Dr. Sarat Yalamanchili

Had an online consultation with him today. I felt as though he didn't really care about me and was rushing through everything. He asked me if I had any wheezing and when I said I did he accused me of not knowing what wheezing really was. I would not pick to see him again.

I was sent here for a physical/well check, during the middle of the examination, The doctor looked at me & told me to "button my shirt up." I'm no medical professional, but my clothing is not correlated to my current health concerns. I was wearing an X large men's flannel (I'm a 130lb woman) buttoned 3/4 of the way up with a tank top underneath, covering all my body parts. I was absolutely stunned at this remark & asked him if my chest or breasts were bothering him, even though it was covered, he just continued with his sub par exam.. I understand I'm on Medicaid & probably not a top priority to alot of doctors, but this Dr made me extremely uncomfortable & very upset. It seems like he said that to me because my chest was distracting him from doing his job properly, which is absolutely unacceptable. I will be following up with Medicaid on my experience & I will never go back to Dr Yalamanchili ever again... I'm very disturbed by this experience

Great Dr. Have seen him a few times and has always been compassionate and caring

On 1-8-18 around 10:20 my mother and I were sitting in Dr Sarat Yalamanchilli office for her visit after being in the office for about 20-30 minutes in storms the doctor rudely and very disrespectfully putting me out of the room with my mother he was very agressive with his tone... Made my mother very uncomfortable with his to the point she was afraid to be seen by him I tried to speak with him about the matter and he aggressively told me to leave the Dr office. This is no way for a Dr to act

I credit Dr Yalamanchili with saving my husband's life while working in Kankakee. Staff was helpful and though a man of few words, he was observant and knowledgeable. His advice got the job done.
