can do. Well we asked for a refund of our money because not only was it a waste of time, but why would we pay to get established at a place if they changed their mind to not take us on. They reviewed the records, said we were accepted and then a no? So they would put in a note to the doctor and have him call. Again waited over 2 weeks left messages and got a call today. We began sharing why we felt we should get out money back (accepted him as a patient after reviewing records, changed his mind and said he couldn't do anything). While politely explaining on speaker he interrupted with a " shut the **** up". I hope he goes down and we will be taking him to small claims court. Do yourself a favor. Go to the Montana wellness center and don't waste your time with him

We talked about all the treatment I have had for my back. My last doctor really didn't do much to evaluate my problems. I can't believe how much better I feel after having an injection done. I have reduced my medications. I haven't felt this good in years

I have been seeing Dr Jahnke for several years. Between injections, PT, meds and doing my exercises at home, I can do most of the things I want to do. We talk about learning what I can and cannot do. I think he does a good job of listening to me and giving me time to ask questions unlike some other places I've been. Overall, I am very happy with his care.

I have been going to Dr. Jahnke for years. He always gives plenty of time during the visit, that's the only thing I can say. I feel like it's time to move on and get another doctor, he gave up on trying to figure out what is causing my pain and curing it, rather he's just been giving me meds and now that those are at the max he is very frustrated. The new government intervention into health care isn't helping, he said he's switching his board certification and considering closing. Time to go.
