I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I was scheduled for a procedure and when I arrived I waited in the waiting room 2.5 hours past my appointment time and when I asked when I would be able to see Dr. Bradley, I was told by the woman at the desk that it all depends on how much the doctor talks with each patient, as there were still 2 patients ahead of me. I was pretty upset so I told the receptionist that I don't have time to wait any longer and I was forced to reschedule. The next available appointment they had for me was for 2 months later. I was quite frustrated, but I made the appointment. I live 40 minutes away so once the date to my second appointment arrived, I called ahead the same day to ensure that they were aware I was on the way for my appointment. I was then told that they did not have any appointments under my name and that the doctor that I told her I had been scheduled to see (the name I was given at the time of making the appointment) has been on leave since April. I thanked her for her time and hung up, realizing I need to find a different place to receive this procedure. This clinic wasted months of my time. I do not recommend this place if you want to receive quality scheduling. I had a very bad experience with this clinic.
