They need to get more staff. IT TAKES HOURS OF PHONE CALLS to get a checkup. Doctors there are excellent. Customer services is appalling. They are becoming a monopoly, owned by an insurance company (Optum is part of United Healthcare.) Insurance companies are designed to deny care. Certainly waiting on hold for hours will deter people from making appointments, therefore, the insurance company won't have to pay. What a scheme. Evil geniuses! They need to get more staff.
