Dr. Scott John Boyle

Dr. Boyle has the best bed side manner. He makes you feel comfortable about the surgery. Explains everything. Surgery #5 is next week. I couldn’t be happier with any Ortho. A great doctor and a great man!

I believed in and trusted dr Boyle but he really messed up my leg. He prolonged my treatment because it was a money maker. All he is concerned about is making money. It took a real doctor to fix the problem and I ended up with a total knee replacement. I wasted six months for nothing . I was informed that I never should have had the surgery that was done, all the shots I had etc. After having the total knee replacement I’m finally on the road to recovery. After suffering 7 months of pain and agony because of dr Boyle and his care and a lot of out of pocket money alI can say is be careful and get a second opinion. Dr b is the most compassionate dr i have ever seen. His bedside manner is top notch .

Dr. Boyle and his PA, Joe Bolinsky have kept me walking, and working for 14 years on an arthritic knee, injected both knees which gave me more time; and when I was ready, replaced my left knee with excellent results. I have always felt that I was the only patient in the world when I have been in their office - 100% attention to me. They both explain everything, but don't talk down to you. Dr. Boyle has also done a Carpal Tunnel release on both my hands with excellent results, a lipoma and ganglion removal, and they have both dealt with shoulder and hip pain, as well as my generalized arthritis. I would gladly recommend (and have, many times) Mt. View Orthopedics in Bloomsburg as well as Hazleton to anyone who would listen. They are, quite simply two of the best medical professionals I have been fortunate to know - and I have worked in the medical field for 40 years.

Doctor Boyle and assistant Joe Bolinsky are the best, operated on myself and my wife, who other surgeons would not touch. I give them both ten stars.

Dr. Boyle and his staff has always treated me with respect, and kindness. To date I have had both knees replaced and he has managed my arthritis Pain. They have provided me with excellent care. Truly a five star practice!

He absolutely amazed me, his knowledge is through the roof and he genuinely cares about you and wants to find a solution to getting you better. He blew my mind that he’s around this area because I personally think he should be a pro sports team’s doctor. He’s the guy I would recommend for anyone with an orthopedic issue

Dr. Boyle is patient and kind. I have had problems with my shoulder for so long. I am able to move my arm in any direction. It has been over a year now. And still no pain. His PA Joe is also great. The staff is very nice. I like the atmosphere. Never crowded. Dr. Boyle takes his work very seriously. I would reccomend him to anyone I came across! ??

Dr. Boyle and Joe are the most compassionate set of doctors that I have seen in a long time, their bed side manner makes you feel so comfortable when you are In their presence. Both doctors listen to what you have to say and act accordingly to your needs. I have had numerous surgeries from both of them and am very pleased with the out come. I feel when I am in their presence they treat me like family. Both doctors are very knowledgable in their field, I highly recommend them both

I was told I would need a hip replacement in the future and to notify office when I was ready...I called over a year later to let them know now was the time...I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, arrived at office, paid my $40 copay, was told by a snotty X-Ray tech that they had no X-Rays or any info on my previous visits to the office (records were found after the 3rd attempt), then the PA told me they had a recall on their hips from the manufacturer and they are no longer doing that surgery.

A great doctor, a nice man. His PA, Joe, is also wonderful. I just had ankle reconstruction surgery and I am due to get knee replacements as soon as possible. I went for a second opinion at OAA in Allentown, and they told me that what dr boyle recommended was exactly the same as they would do. I wouldn't go anywhere but Berwick Hospital and to no other orthopedic doctor but Dr. Boyle.
