Horrible service at front desk

You'd feel absolutely relaxed if you brought your child here. Dr. Talib gives ample time to each patient and answers any number of questions that you may have. She has an amazing wealth of knowledge and shares every bit of it. Her guidance has been my holy grail. Everyone at the office is so friendly. The only thing is that if you are going here, be sure that about 4 hours you'd spend here. The wait time is a lot but I guess it is inevitable because she gives so much time to each family. My son has a dry trough he doesn't sleep all night for 3 days he has done the covid test and it is negative. i called the office doctor for an appointment she say no availability appointment you can go to hospital emergency bye. really really i'm shocked for 10 min what that's supposed to mean? i called my old kids doctor and i made an appointment for tomorrow morning. the staff reception need to be change from the office so the doctor doesn't lose her patients. The doctor is excellent, but if you want to come here, you need to be ready to spend your whole day waiting, even if you come at your appointment time you will wait 2-3 hours on average.

Dr. Talib is a professional and excellent doctor. I trust her in everything and I know that she would never give my son unnecessary medication like some other doctors may prescribe. She is so friendly and welcoming person. I have moved from falls church and coming all the way from fairfax because I know that my son will be in good hands. all of her team members are so friendly as well and once you follow the clinic rules you would never face any problems. I would highly not to recommend this place i came through appointments and have been set and waiting for 2 hours and still no one be able to come and see my 4 days daughter. Also there is no hand sanitizer in the lobby of the clinic to sanitize your hands. The receptionist has no patience to talk to the patient as well. Dr. TALIB is excellent. When your doctor does not prescribe you unnecessary prescription meds or lets you know before hand that your child can get fixed without meds, that doctor is good. Dr. Talib knows the difference between right medicine and over medicine. She is very friendly too. Because of all these things she is super busy and it's best to follow the instructions of her office people properly to avoid hassles that other reviewers have faced. Also, it is possible that some may have had bad office experience in the past but that does not reflect on the doctor in any way. At the end of the day you want a doctor that will do the best for your child. Atleast that's what I strongly believe. I give the doc 5 stars, 1 extra for her good nature. Dr. TALIB is excellent. Very very bad experience i have to wait 2 to 3 hours to see the doctor Why do you make a appointment if they cannot see On time very bad reception service and they tell you to come 15 minutes before four what sitting in the lobby

It’s my worst experience with a clinic like this. They waste your whole day on the phone by keeping you on hold for every single thing you ask or get scheduling appointments and waste your whole day by waiting to see the doctor. They even forget to call your children due for vaccinations and blame it on you and my poor little one had 5 vaccines at one time which was completely unbearable for my daughter and myself to see her and blame it on you for not asking when is her vaccination time. Dr. Talib has been our family pediatrician for nearly 30 years. She’s cared for all of my children. She knows each of them well and treats each of them as individuals. Dr. Talib is the best!! She was my pediatrician growing up and now she is both my sons doctor. Her expertise is always so valuable and her explaining of everything if always so comforting because she is a top notch doctor who knows how to explain not just in medical terms but a way where we can understand in detail. She also speaks Spanish! She is a quality doctor like no other :)I can trust that her knowledge is valuable because she has never been wrong about anything. Took my son to the hospital what they couldn’t figure out what was wrong in the hospital Dr. Talib was able to find out before any tests were done. They misdiagnosed in the hospital and Dr. Talib at her office was able to diagnose correctly and my son was better in a few days from seeing her. Dr. Talib is the best!! Unprofessional. They have told me after I got there, driving for an hour that they don’t accept my insurance any more. You could have told me over the phone. Never going back again. Also, there scales are rusty Nd old.

You call me for an appointment and tell me I should not miss my appointment, and when I get there, you tell me that you don’t accept my insurance anymore, so we are not going to check your baby. Why couldn’t you tell us on the phone that the insurance has automatically changed. I drove 1 hour, left very early from a party that was thrown for my baby just to hear you say that you will not check my baby. Even though you made accommodations for me to have this appointment. And I did not even get an apology from the Dr. They just acted like it’s no big deal just turned us back as if it was nothing. It shows you are absolutely not caring. You are after money. Ridiculous, Pathetic, the lady on the front desk is the most unprofessional lady I have ever seen. This doctor is not caring, all she need is MONEY. Please, do not go to her. Quite honestly, I do not believe I have ever been to a better doctor. My family and I have been going to Dr. Talib since we were born and now we even bring our kids here. In 2019, it’d be hard to find a Doctor like here— truly incredible.

Dr. Talib is the best. She is competent, kind and has a gift in working with children. Her office is clean, efficient and staffed with a lovely team.

I have seen Dr. Tablib since my youngest was born and my oldest was 3 year old now his 15 and 18 and still go to her. She is the best Dr. for all kind of children. Love how she has so much patience with children. And I can go on and on about talking about her but I think you get my idea ... Love Dr. Talib, and pilar.. and all her stuff are so welcoming.

Dr. Talib is one of the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. My kids have seen a lot of doctors but they have never been happy with any doctors but Dr. Talib.

The best place for children

great staff and doctors we been here when we had both Medicare and private insurance (metlife) they treat their patients with respect and kindness. wouldn't go anywhere else even when they had an address change

Expect to wait atleast 1:30 hour in a waiting room. Don't have good customer service

The best of the best Doctor , in 12 years never let me down once !
