Not great just so so

Went to see Dr Vadapalli today he was the first of 4 ENT that I’ve seen this last year that actually took the time to listen to my concerns and give me some answers for what was going on with my throat.

Dr. Vadapalli treated me for chronic sinus problems and endedup performing surgery in 2018. Outstanding results. Great bedside manner, very empathetic and professional. Highly recommend his practice.

GREEDY...Never again. Over charges cash paying clients. $180 just to get ear wax cleaned out. Then I had to cancel an appt I had made. I called the day before at exactly 2:44pm to cancel my appointment that was for the next day at 2:10pm. They operator said I will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. I called the day before at exactly 2:44pm to cancel my appointment that was for the next day at 2:10pm. They operator said I will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. I had a longtime issue with a tear in my tongue. Dr. Vadapalli expertly removed tissue and repaired the tear. I'm back to normal two weeks later. A great experience! Very glad is bedside manner as well.

It's only a one star because I have had prior history with Mr. Vadapalli. He should be really getting a zero. It's very disappointing to me that an individual who is responsible for treating patients would rather lose patients because of monetary greed. I had an issue with my nose and was told I had a deviated septum. Once I found that out, I asked their office for a physicians note in order to be put on limited work activity for my work as I have to basically gown in a hazmat suit for my job. The mask and hood I have to wear severely impact my ability to breathe making it feel like I'm breathing underwater. My deviated septum makes it difficult for me to properly do my job so I had come to an arrangement with my company as long as I obtained a physicians note. It took them 2 and a half weeks to get back to me regarding the note (especially after me constantly emailing them back what exactly it is I do for my job). Even when I went there personally to ask what the status was, it took them another two days to notify of the status (I had to contact them on the second day instead of them letting me know). I was then told that Mr. Vadapalli would not provide me a note until I get a surgery done for my nose as he did not feel comfortable writing said note. He was basically holding the note hostage until I got a surgery. After informing them that the note was simply a formality for my company for liability issues, they then proceeded to provide some interesting reasons for why they can't write a note (mainly saying it was a liability issue for them). I asked them if there were any waivers I could sign, which they didn't have. It seems like this man and his office would rather take your money out of your pocket and doesn't really care about patient satisfaction. It's disappointing to me as I looked up to him when I was younger when he did my tonsillectomy. It sucks to find out he is actually money driven instead of patient driven. I had a great experience with Dr. V. His staff were very helpful with getting me checked in and was even able to get me in to be seen early. He was very knowledgable with my throat issue and his bedside manner was great. I would definitely recommend him!

Don't use this doctor "Satish Vadapalli" if you have any option, we were scheduled appointments for three of our family members three weeks in advance and we got reconfirmation two days before and the day before they called and left a message that our appointments were cancelled because doctor will be busy that means he is money minded and may not provide good service to patients. When we called back the office staff they said that they will reinstate our appointment but it turned out to be with some doctor assistant. So we were totally cheated with this doctor office and all my planning and arrangements were wasted and we end up cancelling all three appointments since we will not like to consult with a doctor helper. So if any one looking to schedule an appointment with this clinic please check other options and I heard that they will kept patients waiting hours too. I had sugary for Nasal septum deviation. Honesty I didn't need this procedure but he convinced me to proceed with it because according to him there is a great possibility it could make my life better with free of pain. 1st. The doctor lacks bedside manners. As simple as this operation was, he never spoke with the person taking me home after the operation, notifying them he was done and I was recovering. This may not be a some big deal and or he had other surgeries on schedule so no time for notifications to others in waiting room. 2nd. I showed up at my post op schedule. They called me in and I was in the examining room for two hours before they tracked him down. During the wait the nurse told me she had no idea the whereabout of the missing doctor. He was there earlier but now no clue to his location. The official visit lasted 2 minutes. 3. I returned 2 months later with the same problem. He did give me a few suggestions but did not want to pursue with caring for my condition. Since then I've had great doctors who set bar high in demonstrating the importance of patient doctor relationships. Dr. Vadapalli was amazing. He took such wonderful care of our family this year. He was always there for us and always was able to fit us into his schedule and answer all questions we had. I can't say enough good things about this man.

I've been seeing Dr Vadapalli for over 10 years. He is a terrific doctor and I've always gotten great care from him. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, clean, prompt, professional. Dr. Vadapalli is awesome, kind, great "bedside" mannor. Made me feel very comfortable. So happy to have found the group

I should have reviewed this provider before electing them to do my surgery (My primary care Doctor recommended them). This place has absolutely no customer service, you will have to Waite 30 to 1hr just to see the Doctor with an appointment. After waiting for so long doctor spend about 10 min with a patient, they are so busy trying to see as many people as possible. This place only care about making money$$$$$, I get thousand times better service than this from a used car dealership. If you have options please, please don't use this ENT clinic. One more thing please be very careful with what you pay them, every time you visit this office you are not allowed to leave without them looking at your financials (get your checkbook/credit card out). On top of that they have very shady/loose accounting practices. If you have any type of accounting dispute, they are will send it to collections without even explaining the charges. Please keep a record of all your copay's, they will try to double charge and with complicated statements. Don't even get me started with trying to talk with a Dr or nurse, get use to talking to machines. It takes about 2hrs to get a return call back from them. AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
