Mr. Scott K Hetz

My dentist recommended Dr. Scott Hetz to look into a tooth that was under a lot of pain. She was able to get in contact with Dr Hetz over the weekend to schedule my appt. on Monday. He diagnosed the issue after thoroughly testing the area and performing a 3D scan. He then proceeded to performing a root canal that same visit given an urgent overseas trip I had scheduled for later that week. He was patient in answering all my questions and despite the last minute appt took the time needed to put me at ease considering it was my first root canal ever. I appreciated how he walked me through every step explaining the details including the science behind it. The staff was also very kind including Christopher who was supporting Dr. Hetz through the procedure and seemed to know exactly what the doctor was always looking for and thinking. I wouldn’t think twice of coming back if ever needing Endodontics care. Highly recommended

Dr. Hetz did a root canal on me about a month ago. It was my first one and I didn't know exactly what to expect but I had heard from other people that it was painful. He was excellent! He was friendly and kind, explained everything to me in terms I could understand before he started the procedure, and more as he went along. It was absolutely painless. His staff was wonderful as well. I highly recommend him.

I have always been anxious about going to the dentist. About 4 years ago, my dentist told me that I needed a root canal; she recommended Dr. Hetz. Of course, I was anxious about the appointment. However, I had a very positive experience. Dr. Hetz expained everything that he would do and the reason for the procedure. So, when I was recently told that I needed another root canal, I didn't think twice about calling Dr. Hetz's office. He really puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Hetz.
