Horrible “doctor”. Would give 0 stars because she doesn’t even deserve 1 star. don’t let her give you surgery- she will make everything worse

I been to Dr. Niyogi a couple years ago and thought she was awesome then, hence why I came back to her for this appt. She is precise and very attentive and caring. I highly recommend her for your ENT needs

I had been putting off an endoscopic procedure for some time now, and after my initial visit, I felt extremely comfortable under Dr. Niyogi's care. I had one of the worst experiences at a Doctor’s office in my 50 years seeing Dr. Niyogi. Check in was quick and pleasant. The physician assistant / nurse that discussed my issue was kind, listened and was attentive. When the Dr came in she had no interest in fully listening to the challenges I was facing. Was dismissive of me suggesting I had a cyst in my ear which were the exact words the referring doctor used with me. She refused to listen to the environmental exposures I’ve had over past few years and cut me off by saying “if you would listen to me…” when I was literally in the middle of trying to tell her what I was experiencing. She based her entire prognosis on a visit I had 2.5 years ago and very brief peak in my ears. Explained how my ear works to me like I was a elementary school student. No bedside manner whatsoever. When I asked why she was being so rude she just said “thank you you may go now”. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had been having bad vertigo for weeks and didn't know what to do. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Niyogi and was so happy I did. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. She was able to diagnose the reason and perform some kind of maneuver that addressed the issue. Now I feel great! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an ENT!

The day of the appointment, the reception was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Niyogi was warm, friendly, and informative. Although the appointment was quick, I didn't feel rushed. I honestly wish this was my PCP. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Very caring and very knowledgeable.

I came into the office very scared of what would be done. But Dr. Niyogi assured me everything would be alright and walked me through everything. Wonderful personality and bedside manner. I will definitely be coming here again.

DO NOT Have her do your surgery. I am now diagnosed with Empty Nose Syndrome because of her horrific surgery done to me. She has left me suffering and shouldn’t be doing surgery.

worst doctor, doesn't listen to the patient, she just rushes didn't even care what I was talking about.

Finding an ENT as knowledgable, skilled, compassionate, and personable as Dr. Niyogi has been a godsend! I hadn't been able to breathe through my nose for almost my entire life, but Dr. Niyogi convinced me that getting my deviated septum fixed would be safe and painless. I went ahead with the surgery, and now I can breathe better that I can ever remember! I can't recommend Dr. Niyogi enough!

Riverside Medical Group has been having continued challenges with patients being able to contact their doctor’s offices. No answer, being left on hold and disconnected, no return call from doctor, etc. Dr. Niyogi was shockingly unprofessional and rude. She performed nasal surgery June 2020 on me at Hackensack University Hospital. A second staphylococcal infection returned within a week after first. Tried over three separate business days to notify her and her office. As above, no returned messages after having to call repeatedly to get someone on the phone. Upon bringing the subject up to her in person at a scheduled follow-up appointment the next week, I was told to “get the the point of all this as she had other patients waiting.” I’m 55 and have NEVER been treated with such a lack of respect or care by any member of the medical profession. Further, I’ve worked with the Medical Council of Canada in doctor/patient relations so I’m knowledgeable on this. Most definitely seek anotherENT

One of the rudest doctors I've been to. Went to her (reluctantly since all other offices are closed due to covid) for an issue I saw her a year and a half prior that she was very dismissive about. She first tried to say she didn't see me or I saw someone else after when I said the issue persisted (let her know flat out that it was her, what she advised did not help, and wasn't the issue in the first place), then she says she has no notes of the issue, and finally she tries to tell me, in a very condescending manner, that she performed something I know for a fact she didn't! Referenced that she's been doing it for 10 years but already stated that she had no notes or recollection of seeing me. You'd think I'd remember a camera going in both nostrils instead the one that she actually did! (The wrong side at that). Will never go to her again.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I recently had surgery to remove my thyroid and I have to mention how incredibly grateful I am to Dr. Niyogi. I felt reassured during the entire process because of her professionalism, compassion and expertise. And I can barely see any scar after the operation. Highly recommended!

Do not see Dr. Niyogi! She does not return phone calls and does not want to follow up. I had to call three times for my culture results and was told by her receptionist that my swab reflected such a small amount of bacteria that they do not even treat it. I explained my ear was still bothering me and was told it would clear up but the infection progressed into dangerous levels of Staph Aureus because it was not appropriately treated. Currently suffering and seeing infectious diseases for their carelessness.

She performed an ear surgery to my 2,5yo son and was amazing, also she’s great with kids, my son loves her. Every time we go to a follow up she’s really attentive and kind.

OFFICE CLERK RUDE AND HARSH WHEN SPEAKING TO ME. MD. SAYANI NIYOG , INCONSIDERATE OF MY POSSIBLE STATE OF HEALTH. OFFICE REPEATLY CANCELLED OR CHANGED MY APPT. BECAUSE RESULTS NOT AVAILABLE OR REVIEWED. BIOSPY DONE OVER A MONTH AGO. RESULTS SUPPOSE TO BE READY IN 3-5 DAYS.

Don't have manners how to talk to people. Very rude. No patience for 2 years old child. Don’t explain the issue and send for more test.

Worst doctors I ever saw. Dr niyogi has no knowledge and needs to learn manners

We were referred to her after the baby had 3 fevers from an ear infection. Pretty much just repeated what the pediatricians already told us. On top of that she is rude and has an attitude. Waste of time.

We arrive 10 min late to her office and she relunctantly rejected us. I was very disappointed as I have 1 toddler and a 6 months old baby, and it was almost impossible for me to arrive on time. I don't think punctuality must be extremely strict on patients, specially when we as patients always wait for doctors.

She is young, easy going but very professional and puts you right at ease. I was very comfortable discussing my sinus infection and treatment.

After being in considerable discomfort for several days, Dr. Niyogi solved the problem in 10 minutes! She was funny, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I told her that I read a review that said she was awesome and it proved to be absolutely true. I would definitely refer other patients to her!
