Excellent! Never a long wait. Staff is always very nice and office runs smoothly. Dr. Shoaf has done a wonderful job with all 3 of my children's braces! 5 STARS!! Would definitely recommend!

Even during COVID the office ran smoothly. The appointment was timely and we were in and out in a short amount of time. The appointment was to evaluate if it was time for braces. Need to lose 4 more baby teeth. Staff was welcoming and nice.

The staff was friendly and they are taking good measures for COVID-19 safety. But the Orthodontist literally spent about 40 seconds looking at my daughter's mouth and then simply said, "Her teeth are too big for her mouth so we will pull 4 teeth and put braces on." I didn't not even think dentists pulled teeth anymore. She was so abrupt and obviously chose the cheapest option via Medicaid, not necessarily the what is best my kid option. Overall dissapointed and received a much better second opinion from Triad Orthodontist who also excepts Medicaid.

I was a patient with salem smiles for 5yrs and 6 months during my orthodontic journey. For the 66 months that I was a patient, Dr. Shoaf and her staff treated me pleasantly, they are very professional and friendly, and I am more than happy with the results of services provided. I highly recommend Salem Smiles Orthodontics to anyone needing orthodontic services in the surrounding area!!!

They have a very rude staff team. The Stephanie lady hung up in my face as I was asking about the removal of my braces and declined the rest of my calls.

The location was not difficult to find even with the construction work on Bus. 40. The front desk staff are very welcoming. The lobby is very clean and adequately spaced. From start to finish this place is amazing! The front desk are welcoming when you check in and Karen will even spend extra time with you to make sure you don't have any questions on your way out. Rubin is so kind, gentle and overall amazing. He made sure my daughter was comfortable and was very empathetic to any discomfort she showed. Dr. Shoaf is a remarkable woman. I cannot say enough about Dr Shoaf's kindness and professionalism. She took care of my son, who is a college student far away from home who was not even her patient. She treated him with respect and allowed him to get in immediately to do a repair. If she treats strangers like this, I can only imagine how great she treats her patients.
