This is my second review. I've been seeing Dr. Andrew over 2 years. In March, 2020, he operated on the ball of my right foot, that was damaged from a poorly done orthopedic surgery (different doctor) 16 years before. I can now walk without pain; I no longer need to get the former callus on the ball of my foot scraped every 6 to 9 weeks. It's amazing, almost a miracle. Thank you, Dr. Andrew.

Dr. Andrew exceeded my expectations for a first visit. He was the perfect combination of professional and personable, and he spent quite a bit of time addressing all foot concerns. Excellent. Jen at the front desk is lovely, too.

Dr. Andrew is fantastic. Always professional, very close to being on time all the time and just great at helping those in need of a great foot/ankle doctor. I know Dr. Andrew for more than 2 decades. Any time when me or any member of may family have any foot problems - Dr. Andrew is the obvious and only choice. He also regularly helps my elderly mother with trimming her toenails. He is one of the best Dr. in Cincinnati. His professional knowledge, personal attitude towards his patients and overall class as the human been are off the chart. Thank you, Dr. Andrew, for everything you've done and keep doing for my family.

I left his office feeling like a million bucks I really felt comfortable with both Mr. and Mrs. Andrew they are a great team they made me feel relaxed and comfortable enough to take my sock off lol which is a big step for me and it was an all around different experience because I felt relief before I left his office he took extra times to answer and address any questions or concerns I had, this is a really great doctor thank you again Dr. Andrew!!!!!!!!!

Dr Andrew is a very personable and caring doctor. He takes time with his patients and listens to their needs.

I have had access to Dr. Scott Andrew since he moved into the practice. I took my geriatric mother for toenail trimming and Neuropathy complaints. He proved to be better than the Dr that was originally there. He is extremely personable, down to earth and a friend to his patients. I have heard conversations with other patients while waiting for a turn in a room, and everyone appreciates his personal interest in them as a person first. I went to him for several broken toes over the last sixteen years ( yes I am a fast pasted klutz ). The last one was really bad where the last toe on my left foot was hanging off at a right angle to the foot. He numbed it (as other times), perfectly so there was no pain trying to set it. It was not going to work. But work hard at it, he did. He threw all his strength into trying to position it. He realized that it would not re-set to heal and said I needed surgery to correct it. At the time I had no insurance, and asked him if he could perform the surgery under local anesthetic. He was totally agreeable to do that. We scheduled the operation for the facility. It was a great experience! I was conscience during the procedure and he adjusted the positioning of the pins he drilled into the bones to set them together for proper repair. I got to see the X-rays of the work he was doing as he went. The images were so precise and on the mark, that my respect for his surgical acuity were many times enhanced. Added to the experience of being awake and alert, was the friendly attitude of the operating staff with him. It was very obvious that they respected and genuinely liked him personally. I would always and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing any care for foot issues. By the way, he sells the most comfortable bamboo socks from his office. Try them, you won't want to wear any thing else. There is also a good selection of shoes that are GOOD for your feet in a surprising variety of styles and applications. Check them out. This doctor is horrible. When I arrived at his office his wife asked for my insurance I gave her my medicare card since I am disabled then she asked if I have any other insurance I told her Medicaid but I forget the paper card. She had a fit I told her she can call my doctor and they will fax her a copy or I can email a copy when I get home. Her husband the dr. was there and he refused to see me cause I did not have my Medicaid card. This doctor is just for money and not helping people.

I had troubles with my ankle and foot. I went to several doctors with no success. The doctor diagnosed my problem the first visit, performed the surgery and I have had no trouble since. The doctor has an excellent bedside manner also.

I absolutely love Dr. Andrew! He is extremely knowledgeable and truly listens to your complaints. And is sincerely concerned for you. He is very gentle and kind and extremely personable! I would most definitely recommend him to all my friends and family!!! He is AMAZING! : )
