Beautiful Results – 5 Stars My satisfaction with the results of my face and neck lift are over the moon. Dr Holley did more than just complete a successful procedure – his staff went the extra mile. My fear of the procedure was completely alleviated after speaking to Dr Holley, Elizabeth and Ashely. Throughout the scheduling process, the attention and friendliness of the entire staff was a bonus. Recovery was as suggested, and the few issues, unique to me, were resolved easily. I will continue to recommend Doctor Holley and his team.

I had a Abdomoplasty in December and am delighted with the results. the front desk staff, nurses, schedulers, office manager, estiticians, everyone gives a high level of customer service that goes beyond expectations. I love this place so much I decided to work here!!

Can’t speak to Dr. Holley’s work because I can’t even get past his front office staff or assistant. I have inquired multiple times about a procedure and they just don’t get back to me. They have time to upload to Instagram everyday, though. I booked an appt for a laser (separate from what I was inquiring about) that I’m going to cancel because this place has horrible customer service and I just can’t spend my money here. It shouldn’t be like pulling teeth to get information when you’re the customer. Very unprofessional. My favorite place to treat me! The staff is awesome. Roxanne and Elizabeth are the best! They're very knowledgeable about what they do. Stephanie is also very knowledgeable as their aesthetician and is willing to answer any questions about your skincare. Definitely worth the time and money well spent! Amazing from the front office to Dr Holly. My process was smooth and they were all very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be going back in the future if need be. (Or hubby let’s me get another procedure).

Dr. Holley Is very detailed, kind, and professional. He and his staff are easy to work with and made the process easy. I’m feeling strong after having my hernia and diastasis recti repaired! I highly recommend West Michigan plastic surgery!

I received a Halo treatment from Stephanie on July 2nd. Stephanie was incredibly thorough in both the treatment itself and also in providing post treatment instructions (along with a care kit.) Thanks to her patient explanation of what to do and what not to do immediately following the procedure, my one day recovery was also much easier than expected. Had liposuction early June and six weeks later I am ecstatic with how my body looks. I have gone from a size 10 to a 6. I still have some lumpiness but that is getting better day by day. Dr Holley listened to my body contour concerns and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I

Dr. Holly preformed surgery on my pointer finger, as I had a large arthritic bump on the knuckle closest to my nail and the finger was not straight. After 6 weeks it is completely healed with no more pain in the bump and very straight. I am happy that I had him do the surgery and would highly recommend his services!

Zero stars should be submitted but they won't allow you to do a review with out it! I had a horrible experience with Dr. Scott Holley and still living in pain everyday because of his terrible surgery. I have contacted him and his office to make things better and they refuse to respond. Do not let Dr. Scott Holley ever touch you! I will never be the same because of him. I trusted him and now my life is a nightmare and he doesn't care. His license should be revoked and he should not be allowed to hurt anyone ever again!

Dr. Holley and his staff are wonderful. They made me feel comfortable, and they were very informative and supportive with my decisions regarding breast reconstruction. Going through breast cancer as a 42 year old was terrifying, and trying to determine the right surgical decisions to make was overwhelming. Dr. Holley explained all of my options, and was patient with me during this uncertain time. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Dr. Holley to be part of my team. The results are amazing, and everyday I look in the mirror and feel good about myself. It’s absolutely amazing what they are able to do for breast cancer patients. Dr. Holley worked with my breast surgeon Dr. Barnas at Borgess Hospital, as I underwent a nipple sparing mastectomy. The process of reconstruction, was smooth and without issue, and each follow up visit was quick, yet comforting. Three months post mastectomy I had reconstruction and breast augmentation. Now, I look and feel better than ever. ??

Just had trigger finger surgery on my rt thumb yesterday, and felt SO well taken care of throughout the whole process, from initial consultation to actual procedure! I went to Dr. Holley because of his great reputation (I personally know some of his prior patients who have nothing but good things to say about him), so Scott is terrific, AND his assistant Sandy and all of his other staff members are exceptional too. I am a 53 year old who has had breast implants for over 20 years, it was time for them to GO! I went to 3 consultations with other surgeons before choosing Dr. Holley. The staff from doctor Holley down to the receptionist were very kind and helping through the whole process. I broke my hand very badly at 18 and was very worried about it not ever being normal again and dr Holley got my hand back to the way it was before the surgery in a matter of a month in a half. Dr. Holley gives you clear choices based on likely outcomes. The surgical procedure went very well. Recovery was a stated. I appreciate being able to use my left hand again. Very skillful and experienced surgeon. Dr. Holley's staff is great. The referral to OT after surgery was seamless.

I had breast augmentation plus lifts and had a wonderful experience! The office staff I'd like fsmily, and Dr Holley took so much time to educate me if the benefits and risks with reading material and pictures. I am unbelievably satisfied with my experience and results, and felt like I was an individual the whole time not a dollar sign. Highly, highly recommended

I absolutely approve of Dr. Holly and his staff. I have had two hand surgery procedures for Dupuytren's. One on each hand and the results were excellent. The clinic is neat, clean and well organized. Worst experience of my life. Mr. Holly performed what he said would be an easy liposuction of buttock and thighs. Five days later I went to the emergency room and had a blood transfusion. The surgery had gone very wrong. He suggested another surgery, a "body lift" which we had never heard of. He offered his services for free, but I had to pay for another surgery. My right leg looked 'screwed' on to my body . The thigh curved around to my back. Don't use him.

After much thought and research, I chose Dr. Holley to do my breast augmentation mostly because I liked his before and after photos better than anyone elses. I was not disappointed! I love the way I look in the mirror. I am no longer self concious about wearing a bathing suit. From consultation, to surgery, to post-op I have been very pleased. I never needed a pain pill, and felt almost normal within 3 days!!!

New office is beautiful! Staff is knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous, but felt relaxed and actually "listened to" by Dr. Holley. Dr. Holley was actually my 3rd opinion appointment, but I scheduled with his office because I just really felt my best interests were what mattered!

After much consideration, I underwent two surgical procedures in November of 2015 (tummy tuck) and in October of 2016 (tummy tuck revision and liposuction). I could not be more pleased with my results. Dr. Holley's level of care, compassion and expertise were evident the very first time I sat down and spoke with him about the results I was looking for. He did not let me know. It is my honor to recommend his surgical talents to anyone looking to make cosmetic changes.

Dr Holley and his staff from consultation to post op have been professional, kind, reassuring and patient. Willing to answer any and all questions any time I needed. On 8/31/2016 I had breast reduction/lift with implants, tummy tuck, liposuction to back flanks and back bra fat, and fat graft to butt (Brazilian butt lift). MANY procedures done by Dr. Holley. HE IS THE BEST!

No doctor believed me when I said I was in pain in my wrist after my first procedure. My first surgeon made me feel like I was crazy and wouldn't help. I went a year after that (two years in constant pain) before I met Doctor Holley. He too was unsure of the amount of pain that I said I was in so he gave me a shot and put me in OT. I failed the OT and after three weeks, he took me a little more serious. He decided to do a 2nd MRI which showed my Ulna Bone was barely attached. He fixed me up.
