As another has said, he is dismissive and shows no care or compassion. In the last 3-4 appointments, he hasn’t even asked about my ongoing symptoms. When I bring them up, he is dismissive and offers no options for improvement. He seems interested only in the Cpap compliance numbers and not in the patient’s experience. At the last appointment, he even argued with me about something I was experiencing - telling me it was impossible. I would not recommend.

As others have said, he was dismissive and lacked empathy or care. He seems to focus only on the Cpap compliance numbers rather than the patient’s experience. In the last 3 appointments, he didn’t even ask about my ongoing symptoms. When I brought them up, he was dismissive and offered no options for improvement. When I expressed concern about my Cpap pressures rising while I’m reading (even before I fall asleep), he argued with me saying that’s not possible and I must be dozing off. (I think I would know if I was falling asleep.) He values his opinion over what I am actually experiencing. I would not recommend him.

More than that, when I’ve told him about something I’m experiencing with the machine, he argued with me, telling me it was impossible. I’m hoping to find a new doctor and would not recommend him.

Doesn’t listen to your concerns. Very dismissive. Talks to you like you’re incompetent. I would rather poor hot sauce in my own eyes than visit him again.

Incredibly terrible bedside manner. He’s very dismissive and basically talks to you like you’re stupid. Makes you feel like your concerns aren’t relevant. Definitely would never recommend. Wish I never would have made the trip to this appointment.

He recommended switching providers for my CPAP supplies because "they would work so well together with their office and have great communication." Well, I took his advice and switched. Then his office dropped the ball on getting the proper info over to the new provider (they needed both studies, not just the most recent), causing me many wasted phone calls and follow-ups. This ultimately delayed me receiving my equipment by 3 weeks, meaning additional out of pocket expenses from me and suffering poor sleep for that time. Called to see about a bill reduction due to this and was told 2 times no. As a Dr. he should have integrity and own up to his offices mistakes and make adjustments. I'm paying the bill because I have those qualities, so you can make the call if he deserves to be seen by you. Choose wisely...there are ethical providers out there.

Due to his advice in recommending a different provider for my supplies I switched. His office then dropped the ball on getting all the required info over to them (took 3 weeks to get all the proper info). This then cost me additional out of pocket expenses and terrible sleep. Called and asked for a bill reduction, and was denied 2 times. Again, it was his offices fault, and he was unwilling to do anything. Not my (or really anyones) definition of an honest, ethical and trustworthy Dr. I would highly recommend pursuing other providers since he clearly doesn't understand why he went in to medicine, which is to help patients, not just get $. People rely on reviews and recommendations, so I recommend you choose someone else.

I saw that Dr. Geisler had a one star rating and I thought that was an unfair rating. I have been one of his patients for over 4 years and I have always been satisfied with the level of care he provides. I do recommend his service.

Very disappointing. seemed rushed and disinterested.
