I saw Sarah for a specific trauma and her skill and knowledge with EMDR helped me even more than I had expected.

Each visit I had many take aways. Always something opened up. I had some awesome breakthroughs and some not so great breakthroughs but I always learned something valuable. Life lessons. Sarah gave me the tools, advice, encouragement and support I needed. I learned so much about myself and what I could achieve vs not achieve. I wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for Sarah. The title says it. Sarah showed great compassion, patience, care and concern. Each week listening to me and acknowledging. I had a take away each time. Some weeks I didn’t always see the light but Sarah helped me find it. I learned so much about myself. Why this snd why that. I found and realized for myself I had the courage to take on the journey. Sarah gave me some of the best tools to do just that. Forever grateful and blessed. She saved my life. Sarah is a rock star.

Awful, outdated practice. Had gaslit me by saying that I wasn't invested in recovery for not having the energy to read pdfs. Could have instead worked with the patient directly. Did not gear sessions for the individual patient and would often talk about herself in a non-related way that isn't beneficial to the patient. Did not work with me in scheduling for a different time slot when I was unable to keep consistency with the original one. Supposedly knowledgeable in emdr but was unwilling to continue with it virtually even after request. Stay away
