I have always had a great experience at this office. The staff are very accommodating to your needs.

My experience with Barnett & Dyer Prosthodontic Group was top notch!! From the moment I arrived, I was met with a friendly smile and easy check-in. My wait to be called back was less than 5 min. The technician who got me settled in a chair and took my X-rays was kind, gentle and had a fun personality. Dr. Dyer is impressive. His knowledge of his specialty is apparent and his ability to communicate in a manner I could comprehend was like no provider I have ever experienced. He did not make me feel as if he needed to rush to the next patient. He stayed with me until he was certain I had full understanding of the treatment plan and all my questions were answered. Dr. Dyer and his team knows my anxiety and tolerance level to pain. In each visit, they make certain that I am comfortable and less anxious by patiently explaining the procedures I have to undergo. Dr. Dyer, Ms. Martha, Becky and Melissa gave been extremely kind...they are a great team

I saw Dr Dyer today and had the best appointment - the best news. I don't need more orthodontic work, smile looks great and I should proceed with the rebonding work! I am always impressed by everything that I have experienced at their office. I absolutely love them!

Dr. Dyer is great! I saw him 11 years ago, and came back again for his help. He is kind, very knowledgeable, and in every step of the way he works for you, and is out for your best interest. I had a very poor experience with Scott Dyer DMD. The initial consultation was very professional, detailed and caring. Shortly after this I came down with Fibromyalgia which immobilized me for many months. This is the reason why I did not schedule having 10 teeth on my upper jaw pulled and a dental appliance made at this time. Dr. Dyer told me I could take as much time as I needed to go ahead with all of this intensive dentistry. I took him at his word and waited until I was well. It was almost a year later that I did feel well enough to get back to him. I proceeded to call the office on a Saturday and he answered the phone with a slurred and garbled speech, almost like he was drinking. I decided the person on Saturday must have been someone else and proceeded to call back on the following Monday and did then make an appointment to see him. He remained professional until after recovery from the extraction of the remaining 10 teeth, when I went in to have the dental appliance fitted. He and his assistant handled me VERY ROUGHLY, slamming the new appliance up into my jaw causing lots of pain. He said he was surprised I was not all swollen and black and blue. This was shocking. I decided to go to another dentist, Blodgette Dental Care, where Dr. Leish said the dental appliance was VERY crude. He referred me to prothedontists Halmos & Manning who I am working with now. Dr. Halmos sent me to a surgeon about my sore upper gums before he could even start his work, and the surgeon, Dr. Ugalde, told me to NEVER put the appliance in my mouth again as it had damaged my gums which now needed to be surgically repaired. Dr. Dyer had said he would adjust the appliance on June 29th which was 14 days after the surgery. I wore it sparingly because it hurt so much, but enough to cause injury. Dr. Dyer is like a chameleon, professional one day and sadistic the next. Unacceptable. I had a very poor experience with Scott Dyer DMD. I’m a really fussy retired dentist. This is the place to go for care if you’ve got complex dental needs. Highly professional, well managed. They have provided excellent care.

Dr. Dyer is an excellent dental professional. He has helped me through a complicated dental problem which other prosthodontists said they could not fix. I highly recommend him.

Dr Dyer has done extensive work on my teeth, always in a practiced and professional manner. He is clear in his explanation of what he is doing and why, friendly in a professional way, and is always concerned that I am comfortable. His dental assistants are warm, friendly, and helpful. Together with Dr Dyer they make a great team.

If you face a complicated dental project, I highly recommend Dr. Scott Dyer. Throughout the process, he will listen to you and will clearly explain everything. He is both skilled and compassionate. Due to a combination of poor dental hygiene and sports, I have worn partial dentures for over 50 years, since age 19. I really needed new partials. Before I found Dr. Dyer, I talked to 4 dentists, another prosthodontist, and a denturist. They all said that my expectations were too high. They either didn't want the job or wanted me to sign a document saying that I understood the color of the new partials might be wrong or that they might not be comfortable. Dr. Dyer was the most expensive option, but he was the only person in whom I had confidence. Now, due to his exceptional work, I go to the mirror several times a day just to practice smiling. When my husband saw me, he said: "You got your money's worth! You look great!" It was definitely worth the investment.

Friendly, professional and efficient

Always timely, always professional and the work that was done was fabulous. Well worth the drive from Vancouver to see Dr. Dyer and his staff.

This is a fabulous practice that I have trusted with two challenging “projects” on my mouth. They are top-notch all around - quality of results, communication, and kindness. You can trust them!

Dr Dyer has been nothing but amazing with my dental care and some major work. He has been exceptionally professional, always comforting and reassuring and has a plan that isnt overwhelming and manageable for my dental care. I am so grateful for the patience, compassion and care I have been given at this office. Melissa and Sarah at the front office are equally amazing, helpful, professional and kind. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of some pretty intense dental care.
