Dr. Pollan is hands down the best orthodontist. She was so thorough in explaining the process. The results were painless and beautiful. Thank you for your superb skill and bedside manner. Furthermore, Dr. Pollan's big heart is second to none. She even covered the tab for my family and me when we bumped into each other at a local restaurant. Truly an amazing dentist and beautiful human being!

I started receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Pollan in January 2022. This is one of those rare instances where the care is so great that you don't mind and even look forward to the appointments. Dr. Pollan is knowledgeable, smart, personable and funny. She made me feel heard from day one and took the time to ensure I understood what my primary problems were, the different options that I had and the option she recommended and why. She took me through past case studies and let me email her afterward with some additional questions. The office is quiet and peaceful. The appointments go by quickly because she is so fun to speak with! She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Her staff have also been wonderful. All of them kind, knowledgeable, personable and down to earth. I'm so thankful I was referred to Dr. Pollan and would recommend her to all patients. Dr. Sarah Pollan and the entire team at Park Hollow Orthodontics are the best! Everything about my experience with her is positive – most of all the quality orthodontic care, but also the beautiful office, easy parking, and great location. I entered into the braces journey as an older adult with lots of questions about the orthodontic process, including if it was worthwhile for someone my age. Dr. Pollan took time to give clear answers, describe treatment options, and set attainable goals. By chance, the pandemic hit a few months after I began treatment. The entire team worked to assure that we could continue treatment and stay safe during the pandemic. Dr. Pollan is the worst! Snobby behind doors, and overly exaggerated for the smallest things. I heard her talking to an employee and I was disgusted. Dont let the fake smile fool ya!

Dr. Sarah Pollan's calm voice and gentle hands were all I needed to calm my nerves after falling and knocking a tooth backward. I'm an adult but was as frightful as a child - and my teeth already look great after a couple of days in invisible braces.

Highly recommend for adults seeking orthodontic care. Dr. Pollan and her team are AMAZING! World class treatment in a great office. I opted for lingual braces after discussing the options with Dr. Pollan. The entire process was smooth and professional. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I work for a pediatric dental office & travel office to office. Park Hollow is 1 of the offices on our list that we referral to not to mention heard good reviews from 1 of my co-workers. I decided to schedule an appointment for my husband on Feb. 8th. We went, staff was friendly, went over several options Doctor told us she would send treatment plan to us by the end of the day so we didn't have to wait. Then Monday comes still no treatment plan called everyday that week and was told EVERYDAY it was either sent to me already, then there emails were down, Doctor will call me and go over it several times was told they would call me back by the end of the day NEVER once was called, then Thursday 2/20/2020 i sent them a text message for someone to please call me back, next day 2/21/2020 I get a TEXTED "sorry about that i really appreciate your patience i will ask Dr. Pollan again today. (sent by Grace) Next text: I was able to speak to Dr. Pollan and she assured me she would get back to you by the end of day. NEVER HEARD BACK NO CALL,TEXT OR EMAIL!! Dr. Pollan's office is so friendly and helpful! I had to find an orthodontist years after having braces to get new permanent retainers and it was a great experience from start to finish. The method they use does not require getting a mold, which is generally the worst part of getting a retainer. The office is open until 6pm and they have Saturday appointments, which is so helpful as a working adult. Dr. Pollan threw in a plastic upper retainer at no additional cost. And when I came in a week later for some adjustments, I did not have to pay for an office visit. It is clear that they really consider the patient the experience, and it is greatly appreciated! Dr. Pollan & her staff are fantastic!!! Love the convenience of scheduling appointments after hours & Saturdays so my kids don't have to miss school while in treatment. Dr. Pollan and her team are the best in Dallas! I work full-time as a registered dental hygienist in Dallas and I know how important it is to have an orthodontist you can trust and feel comfortable with. I was hesitant to get braces as an adult, but I am so glad I did! I have been seeing Dr. Pollan for almost 10 months and it has been a fantastic experience! First of all, her office is easy to find and the parking is very convenient. I never have to wait to be seen for my appointments (although they do have a beautiful waiting area!). Dr. Pollan is so sweet and nice to talk to. She keeps you company while having your mouth pried open. My teeth are perfect thanks to her amazing work. Her new office is also super clean and organized.

I was referred to Dr. Pollan after a routine dental examine showed that my first grade daughter's palate was not wide enough to accommodate her permanent teeth. I was apprehensive to take her to an orthodontist not only because she was so young and I wondered if it was really necessary, but also because she was terrified of doctors and dentists. Surprisingly, my daughter was very calm at her first appointment and actually enjoyed meeting Dr. Pollan and her staff. They were all very friendly and kind and instantly put her at ease. After wearing a spacer for a few months and then braces to realign her new teeth, my daughter was left with a beautiful smile. Several more permanent teeth have come in with ease since the braces were removed. My daughter may or may not have to have braces again as a teen once all of her permanent teeth come in, but if she does we will definitely go back to Dr. Pollan. Update... After seeing my daughter's beautiful teeth, I began to grow self conscience of my lower teeth, which had shifted over time and left me with a crooked smile. Since I had braces as a teenager, I never dreamed I'd need them again several years later, but my desire to once again have straight teeth led me back to Dr. Pollan's office. The process ended up being a positive experience with a beautiful outcome. My upper braces were placed behind my teeth because I only needed minor adjustments. On my lower teeth I wore porcelain braces, which were not even noticeable. After working with Dr. Pollan, I realize that orthodontics is not just about aligning teeth; there is an art to creating the ideal smile. This is what sets Dr. Pollan apart from her peers. Her extensive training and meticulous attention to detail allow her to transform your mouth into a truly beautiful smile. Dr. Pollen and her entire staff have created such a welcoming, comfortable environment for my children as they go through the braces journey ...they actually look forward to their appointments! Dr Pollen is excellent clinically and has such caring and approachable bedside manner!

Dr. Pollan and her staff are truly amazing. My 9 year old daughter loves going to their office even though she knows here mouth will be sore after having her braces adjusted. The progress Dr. Pollan has made adjusting the large gap in the upper front teeth and adjusting for her overbite have been measurable and noticeable within a short time frame. We have been amazed. Additionally, we do not have ortho insurance coverage, so we are paying 100% out of pocket. Park Hollow Orthidontics was more than happy to work out a payment plan which worked for our family.
