STAY AWAY!The reception who answers the phone is the rudest moodest person in the city of Wayne she has no apathy empathy or sympathy...what gives you the right to pass judgment lady?.... Not happy with the Dr s at this doctor's office either,always wants to do procedures over just basic care. Forget about a 3-month prescription he wants to see you every single month and a $35 office visit yeah right for sub par care If you want basic medical Care with a caring Doctor who asks questions and answers questions then this isn't the place for you stay clear. Dr bopana is very considerate of his patients. He takes excellent care.

They refuse to see sick patients. Let that sink in. You can only go here if you're not sick. Can this even be considered a doctors office at this point? I'm absolutely disgusted.

He is always so kind and attentive

My wife wakes up sick every day.... been coming to this office 4 yrs but yet both doctors here cant find out anything wrong?????.... they are always to busy to meet concerns

Wanted to make an appointment. Was told I could come in the same day until she realized I was a new patient. I've never heard there's a over a two week wait to be seen when you've never been at the office but can be seen immediately when you've been before. The main receptionist is very rude and unprofessional !! I forget her name but she's the main one and a little heavy set. Seems she doesn't like her job.. if you don't like your job get another one !! And Dr. Boppanna wouldn't listen to a word I said! He was always rushing me through my visit ! His answer to most of my issues was," you need to have blood work done!" Which is ok but when I told him that every morning I wake up with a stomach ache and severe nausea and asked for nausea medicine he told me no! Because he had to wait on the results of my blood work. OK but in the mean time I still have severe nausea and he really could of prescribed me something for it !! So thanks to him I lost my job!! Thanks Dr. Bonanza !! I really hope he reads this but he's probably too busy doing nothing for his patients and having his so called meetings where he just sits in his office surfing the Internet !! What a joke ! Dr bopana has Bern right by my side and over seeing my Carr through two life threatening illnesses and. Is now making sure I get the best Drs and surgeons through my breast cancer diagnosis. He has an awesome bedside manor and will take the time to explain any questions you have.

Been seeing Dr boppana for many years now little busy but the wait is definitely worth the while with him he's very understanding listens to you and spends as much time with you as you need he can speak to you in layman's terms so you understand what the medical terms mean doesn't over medicate an he doesn't overspend your insurance or money for testing that is unneeded.
