Debby Bissett my sister had ovarian cancer stage FOUR on 2003. The surgery was difficult and she was in a coma for a few days. There was talk from the other Drs to give her Morphine and let he die!!!! Dr Scott said NO way I don'; lose my patience. 18 year had passed and Debby is going well. The only thing i wish the Dr would of offered is BRCA genetic testing. I'm Kathleen Debbys youngest sister and in 2012 I was diagnosed ovarian cancer stage 3c. i was epithelial type just like my sister and tested BRCA1+ and Debby tested + as well. Debby also got breast cancer 2B TN in 2014. I had a PBM and had my breasts removed. We have others in the family that have BRCA tested and have done the preventive surgeries. To date we have 5 ovarian cancers in the family

Dr. Eisenkop was willing to fight for me when others were not. He saved my life more than once. I have had ovarian cancer three times and am an 18 year survivor, currently 8.5 years cancer free. I drove 2 hours each way to see Dr. Eisenkop becsuse he is the best of the best! I would travel across the country to see him, should I have another recurrence. Sometimes there is a long wait for your scheduled appointment. That's because he is doing a surgery and doesn't quit until he has done everything he possibly can to give you the best possible outcome. Knowing that, I never mind waiting. If you need a gyn onc, know that he will fight for you too!

I met Dr. Eisenkop when I was diagnosed with 1st stage of cancer. He's been excellent in my care and treatment throughout is time. He's very knowledgeable,caring and patient. I'm very happy I was able to to schedule my surgery back then because I feel he saved me from the silent killer of cancer. Thank you Dr. Eisenkop I'm forever grateful. :)

Dr. Scott Eisenkop is a genius. He is a true, caring, talented & skilled doctor. His absolute dedication and generosity of his spirit cannot be over extolled. Dr. Eisenkop is a healer--personified. I am so sorry I was difficult & deaf to his golden advice but Dr. Eisenkop was tenacious & patient & understood my terror. He never relented on making me understand & comply with my care. He protected me from myself & my ignorance. I am forever grateful to Dr. Eisenkop for giving me my life back.

I live in San Pedro and Dr. Eisenkop is the best he took my case when other doctors were just giving me the run arounds.
