I called the doctor to see if they can take my daughter in and i kept getting the exchange service. The person answering was so rude. Her name was Sophia. She hesitated to give me her name when i asked for it. My concern was, the office hours on the door says 9:00am-6:00pm, i have waited in the lobby for more than 30 minutes and the office staff has not arrived. It is now 9:30am and no one is in the office. The answering service said “well, what do you want me to do?” I replied, “call the doctor!, let her know the office is closed.” This is poor behavior and the office staff and answering service. Office staff very friendly. Office in Montebello art corner of Beverly blvd and poplar, in the parking lot to the hospital. Lol his professional opinion why i couldn't breath is I was too fat! I weigh 210 and didn't have a breathing problem before a chemical fume exposure. I would avoid him but I'm getting a second opinion. He came across as very prideful but with the fourth visit her is more calm. Office staff very friendly. Love this doctor she’s the best in town

Very patient. Very detailed doctor. Takes her time to hear you as a mom to my daughter. Never rushing. So I don't mind the waiting a bit longer at times. It is worth it.

I have been with dr Rambhatla for 21 years best dr ever i take my granddaughter now. All my family goes there as well very helpful and friendly staff.
